Copy completed on 22 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1317 [March 24, 1900] in the hand of Aḥmad Fahmī al-ʻAṭṭār al-Dimashqī al-Shāfiʻī "naqlan ʻan nuskhat al-Kuzbarī al-Kabīr."

Copy completed on 2 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1317 [April 2, 1900] in the hand of Aḥmad Fahmī ibn Salīm ibn Yāsīn ibn Ḥāmid ibn al-Shihāb Aḥmad al-ʻAṭṭār, most probably in Damascus.

Written in one column, 13 lines per page, in black and red, rubricated in red, and framed within double black and golden lines. First leaf illuminated.

al- Nahj al-qawīm hadīyah li-man talaqqāhā bi-qalb salīm : manuscript, [ca. 1900]

The text starts with a praise of the Sultan Abdülhamid and his governor Osman Nuri Paşa. Then it discusses the necessity of obedience to the Sultan and the authorities from a religious point of view. It then touches briefly on several ethical issues. The text may or may not be complete at the end.

Story of Prophet Abraham translated from a Persian text (possibly Muʻīn ad-Dīn Farāhi's "Maʻārij an-nubūwwah fī madārij al-futuwwah"), story of Prophet Zakariya from a text entitled Māālamil tanzīl (possibly Abū Muḥammad Ḥusain bin Masʻūd Baǵavī's "Maʻālim at-tanzīl") and two stories from the Sakhāvat nāma (possibly Sakhāvat nāma-i Ḥaẓrat ʻĀlī, the popular versified account of the miracles attributed to Ḥaẓrat ʻAlī).

Various Shiite devotional texts to be recited in religious assemblies (majālis) commemorating the events leading to the martyrdom of the Shii Imam Ḥusain b. ʻAlī (d. 680). Each majlis (there is twenty) begins with a synoptic heading. The beginning of 17th majlis suggests that some of these texts are based on Mahdī b. Abī Zarr al-Kāshānī an-Niraqī's "Muḥarriq al-qulub (a Shiite history of the martyrs of the Prophet's family).
