Annotated almanac, 1753

Almanac containing calendar pages with sporadic annotations of measurements and small one-word notes. The only handwritten entries are on the December page: "Buried in Boston 418 W 63 B in all 481 / Baptized 396," and a note on the April page of the birth of Winthrop's fifth son Adam on April 19th.

Samuel Phillips donation (printed circular), 1794

Two-leaf printed circular regarding the distribution of religious books according to the bequest of the estate of Samuel Phillips. The circular lists Eliphalet Pearson as a member of the Committee for distributing books. There is a struck-through handwritten note about the distribution of Dr. Watt's Divine Songs. The circular has the inscription: "Papers of 1794. College Papers."

Letter arranges payment to Shapleigh for an arithmetic book for Mr. Thompson. Also includes a receipt dated 17 July 1792 from Shapleigh for £2.10 for the arithmetic book.
