B. Miscellaneous accounting statements, 1781-1819

This subseries contains five one-page account statements consisting of "Col. Marshall's Account" for 1781 to 1790; washing charges in 1800; payments in 1807 and 1808 to "Mrs. C."; credits and debits for 1812-1813; and a statement of money received from the Pemberton Fund between 1812 and 1819.

This heavily illustrated notebook contains extensive notes on spheric triangles and spheric angles. These include rules and examples with their solutions.

Mathematics notebook, ca. 1714-1718, with chronology of the reign of Augustus

The first two pages of this notebook contain a comparative chronology of the reign of Augustus, outlined in two columns. One column outlines the chronology according to ecclesiastical scholar Laurence Echard, and the other column outlines the chronology according to William Cave. The rest of the notebook contains extensive entries on the following subjects, with related rules, problems, and illustrations: fractions, decimals, arithmetical progression, geometrical progression, "disjunct proportion, or ye Golden Rule," signs and symbols, integers, geometrical definitions, and Euclidian geometry.

Miscellaneous questions, [1794]

One leaf containing a handwritten draft of queries about the salaries of Professors later incorporated into a 1794 memorial signed by Professors Pearson, Webber, and Tappan and presented to a joint Board of Overseers and Corporation Committee appointed to inquire into the state of the College Treasury.

C. Miscellaneous poems and compositions, undated

Assorted poems and compositions on topics like happiness, politics, and Greek mythology. It is unclear if these were written by Tudor or transcribed or translated from the works of other authors.
