O envelhecimento ativo num clube de saúde sénior - um projeto de intervenção na comunidade

Tema e referencial teórico: Atendendo ao acentuado envelhecimento da população portuguesa, o enfermeiro assume um papel crucial na promoção do Envelhecimento Ativo na comunidade. Este projeto foi implementado numa Unidade Cuidados na Comunidade, num Clube de Saúde Sénior, tendo subjacente um diagnóstico da situação. Caraterizou-se a população alvo e identificaram-se os seus interesses, contribuindo para a elaboração do plano de atividades. Objetivo: Promover o Envelhecimento Ativo num Clube de Saúde Sénior. Metodologia: Metodologia do Planeamento em Saúde. Resultados: A população alvo é constituída por 43 pessoas, maioritariamente mulheres idosas, com baixa escolaridade. Apesar de apresentarem défices quanto ao estado de saúde mental e na realização das atividades de vida, são maioritariamente independentes. O plano de atividades foi construído tendo em conta as sugestões recolhidas. Conclusões: Salienta-se a importância da promoção do Envelhecimento Ativo, como estratégia facilitadora da promoção da saúde, manutenção da independência e autonomia e participação ativa na comunidade; ABSTRACT: Theme and Theoretical: Attending the accentuated aging of the Portuguese population, Nurses assume a key role in the promotion of active ageing in the community. This project was implemented in a Unit Care in the Community, more properly in a Senior Health Club, having underlying a diagnosis of the situation. The target population has been characterized and their interests have been identified, contributing, this way to the development of the Activity Plan. Objective: Promote active ageing in a Senior Health Club Methodology: Methodology of health planning. Results: The target population consists of 43 people, mostly elderly women, with low education. Despite having deficits in them state of health and mental in the realization of life activities, mostly they are independent. The Activities’ Plan was built taking into a count the collected suggestions. Conclusion: It emphasizes the importance of active ageing promotion maintenance the independence and autonomy, and active participation on the community.

Rede social de excelência: qualidade na participação institucional: O caso de Moura

O problema da falta de participação cívica é uma das condicionantes para o desenvolvimento local de qualquer território, pelo que devem ser estruturadas medidas e processos que facilitem e incentivem uma participação mais ativa, pautada por critérios de qualidade. É nesse sentido que o presente trabalho de investigação, tendo por base a aplicação de um inquérito por questionário a todos os dirigentes e técnicos envolvidos na Rede Social de Moura e a realização de uma sessão focus group com os membros do Núcleo Executivo, apresenta os processos de participação existentes e a desenvolver no programa e, desta forma, elabora um modelo de participação institucional de qualidade, com base nas orientações da ISO 9001 e respetivos oito princípios (enfoque no cliente, liderança, envolvimento dos colaboradores, abordagem por processos, abordagem sistemática da gestão, melhoria contínua, abordagem factual para a tomada de decisão e relações de mútuo beneficio com fornecedores). ABSTRACT: The problem of the lack of civic participation is one of the setbacks of local development in every territory, thus making it necessary to structure measures and processes to ease and encourage a more active participation, ruled by quality criteria. Taking that into consideration, this work of investigation, based on an inquiry of questions taken to all the directors and technicians involved in the Social Network of Moura, and a Focus Group session held with the members of the Executive Group, shows the existing levels of participation, as well as of those yet to develop, in the programme and therefore creates a model of institutional participation of quality, under the ISO 9001 directives and its eight principles (emphasis on the client, leadership, associate involvement, process approach, systematic approach of management, continuous improvement, factual approach on decision making and mutual benefit relationships with suppliers).

Relatório da prática de ensino supervisionada na Escola Básica 2, 3/S Cunha Rivara, Arraiolos

O presente relatório tem como objetivo a explanação e a discussão de forma concisa da atividade docente desenvolvida no ano letivo 2012/2013, na Escola Básica 2,3/S Cunha Rivara de Arraiolos com as turmas do 8.º C e 11.º D nas disciplinas de Ciências Naturais e Saúde respetivamente, sob a orientação da Doutora Marília Cid. Apresentam-se os fundamentos teóricos que sustentaram o delineamento de todas as metodologias e estratégias de ensino no sentido de promover situações de aprendizagem significativa aos alunos das turmas referidas. Este é também um testemunho da participação ativa no projeto de educação para a saúde em colaboração com as entidades promotoras de saúde no Concelho de Arraiolos no sentido de organizar atividades extracurriculares propiciadoras da aprendizagem nesta dimensão, com a dinamização de sessões de esclarecimento de Educação Sexual a várias turmas da escola e a produção de um website informativo e de apoio aos alunos do 3.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e do Ensino Secundário sobre Educação Sexual. Foi apanágio deste trabalho a análise e reflexão também evidenciadas no trabalho de investigação sobre as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito da Educação para a Saúde mas também em toda a atividade de lecionação. Esta análise e reflexão, bem como a pesquisa individual e o trabalho colaborativo permitiram o desenvolvimento progressivo das minhas capacidades, da qualidade do trabalho desenvolvido e o melhoramento da formação académica. /ABSTRACT: This report aims at explaining concisely and discussion of teaching developed in the academic year 2012/2013, at Escola Básica 2,3 / S Cunha Rivara in Arraiolos with classes C from 8th grade class and D from 11th , in the disciplines of Natural Sciences and Health respectively under the guidance of PhD Teacher Marilia Cid. Here we present the theoretical foundations that supported the design of all methodologies and teaching strategies to promote meaningful learning situations for students of classes above. This is also a testament to the active participation in the design of health education in collaboration with the health promoters in the County of Arraiolos to organize extracurricular activities conducive learning these dimensions, the organization of information sessions to various Sex Education school classes and the production of an informational website to support the students of the 3rd cycle and Secondary Education on Sexual Education. It was the hallmark of this work, analysis and reflection evidenced in research work on the activities within the Health Education but also of the entire teaching activity. This analysis and reflection as well as individual research and collaborative work allowed the progressive development of my abilities, quality of work and the improvement of academic training.

BRINGING STREET ART TO SCHOOL: OPEN TO INCLUDE

Inclusive Education values differences by reducing barriers to learning and promoting active participation and positive interactions between all members of school community. Nowadays, school faces numerous children/adolescents who for several reasons have developed challenging behaviours and high risk of dropping out school. They come often from socio-cultural-economic minority groups and have sometimes a repeated course of academic failure. Art has had the ability to bring together the interests of all, even of the most unsuitable. In this paper, the authors present an intervention through street art/graffiti done in a secondary school, with a ninth grade class covered by PIEF Programme. The project aimed to understand if the integration of graffiti art in educational process had impact on challenging behaviour. The study, with a qualitative methodology, shows contributions of artistic experience as an asset to educational development of students with challenging behaviours contributing to a better school and inclusion.
