A (des)construção da imagem do sujeito professor na mídia: evidências da materialização de valores sociais

The main objective of this study focuses on investigate how the style of the Conhecimento Prático Língua Portuguesa magazine, from Escala publisher, reveals a materialization, in its wordings, of social values that surround our society regarding the teaching class. Besides, we thought about the construction of an other - teacher - by means of the I speech (the enunciator). Furthermore, we reflected on how happens the genre opinion article handling and whether there is, when aimed to the teaching class. All these questions were discussed under the perspective of Bakhtin's theory, focusing our analysis in the wording notions, dialogism, style and speech genres. Our analysis indicates a materialization of social values in syntactic issues and a hybridization of genres when the addressee is a teacher

Promoção da saúde Materno-Infantil: grupo reflexivo sobre o uso de plantas medicinais e medicamentos fitoterápicos na gravidez e lactação

O uso de plantas medicinais por mulheres grávidas e em período de lactação é uma prática comum em diversos países. Entretanto, muitas plantas medicinais são contra-indicadas durante a gravidez e amamentação devido a vários efeitos adversos que podem apresentar, como embriotoxicidade, teratogenicidade e efeitos abortivos. Esse fato acaba expondo essas mulheres, seus fetos e bebês, a riscos de saúde desconhecidos. Assim, a proposta desse trabalho foi analisar a percepção a respeito do uso de plantas medicinais por mulheres grávidas e lactantes na ONG Bebê a Bordo, em Araraquara, São Paulo, entre 2013 e 2014. O grupo foi constituído por 96 mulheres ao todo, entre o primeiro e o último trimestre de gestação. Os dados foram coletados em encontros com grupos de gestantes utilizando questionários como roteiro e também através de entrevista oral. Esse estudo promove uma análise de natureza qualitativa. Os resultados foram baseados nos relatos de mulheres grávidas sobre o uso de plantas medicinais, a indicação de uso e conhecimento dos riscos avindos do uso. Todas as participantes foram informadas oralmente e por escrito sobre o estudo e assinaram um termo de consentimento. O uso de plantas medicinais é uma realidade entre as mulheres gestantes e lactantes da ONG Bebê a Bordo. Elas reportaram acreditar que produtos naturais não oferecem perigo à saúde. As principais fontes de informação sobre o uso de plantas medicinais durante a gravidez são familiares, vizinhos, amigos e internet. As plantas mais citadas são: hortelã, camomila, boldo, capim-cidreira e erva-doce. Tais plantas eram indicadas para náusea, indigestão, gases, constipação, ansiedade, e também para produzir leite. Aplicação de ferramentas BIM em um projeto de cobertura do estádio Professor Dário Rodrigues Leite

In all segments, the companies are looking for the highest productivity with the lowest possible cost, and in the construction industry, the thinking is the same. Over time, techniques that generate more productivity supplanted previous techniques; an example is the CAD technology that replaced free drawings in projects execution. However, the Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology does not deal with certain factors that permeate the entire project. It is required the use of other techniques to supply this need in traditional projects. For example, a software for schedule management, another for assets management and a person who makes calculations for estimates and budgets. The BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology aims to integrate all this information, facilitating the communication among members of a work team and reducing the time required to carry out the project. This work is a applied research, a descriptive research, carried out through modeling and simulation, processes inherent in the use of BIM, a survey was also used only to contextualization. BIM was used for a soccer stadium roof project, in order to verify the feasibility of such use through the analysis of: BIM tools, difficulties encountered and implications of BIM use, and comparison of traditional methods and the use of BIM. A importância da mediação: a situação do professor mediador escolar e comunitário na Rede Estadual Paulista de Ensino

This study aims to analyze the implementation of mediation in the school environment of São Paulo State Education Network through the figure of Teacher School and Community Mediator (PMEC). Mediation arises, as an alternative and effective method for conflict resolution from existing interpersonal relationships at school. The methodology used was the exploratory and empirical research literature on the subject mediation and the analysis of the resolutions of the Secretariat of São Paulo State Education establishing the School Protection System (SPE) and made possible the performance of the PMEC within that environment. Authors like Bonafé-Schmitt (2010); Caetano, Freire and Ferreira (2009); Calcaterra (2002); Freire (2010); Jares (2002); Lederach (1996); Littlejohn and Domenici (1999); Morgado and Oliveira (2009); Torremorell (2008) and Vecchi and Greco (1999) were selected in order to provide greater familiarity with the subject mediation and conflict mediation later in the school environment. The concept of mediation, mediation templates and profiles of mediators will be explained as well as PMEC function features as regards the selection methods training main assisted cases, assignments that are stipulated by the guiding documents and what actually happens in daily practice verified the reports obtained through a semi-structured interview. Finally, we present the PMEC situation regarding the review by the leaders and attended school community and the acceptance of their work within that environment
