着色和纹理合成是图形图像中的两类基本研究课题。前者需根据用户定义的彩色笔触信息,自动对黑白照片、电影或者漫画染上颜色;后者则需根据用户输入的样本纹理,经计算得出与样本纹理视觉上近似的结果纹理。这两类课题都有广泛的应用背景。如着色常常用于给经典的黑白电影或者照片自动上色,解决现在的染色工序中存在的需要大量人工交互的难题;而纹理合成常用于电影和电子游戏的地形地貌、织物、头发等等纹理的自动生成。 这两大类问题都需要分析纹理特征,并且依赖于分析结果的准确性。Gabor小波滤波器与人眼的视觉感受野相当吻合,用它来分析纹理得到的结果比较精确。鉴于此,本文把Gabor小波应用到了着色问题和纹理合成中。对于着色问题,本文用基于Gabor小波的特征向量重新定义邻居关系,然后用最优化方法迭代地对照片和卡通染色。相比以往的算法,本算法具有用户交互少、效果好、算法简单稳健的优点,并且算法允许用户逐步地添加色彩细节。对于纹理合成,本文用基于Gabor小波的特征向量来预计算K-Coherence候选集,提高了K-Coherence算法的准确性,从而改进了纹理合成的最终效果。 本文提出的算法是天然并行的,因而可利用GPU加速,做到实时计算。

低成本卡通制作中的图像和视频通常缺乏对动物角色毛发效果的表现,为了能对已有图像及视频中的动物角色进行处理,为其增添具备真实感的毛发效果,提出一种毛发风格化算法——卡通化毛发纹理算法.针对卡通中的动物角色合成毛发纹理并进行替换,分为图像应用及视频应用2个部分.在图像替换时,对要进行风格化处理的目标区域进行图像结构分析,以获取覆盖目标区域的三角网格,再生成毛发纹元并映射于网格之上,通过绘制纹元来生成具备真实感的毛发效果;在进行视频替换时,提取视频关键帧并基于图像应用算法生成相应的卡通化毛发纹理进行图像替换,之后根据关键帧的替换结果指导整个视频的替换.为了获取随时间变化的图像关键帧目标区域,采用SIFT算法计算特征点在时间轴上的匹配;为了快速合成卡通化毛发纹理,采用基于GPU的光线行进算法加速毛发纹元的体绘制过程.实验结果表明,文中算法可成功地对已有图像及视频的动物角色添加具备真实感的毛发效果.

Graft copolymerization of maleic anhydride (MA) onto poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) was carried out by use of benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The effects of various polymerization conditions on graft degree were investigated, including solvents, monomer and initiator concentrations, reaction temperature, and time. The monomer and initiator concentrations played an important role in graft copolymerization, and graft degree could be controlled in the range from 0.2 to 0.85% by changing the reaction conditions. The crystallization behavior and the thermal stability of PHB and maleated PHB were studied by DSC, WAXD, optical microscopy, and TGA. The results showed that, after grafting MA, the crystallization behavior of PHB was obviously changed. The cold crystallization temperature from the glass state increased, the crystallization temperature from the melted state decreased, and the growth rate of spherulite decreased. With the increase in graft degree, the banding texture of spherulites became more distinct and orderly. Moreover, the thermal stability of maleated PHB was obviously improved, compared with that of pure PHB.

A new series of network liquid crystal polymers were synthesized by graft copolymerization of the difunctional mesogenic monomer 4-allyloxy-benzoyloxy-4'-allyloxybiphenyl (M) upon polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS). Monomer M acted not only as a mesogenic unit but also as a crosslinker for the network polymers. The chemical structures of the polymers were confirmed by IR spectroscopy. DSC, TGA, and X-ray scattering were used to measure their thermal properties and mesogenic properties. The glass transition temperature (T-g) of these network liquid crystal polymers was increased when the monomer was increased, and T-d (temperature of 5% weight loss) at first went up and reached a maximum at P, then went down. The slightly crosslinked polymers (P, P,) show rubber-like elasticity, so it was called liquid-crystal elastomer. Network polymers will lose elasticity property with a highly crosslinked degree, and turn into thermosetting polymers (P-4, P-5). All polymers exhibited a smectic texture by X-ray scattering.

The synthesis of new chiral smectic A (S-A) side-chain liquid crystalline polysiloxanes (LCPs) and ionomers (LCIs) containing 4-allyloxy-benzoyl-4-(S-2-ethylhexanoyl) p-benzenediol his ate (ABB) as mesogenic units and 4-[[4-(2-propenyloxy)phenyl] azo]benzensulfonic acid (AABS) as nonmesogenic units is presented. The chemical structures of the monomers and polymers are confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy or H-1-NMR. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), optical polarizing microscopy, and X-ray diffraction measurements reveal that all the polymers P-I-P-IV and ionomers P-V-P-VI exhibit S-A texture. The results seem to demonstrate that the tendency toward the S-A-phase region increases with increasing sulfonic acid concentration, and the thermal stability of the S-A phase is determined by the flexibility of the polymer backbones and the interactions of sulfonic acid groups. A new series of side chain liquid crystal polymers based on the backbone of polymethacrylate containing 4-nitroazobenzene and 4-methoxybiphenyl group as side chain mesogen were prepared and characterized, FTIR, H-1 NMR, POM and WAXD were used to study the structure, phase behavior and mesophase texture of this series of SCLC copolymers. The researches show that polymer PM5MPP and copolymer M5MPP/MMEANB are enantiotropic liquid crystalline polymers, but polymer PMMEANB has no liquid crystalline properties. DSC results showed that the thermal stability of the mesophase of this series of copolymers was enhanced by the existence of intermolecular electron donor-acceptor interaction. It was found that the temperature range of the mesophase of the copolymers was broadened with increasing 4-nitroazobenzene units. The focal-conic texture observed by POM indicated that this series of the copolymers possessed the characteristics of smectic liquid crystal.

A series of novel thermotropic side-chain liquid crystalline polymer based on polymethacrylate backbone containing electron-accepting 4-(4'-nitrophenylazo)phenoxy as nonlinear optical active group and electron-donating 4(4'-methoxyphenyl) phenoxy group as mesogen attached covalently to the backbone through the flexible spacer was prepared and characterized, respectively. The results from differential scanning calorimetry showed that these series of copolymers were enantiotropic liquid crystal with single mesophase. The melting points and the relative enthalpy change of the copolymers depressed with increasing the molar percent of 4'-nitroazobenzene monomer units over 0 similar to 50mol%, but the enthalpies change of the transition from mesophase to isotropic state increased for the copolymers containing 0 similar to 50mol% 4'-nitroambenzene units. The texture observed under polarized optical microscope identified that the copolymers containing 24molar% or more than 24mol% 4-nitroambenzene monomer units could form smectic mesophase with the focal-conic texture. The results detected by WAXD were in good agreement with the results observed by POM.

The novel poly(aryl ether ketone)s with liquid crystallinity were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reactions of 4,4'-biphenol and substituted hydroquinone with 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone and their thermotropic liquid crystalline properties were characterized by DSC, PLM and WAXD, The copolymers containing 70% biphenol formed nematic phase while the copolymer containing 50% biphenol exhibited smectic texture, The banded textures were formed after shearing the sample in the nematic liquid crystalline state. The identification of the structures in each mesogenic phase has been carried out by combining WAXD with PLM and DSC.

The poly(monoester (6-[4-(p-nitrophenyl) azo]phenoxy-1-hexyloxy) of maleic anhydride) shows a smectic phase with a focal conic fan texture. With the decrease of the monoestering degree the phase transition temperature decreases and the mesomorphic temperature range becomes narrow. The hydrogen bonding between two carboxylic acid groups was found to play a very important role in forming the smectic phase structure. The smectic bilayer structure has been built through self-assembly via. intermolecular hydrogen bonding.

Novel main chain poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing a lateral phenyl group were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reactions of 4,4'-biphenol and phenylhydroquinone with either 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone or 1,4-bis(4-fluorobenzoyl)benzene and their thermotropic liquid crystalline properties were characterized by a variety of experimental techniques. Thermotropic liquid crystalline behaviour was observed in the copolymers containing 50 and 70mol% biphenol. Melting (T-m) and isotropization (T-i) transitions both appeared on the DSC thermograms. A banded texture was formed after shearing the sample in the liquid crystalline nematic state. As expected, each of the copolymers had a relatively lower melting transition than the biphenol-based homopoly(aryl ether ketone)s because of the copolymerization effect of the crystal-disrupting monomer phenylhydroquinone.

The novel poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing chloro-side group were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reactions of 4,4'-biphenol and chlorohydroquinone with either 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone(BP/CH/DF) or 1,4-bis(p-fluorobenzoyl)benzene (BP/CH/BF) and their thermotropic liquid crystalline properties were characterized by a variety of experimental techniques. The thermotropic liquid crystalline behavior was observed in the copolymers containing 50 and 70% biphenol. Melting transition (Tm) and isotropization transition (Ti) both appeared in the DSC thermograms. A banded texture was formed after shearing the sample in the liquid crystalline state. The novel poly(aryl ether ketone)s had relatively higher glass transition temperature (Tg) in the range of 168 similar to 200 degrees C and lower melting temperature (Tm) in the range of 290 similar to 340 degrees C. The thermal stability (Td) was in the range of 430 similar to 490 degrees C.

La-0.8Sr(0).2CoO(3) (LSCO) oxide powder was prepared using the adsorption properties of cellulose. The preparation process was studied by XRD, FTIR, TG-DTA and CO2-TPD techniques. The results of XRD, IR and TG-DTA testified that cellulose could successfully reserve the homogeneity of the solution system to the solid precursor. During the early stage of pyrolysis, cellulose was partially oxidized, and some COO- groups appeared in its texture, which were then complexed with the adsorbed metal ions, and effectively suppressed the aggregation of metal ions. Formation of a pure perovskite and the properties of the powder resulted were found to be significantly influenced by the cellulose to metal nitrate ratio. Also the properties of the resulting powder were greatly influenced by the calcination conditions. If the produced carbon dioxide could not be eluted in time, carbonate would be formed in the bulk. Hence, a high calcination temperature (> 800 degreesC) was needed to acquire a pure phase LSCO. At optimized conditions, nano-crystal LSCO could be obtained at as low as 500 degreesC.
