通过对夹套管结构进行分析,建立了端板力学模型,用板理论求解与内管连接处的应力,给出中心点作用力的求解方程,建立了一套各种应力的评判方法,使得端板的强度分析更加方便、科学.

对经不同扩散工艺处理的热浸镀铝层高温抗氧化性进行了研究,通过SEM、TEM、XRD分析了经扩散处理后,热浸镀铝层高温氧化过程中组织结构的变化情况,分析了热浸镀铝层高温抗氧化性能和微观结构的关系,确定了提高热浸镀铝层高温抗氧化性的适宜扩散温度.结果表明,经750℃扩散处理,热浸镀铝层结构由较厚的外表层(Fe2Al5+FeAl2)及内层(FeAl+条状FeAl2)组成,条状FeAl2的形成为氧提供了扩散通道,其抗氧化性较差;经950℃扩散处理,镀层外表层变薄,外表层转为单一FeAl2、内层为FeAl,并出现早期内氧化裂纹,其抗氧化性较差:当扩散处理温度为850℃时,镀层外表层变薄,结构转为FeAl2+少量Fe2Al5,而内层增厚,其结构为FeAl+球状FeAl2,而内层FeAl2球化,增强了氧由内层向基体扩散的阻碍作用,使氧只能逐层形成Al2O3+Fe2O3的氧化膜,提高了镀层的高温抗氧化性.

为解释横向载荷作用下刚性桩的失稳机理,针对桩头自由的刚性桩做了一系列横向加载试验.基础土为粉质粘土,含水量介于9.85%~13.85%之间.由载荷-位移全过程曲线发现,刚性桩在横向载荷达到一定值时会失稳;由试验录像及土体剖面发现,由于土体的软化破坏,在桩后土体内会出现贯穿的局部破坏并形成一楔体,同时在土面伴随一不完全的椭圆形鼓包及一条平行于加载方向的拉伸裂缝,而在桩前土中,由于桩的挤压会形成一条侵彻沟.分析认为,对大位移刚性桩桩后土体的破坏是桩失稳的根本原因.

We measure the signal amplitude and linewidth of a dark line in coherent population trapping in the Rb vapour cell filled with mixed buffer gas N-2 and Ar as a function of cell temperature. We find that the dark line signal amplitude increases with temperature up to a maximum at 49 degrees C and then drops at higher temperatures due to quenching effects of N-2. The linewidth of the dark line remains basically constant, at 1080 Hz. We also measure the linewidth of the dark line as a function of laser intensity. The linewidth increases linearly with laser intensity. An intrinsic linewidth (FWHM=896 Hz at 3.4 GHz) of the Rb cell is obtained.

根据脉冲工作状态下半导体激光器激射光谱随结温升高而发生红移的原理,提出了一种测试半导体激光器热弛豫时间的新方法——利用调节取样积分器(Boxcar)取样门,测量光信号脉冲内不同时刻的时间分辨光谱。采用此方法对TO封装和厘米-靶条(cm—Bar)阵列的AlGaAs/GaAs半导体激光器的动态热特性进行了测试,得到其热弛豫时间分别为66μs和96μs。

Experimental results of the Talbot effect of an amplitude grating under femtosecond laser illumination are reported. Compared with Talbot image under continuous wave (CW) illumination, Talbot images under femtosecond laser illumination are different due to the wide spectral bandwidth and the Talbot images are more distorted at longer Talbot distances. The spectrums and the pulsewidths of femtosecond laser pulses are measured with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG) apparatus. The interference patterns produced by Gaussian-shaped broad-bandwidth femtosecond pulsed laser sources are derived. The interference pattern contains both spatial and temporal properties of laser beam. Interference intensity dependent on the bandwidth of femtosecond laser are given. We demonstrate experimentally both the spatial and the temporal coherence properties of a Ti:sapphire femtosecond pulse laser, as well as its power spectrum by using a pinhole pair.

研究了一种侧面抽运双包层光纤的方法,从被剥除了外包层、端面为350μm×400μm的D型双包层光纤内包层上切下长度为3mm的一段柱体,并胶合在相同的双包层光纤内包层的侧面上,构成了柱体-光纤侧面耦合器。半导体激光器的抽运光从该柱体的一端入射并通过它耦合进入双包层光纤的内包层,实验测得耦合器最大耦合效率为85%。该方法适用于输出功率为数瓦的光纤激光器和放大器的侧面抽运。

采用大功率半导体激光器抽运25m掺Yb双包层光纤,在单程装置中,前向(SPF)和后向(SPB)分别获得了1.46w和1.82w最大超荧光功率,斜度效率分别为23.4%0和29.2%,3dB带宽最大为11nm。采用特定范围波长双色镜作为前腔镜,形成双程前向(DPF)装置,获得最大超荧光输出功率2.12W,此时斜度效率为43.2%,中心波长在1070nm,输出光谱平坦性较好,3dB带宽从单程的11nm提高到42nm。

介绍了边带锁频技术稳频方法,推导出鉴频曲线,对稳频控制过程进行了分析.建立了注入锁定激光器的边带锁频技术稳频系统理论模型,讨论了相关参量对稳频效果的影响并且进行了优化.结果表明,增加入射光强,采用窄线宽的法布里一珀罗以及对法布里一珀罗进行高准确度温控都可以增强稳频效果.提出适用于注入锁定激光器的两种稳频方案并进行比较.

A novel high-average-power pulsed CO2 laser with a unique electrode structure is presented. The operation of a 5-kW transverse-flow CO2 laser with the preionized pulse-train switched technique results in pulsation of the laser power, and the average laser power is about 5 kW. The characteristic of this technique is switching the preionized pulses into pulse trains so as to use the small preionized power (hundreds of watts) to control the large main-discharge power (tens of kilowatts). By this means, the cost and the complexity of the power supply are greatly reduced. The welding of LF2, LF21, LD2, and LY12 aluminum alloy plates has been successfully achieved using this laser. 本发明提供一种具有止血功能的尖吻蝮蛇毒凝血酶Ⅰ及其生产方法。经阴离子交换剂柱层析法分离纯化和快速蛋白纯化工作站程序再纯化,本发明从我国特产尖吻蝮(Agkistrodon acutus)的蛇毒中得到纯度在97%以上的尖吻蝮蛇毒凝血酶Ⅰ;经测定,该酶Ⅰ由A、B两个亚基(链)组成,其中,A亚基含有135个氨基酸,B亚基含有126个氨基酸。与现有蛇毒凝血酶(如Reptilase)相比,它是一个全新的新型酶止血剂;经药理、毒理、药代等研究表明,本发明的尖吻蝮蛇毒凝血酶Ⅰ是一个见效快、副作用小、安全有效的新型止血剂。
