W-183 NMR spectra were obtained for [La(AsW11O39)(2)](11-), [La(As2W17O61)(2)](17-), [La(SiW9Mo2O39)(2)](13-), [LaSb9W21O86](16-), [LaAs4W40O140](25-) and alpha-, beta-[(CeO)(3) . (SiW9O34)(2)](14-) complexes, Tungsten NMR studies showed that the C-s symmetry of the square antiprism for [La(ASW(11)O(39))(2)](11-) and [La(As2W17O61)(2)](17-) anions keep constant in aqueous solution; the lanthanide accupied the central S-1 site in [LnSb(9)W(21)O(86)](16-) and [LnAs(4)W(40)O(140)](25-) complexes, respectively, and lanthanide metal cations gave [(CeO)(3) . (SiW9O34)(3)](14-) type of complexes with SiW9O3410-.

稀土化合物和烷基铝反应的研究,不仅对揭示f轨道的本质且对阐明稀土配位催化聚合烯烃的催化剂结构都有重要意义。Grcco等曾报道C_8H_8Ce(μ-O-i-C_3H_7)_2Al(C_2H_5)_2配合物,但尚未见晶体结构数据。 本文介绍了一种新的Y-Al双金属配合物的合成和培养晶体的方法。用四圆衍射仪确定了它的晶体结构,并用~1H NMR、ESCA等方法研究了配合物中钇的价态。

对[μ-CF_3CO_2)_2Ln(μ-CF_3HCO_2)Al(i-Bu)_2·THFl_2(Ln=Nd,Y)配合物单晶结构的X-射线分析指出,配合物具有中心对称性,配位中心由两个稀土和两个Al离子组成,稀土由两个THF和6个TFA分子配位形成畸变的三盖三棱柱结构,Al由两个TFAG和两个i-Bu配位形成四面体结构。桥连Al与两个稀土的TFA分子的羧基发生歧化加氢,其碳原子由SP ̄2型转变为SP ̄3型.NMR研究表明,在THF溶液中,该配合物保持了它在单晶中的配位结构,所不同的是两个i-Bu在溶液中有两种异构形成,二者间为慢交换过程。

Three homologous short-chain neurotoxins, named NT1, NT2 and NT3, were purified from the venom of Naja kaouthia. NT1 has an identical amino acid sequence to cobrotoxin from Naja naja atra [Biochemistry 32 (1993) 2131]. NT3 shares the same sequence with cobrotoxin b [J. Biochem. (Tokyo) 122 (1997) 1252], whereas NT2 is a novel 6 1 -residue neurotoxin. Tests of their physiological functions indicate that NT1 shows a greater inhibition of muscle contraction induced by electrical stimulation of the nerve than do NT2 and NT3. Homonuclear proton two-dimensional NMR methods were utilized to study the solution tertiary structure of NT2. A homology model-building method was employed to predict the structure of NT3. Comparison of the structures of these three toxins shows that the surface conformation of NT1 facilitates the substituted base residues, Arg28, Arg30, and Arg36, to occupy the favorable spatial location in the central region of loop 11, and the cation groups of all three arginines face out of the molecular surface of NT1 This may contribute greatly to the higher binding of NT1 with AchR compared to NT2 and NT3. 本文分另研究了H[DEHP]从不同酸性介质中萃取稀土(III)(Sc、Y、Ho、Er、yb、Lu)及Fe(III)、Zn(II)的机理及性能。一、H[DEHP]从 H_2SO_4介质中萃取Sc(III)的机理 1. H[DEHP]萃取H_2SO_4及其机理 2. H[DEHP]萃取Sc(III)的机理,用斜率法和饱和法确定了H[DEHP]的正庚烷溶液从H_2SO_4溶液中萃取Sc_2(SO_4)_3的机理及萃合物组成。研究表明,H[DEHP]萃取Sc(III)在高、低两种酸度范围内存在着两种不同的萃取机理。二、H[DEHP]从HCl介质中萃取Ln(III)和Fe(III)的性能及H[DEHP]萃取Ln(III)的机理研究了H[DEHP]的正庚烷溶液从HCl介质中萃取稀土(III)(Sc、Y、Ho、Er、Yb、Lu)和Fe(III)的性能,得出H[DEHP]在相同条件下萃取以上各金属离子的顺序是:Sc(III)>Fe(III)>Lu(III)>Yb(III)>Er(III)>Y(III)>Ho(III), 并计算了各金属离子之间的分离因素(β)。文中还讨论了Sc(III)、Fe(III)、Lu(III)之间的分离以及重稀土离子间的萃取分离,同时与相同实验条件下HEH[EHP]的萃取性能进行了比较,为新的萃取体系提供了一些参数。三、H[DEHP]从不同介质中萃取Fe(III)的机理,研究了H[DEHP]的正率烷溶液从Hcl介质中和H[DEHP]的正庚烷溶液从H_2SO_4介质中萃取Fe(III)的平衡规律;用斜率法、饱和法以及IR和NMR谱等讨论了低酸度下的萃取机理。四、H[DEHP]萃取Zn(II)的机理,研究了H[DEHP]的正率烷溶液从Hcl介中萃取Zn(II)的平衡,利用斜率法、饱和法及SR、NMR谱等讨论了低Hcl浓度下的萃取机理。
