Resumo:
Mit der Ratifizierung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention verpflichtet sich Deutschland seit 2009, ein inklusives Bildungssystem einzurichten. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist auf schulorganisatorischer Ebene ein heterogenes, multiprofessionelles Team mit entsprechenden Unterstützungsmaßnahmen und Unterstützungsrollen notwendig, das sich strukturell und personell abbildet. In diesem Beitrag werden - auf Basis des kanadischen "Methods & Resource Teams" - Überlegungen zu einer schulinternen und systemisch ausgerichteten Unterstützungrolle in Schule und Unterricht in Deutschland vorgestellt, die in die Konzeption eines "Schulinternen Unterstützungs- und Beratungsteams" (SUB) münden.
