Por outro lado, verificou-se que as perceções sobre a qualidade nos serviços turísticos náuticos são iguais em ambos os géneros; Abstract: Quality in Nautical Touristic Services in Alto Douro Vinhateiro – The Internal Clients (Collaborators) Perspective In the actual context marked by the economic and financial crisis, the organizations of touristic services are looking to ally the concept of services with their services, in order to satisfy internal customers (collaborators) and external costumers (tourists) and to guarantee the installment of an excellent and personalized service. ABSTRACT; The present report aims to make a retrospective overview of the work throughout the school year in Supervised Practice Teaching (SPT). The present report aims to make a retrospective overview of the work throughout the school year in Supervised Practice Teaching (SPT). The work of the student of SPT is carefully examined through this report; a critical reflexion is implicit in all chapters. The SPT was developed in three schools: EB 2, 3, Santa Clara, EB1 São Mamede and Secondary School Severim Faria. lt was concluded that planning is essential for achieving a high level of organization and control on the teaching-learning process; that the formative evaluation is fundamental for the student’s success; and that a planning model based on stages seem to be the most appropriate for the learning process. Also, it was understood that teaching a lesson is much more than getting the students practicing a sport; it requires skills like planning, organizing, demonstrating, instructing and adapting to the students and school’s characteristics.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to examine the reality of a Puppet Company in Portugal, the Puppet Theater of Mandrágora, focusing on the relationship between actor, puppet and environment (site specific) in the context of an actual theatrical practice, Once upon a time ...Seven houses of infortune, in the Castle of Santa Maria da Feira. The results obtained follow the way in which one seeks to move from one "conventional" actor to the specialization of a micro theater where learning was central from the building process to manipulation on the scene in a universe of work particularly hard and specific. My initial course within the company began with the familiarization and informal learning of the practice of puppetry through direct observation of performances and various projects of the company. The training done at the company (workshop of the Company) was one of the training arrangements that accompanied my way along the training through assistance on projects such as Teatro nas Instituições, always under the auspices of the division of tasks and due self-teaching with appropriate supervision and guidance of expert artists, such as the Creative Director, enVide neFelibata. The learning laboratory continued by the hand of the puppeteer Clara Ribeiro who supervised my training in order to absorb theoretical and practical principles as the Focus, the Movement and the Look for better awareness of the world of puppetry and animated forms. Also at this level, the figure of some specialist artists were central, such as the scenographer Marta Fernandes da Silva, who proved to be extremely important during this training, allowing a true intersection between the theoretical and the practical components. I could experience the surroundings of the creation notebook of Era uma vez ...As Sete Casas da Infortuna, and collaborate in the preparation of puppets that would handle as an actor - puppeteer. As to the question of the interpretation component on training, this was in charge of stage director - puppeteer, and the Artistic Director, Filipa Alexandre, whose instructions allowed a focus of the working group in a process of collective creation. Accordingly, to a personal level, I was urged to decode the role of the actor in relation to the puppet and the environment (site specific).

This paper will focus on the issue of training future literary reading mediators or promoters. It will propose a practical exercise on playing with intertextuality with the aid of two children literature classics and masterpieces—The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll (1865) and The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle (1969). This exercise is not designed to be a pedagogical or didactic tool used with children (that could alternatively be done with the same corpora), but it is designed to focus on issues of literary studies and contemporary culture. The aim of this practical exercise with future reading promoters is to enable graduate students or trainees to be able to recognize that literary reading can be a team game. However, before arriving at the agan stage, where the rules get simplified and attainable by young readers, hard and solitary work of the mediator is required. The rules of this solitary game of preparing the reading of classical texts are not always evident. On the other hand, the reason why literary reading could be (and perhaps should be) defined as a new team game in our contemporary and globalized world derives directly from the fact that we now live in a world where mass culture is definitely installed. We should be pragmatic on evaluating the conditions of communication between people (not only young adults or children) and we should look the way people read the signs on everyday life and consequently behave in contemporary society, and then apply the same rules or procedures to introduce old players such as the classical books in the game. We are talking about adult mediators and native digital readers. In the contemporary democratic social context, cultural producers and consumers are two very important elements (as the book itself) of the literary polissystem. So, teaching literature is more than ever to be aware that the literary reader meaning of a text does not reside only in the text and in its solitary relationship with the quiet and comfortably installed reader. Meaning is produced by the reader in relation both to the text in question and to the complex network of texts invoked in the reading process and plural connections provided by the world of a new media environment.

This paper presents the answers of Psychology to three urgent tasks related to children at risk, namely, a theoretical comprehension on the origins of disorders, diagnosis procedures and treatment procedures for children with disorders. To attain these goals, the paper explains the concept of deviated development and the contributions of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for diagnosis and training of children at risk, as well as the work made by the author with slum children; some cases are shown. It is concluded that ABA techniques can be applied in the rehabilitation, training and special education of children with intellectual, sensorial or motor disabilities; these techniques are efficient and can be applied successfully by non professional persons. Finally, the paper proposes a model to teach Psychology in the special conditions of developing countries, uniting teaching, research and community service.
