Moulton Hall under construction, Chapman College, Orange, California, ca. 1975. Designed by Leason Pomeroy III & Associates of Orange, using a tilt-up concrete construction method. Completed in 1975, this 44,592 sq.ft. building is named in memory of an artist and patroness of the arts, Nellie Gail Moulton. Within this structure are the departments of Art, Communications, and Theatre/Dance as well as the Guggenheim Gallery and Waltmar Theatre. Waltmar Theatre was a gift from the late Walter and Margaret Schmid. The Guggenheim Gallery is used for the art exhibits presented by the art department and other departments on campus.

Chapman Stadium shortly before demolition, Chapman University, Orange, California, 2005. This stadium was originally constructed in 1934 by Orange Union High School, Orange, California. Ownership transferred to Chapman College in 1954. It was re-named in 2000 after the son of the university's namesake, Irvin "Ernie" C. Chapman, who played football at Chapman in the early 1930's. The stadium was torn down in 2005 and fully rebuilt and is now part of the Erin J. Lastinger Athletics Complex at Chapman University.

Newly repainted signage on the Old Student Union, Chapman College, Orange, California; part of a campus renewal project in 1973. Originally the manual arts building and bus repair garage for Orange Union High School. Building annex additions through 1975 increased the size to 19,680 sq. ft. Used as a student union by Chapman College. In 1996 the building became the Cecil B. DeMille Hall, housing the Film and TV department.
