LA REVALORIZACIÓN DE ESPACIOS URBANOS Y NUEVAS CONSIDERACIONES SOBRE EL VALOR DEL SUELO EN LAS CIUDADES INTERMEDIAS. SANTA ROSA. LA PAMPA. ARGENTINA.

En la ciudad de Santa Rosa, La Pampa, se advierte que el valor del suelo ya no se fija únicamente en función de mecanismos tradicionales de oferta y demanda sino a través de la incorporación de componentes perceptivos, vinculados, muchas veces, con las representaciones sociales de los habitantes urbanos. La histórica limitación del crecimiento en el sudoeste de la ciudad, por la presencia de una barrera natural como la laguna “Don Tomás”,y el denominado Barrio Los Hornos van siendo “neutralizados” por las intervenciones estatales que se van amalgamando con ciertas representaciones de la población que decide  recuperar viviendas tradicionales para adaptarlas a nuevas funciones, además de la ponderación  del paisaje a la hora de fijar valores a los inmuebles cercanos y en las construcciones de viviendas permanentes en los loteos de reciente ejecución. En esta presentación se exponen algunas consideraciones que enmarcan el análisis de las variaciones del valor del suelo urbano adoptadas  en la ciudad de Santa Rosa – La Pampa-, rescatando el rol de los agentes y/o actores involucrados, las prácticas que se utilizan para la fijación de valores y cómo influyen en la significación/resignificación de los lugares.

La enseñanza tradicional de las ciencias versus las nuevas tendencias educativas

To think of an educational proposal that teaches how to learn, it is necessary to consider a change not only educationally but also political, social, economical, ecological, cultural, among others, to enable an understanding of reality and in which there can be a construction of knowledge and a crucial role of sciences. But we must not forget that the development of science has been marked by the so-called positivistic science that it is characterized by interpreting phenomena and how this function through theories and laws, where the context and humans have a very poor leading role, if any, to which one can call scientism, which has allowed development even above human needs. However, since the 90s, there is a resurgence of progressive humanism in the educational fields, where there is a search of a revaluation of what it is considered human, which involves a series of epistemological and methodological changes that drives us towards new ways of working. This calls us to reflect on extreme choices to build knowledge, beyond the traditional teaching of the sciences, which are comprehensive, systematic, and flexible and rooted in a humanistic culture. Some models of the new trends are: directed research, discovery learning, inquiry learning and teaching of science and new technologies.

EL PAPEL DE LA EDUCACIÓN AMBIENTAL PARA LA CONSERVACIÓN DEL RECURSO HÍDRICO

Esta ponencia pretende demostrar la importancia que tiene la educación ambiental en la crisis ambiental que en las últimas décadas ha impactado los modelos de crecimiento y desarrollo de las llamadas sociedades avanzadas. Resalta la importancia de la educación ambiental que tiende a fomentar el cambio social a partir del desarrollo de valores, actitudes y habilidades para asumir una responsabilidad ambiental en la formación de hábitos de preservación de la naturaleza, y así trabajar desde la comprensión de las acciones cotidianas en el despertar de una conciencia que aporte al bien común. Este tema se aborda desde la experiencia particular del Proyecto Saber Ambiental, donde se demuestra que es posible la construcción de un pensamiento crítico trabajado en forma nierdisciplinaria, el cual favorece el intercambio y la revalorización de los saberes, promocionando un protagonismo creativo de las comunidades en la gestión ambiental participativa.Abstract: This presentation intends to show the importance of the environmental education inside the environmental crisis that in the last decades has impacted the modeis of growth and development of the calls companies advanced. Standing out the importance of the environmental educaion tending toward promoting the social change from the development of values, atiudes and abilities to assume an environmental responsibility in the preservation habits formation of the Nature, and thus to work since the comprehension of the routine actions in the to awake of a conscience that contribute al well common. This theme is undertaken since the private experience of dic Project to Know Environmental where is shown that is possible the construction of a critical thought worked in form interdisciplinaria which favors the exchange and the revaluation of the saberes promoting a creative prominence of the communities in dic panicipatory environmental management.
