Resumo:
In the article I present the structure of rural marriage in Poland of the 80-ies. I analyse basic factors of marriage mating, especially the reasons for getting married. Among the most important reasons are: love, material reasons, friendship, prestige, social position, sex. The article includes also the results of the research on marriage durability (stability), and also on factors influencing the marriage success or failure.

The paper deals with the reception of Aristotles definition of rhetoric (Rhet. I 1355b2627) in several Byzantine commentators of Hermogenes and Aphthonius treatises. A justification of critical interpretation of this definition is to be found in the commentaries of Troilus and Athanasius (4th/5th century) as well as Sopatros (6th century) and Doxapatres (11th century), Maximus Planudes (13th/14th century) and several anonymous commentators. The Byzantine tradition has found Aristotles definition of rhetoric to be all too theoretical and insufficiently connected to practical activity, which Byzantium identified with political life.

The article presents an analysis of letters found in Plautus' comedies. Dividing the correspondence into that which is read and that which is not read on the stage and into the authentic and falsifed, presents its structures, studies its coherence and defnes dependencies between the type of a letter and the role it plays in the comedy.

The article shows how the recognition infuences on the way that female characters are presented in palliata. This motif is very common in Plautus and Terences comedies. It can be said that anagnorismos enables the introduction of women on the stage and is not at variance with antique customs and decorum.

The issues of poverty, famine and malnutrition mainly concern underdeveloped regions. Yet in recent years the proportion of the population threatened with poverty and social exclu- sion has been growing not only in these regions but also in developed areas, including the EU. The issue of poverty is additionally related to demography. In this context, the aging popula- tion of West European countries is worrisome, as the elderly are one of the groups particularly threatened by poverty, and their number continues to grow. Appreciating the gravity of this is- sue, the European Commission considers the fight against poverty to be one of the basic five directions established in the Europe 2020 strategic document.

Assuming that a crisis infers the collapse of old values while the new ones to replace them have not developed yet, one can ponder whether we are witnessing a crisis of press law in Po- land or not. Taking into consideration the gravity and scope of criticism of the current press law act and the repeated attempts to alter the existing legal status quo, it could be said that we are facing a permanent crisis in the press law system in Poland, and, consequently, of the whole media policy. The paper tries to verify this hypothesis on the example of one of the ele- ments of the press law, namely that of authorization.

Autor niniejszego artykuu prezentuje ten temat w szerokim kontekcie wspczesnej psychologii, pedagogiki i innych dyscyplin wiedzy zajmujcych si ludzk egzystencj. Moralny wymiar masturbacji musi by rozpatrywany wietle problematyki ludzkiego bycia, poniewa tylko w takiej perspektywie mona stworzy uzasadnion opini o tej delikatnej kwestii.

Istot artykuu jest dookrelenia podmiotowoci w systemie autopojetycznym, jakim moe by szkoa. Na pocztku postaramy si dookreli znaczenie rozumienia podmiotu i podmiotowoci. Przy czym, poszukujc ich rdowych odniesie odwoamy si do myli Arystotelesa i Kartezjusza, by nastpnie podda je krytyce jako niespenionych oczekiwa nowoytnej i wspczesnej cywilizacji. Jednak, powoujc si dalej na pogldy M. Heideggera w tym temacie, okazuje si, e podmiot moe by traktowany zgoa inaczej ni opisuje to literatura przedmiotu. Przybliajc zatem inne ujcie podmiotu, postaramy si wykaza, e wyania si on na styku jego zwizku z osobowoci, co sugeruje, e to wanie ksztacenie i ksztatowanie powinno by traktowane jako najwaniejsza dziedzina ludzkiej wiedzy. Dopenienie tej tezy bdzie zatem wymagao wyjanienia takich poj, jak: osobowo i praktyka edukacyjna. I skoro zatem praktyka edukacyjna jest tak istotna i dla ksztatowania osobowoci, i wyaniania si podmiotu, to w dalszej czci naszej wypowiedzi pooymy nacisk na zinstytucjonalizowan form praktyki edukacyjnej czyli nauczanie klasowo-lekcyjne, traktowane jako ukad autopojetyczny. Wyjanienie znaczenia tego ukadu bdzie stanowi kolejn faz toczonych tutaj rozwaa, a ich celem bdzie obrona pogldu, e to, co zostanie wniesione do klas szkolnych w postaci zasobw i regu na pocztku kadego roku szkolnego, bdzie si przekada na ksztatowanie i ksztacenie osobowoci, i tym samym na moliwoci samodowiadczania Si podmiotowoci. Poniewa pogld ten moe budzi pewne zastrzeenia, tote powoamy si na pewne rozwaania dotyczce istnienia tzw. podmiotu rekonstruujcego, a wic takiego, ktry wpisany jest w sens istnienia np. projekcji filmowej, spektaklu teatralnego, czytanej ksiki.

The text titled Around the problems of school counseling. The perception of school supporting functions in parental narratives raised the issue of psycho-pedagogical support (which are part of variousforms of counseling) taking place in public education. Social contexts of school functioning were referred to the three-step model of school counseling, where the components are: student problem identification, psycho-pedagogical intervention and support in consolidating and strengthening the student's ongoing changes (preparing for independence). Practical dimension of this model is trying to introduce new formal regulations of the psycho-pedagogical aid at school, which define the potential aid recipients (students with special educational needs, parents, teachers), its organizational formsand general principles. In the context of these provisions the qualitative analysis of school supporting functions is shown in the point of view of parents (the research illustration with the use of narrative interview technique), which identified a series of controversies and dilemmas in realization of broader institutional psycho-pedagogical aid.
