This layer is a georeferenced raster image of the historic paper map entitled: 40 miles around New York. It was published by H.H. Lloyd in 1867. Scale 1:158,400. The image inside the map neatline is georeferenced to the surface of the earth and fit to the Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) Zone 18N NAD83 projection.
