从烙铁头蛇(Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus)的毒腺中提取mRNA,利用RT-PCR进行体外扩增,获得凝集素样蛋白基因,克隆至PMD18-T载体中,筛选出4种凝集素样蛋白基因(命名为TML-1、TML-2、TML-3和TML-4)。由基因序列推导出的氨基酸序列表明:TML-1,2,3,4序列中均有CRD结构。序列同源性比较和Cys位点分析推测:TML-1和TML-2可能分别是类似于flavocetin-A的蛇毒凝集素样蛋白的#alpha#亚基和#beta#亚基;TML-3可能类似于GPIb-bp的蛇毒凝集素样蛋白的#alpha#亚基,TML-4则可能是类似于IX/X-bp的蛇毒凝集素样蛋白的β亚基。

Piguetiella denticulata Liang & Xie, 1997 is redescribed based on the type series collected from the type locality, Songtao River, and streams of the Zhangjiajie Mountain in southwestern China, and specimens from several tributaries of the Yangtze River. This species is characterized by a large body size, the absence of eyespots and dorsal hair chaetae, the same size and shape of dorsal and ventral chaetae, the presence of 3-4 intermediate teeth on both ventral and dorsal chaetae, and an intestinal dilation in IX-X segments. The essential characteristics used to diagnose the genus are discussed and a key to the genus is provided.

蛇毒C一型凝集素样蛋白一般是由两个相似亚基组成的异构二聚体或由多个异构二聚体组成的多聚体。烙铁头蛇毒血小板活化素TMVA是一个高分子量的C一型凝集素样蛋白。本文研究了烙铁头蛇毒C一型凝聚素样蛋白的生物活性及其作用机制。同时还从烙铁头蛇毒中分离到一个抗凝蛋白(mucroqucetin)。TMVA呈量效关系地诱导P好和洗涤血小板聚集,提示其活化血小板并不调节v从下或不依赖于vWF。抗人血小板糖蛋白(GP)Ib单克隆抗体HIPI呈剂量依赖性特异性抑制TMVA诱导的血小板聚集。抗人GPllb单克隆抗体PZ也抑制血小板聚集。单克隆抗体和流式细胞术分析显示,FITC一TMVA特异性地、剂量依赖性地结合到福尔马林固定的人血小板上,在FIIC-TMVA4O砚浓度时达到饱和性结合状态,这种结合被HIPI特异性地抑制,并呈剂量依赖性。TMVA不结合血小板GPIX、GPllb、GPllla、GPIa、GPlla和GPIV。Mocarhagin仅能部分阻断TMVA诱导的血小板聚集,然而TMVA却能诱导mocarhagin阻断的血小板聚集。以上结果显示TMVA在GPIbQ上的主要受体位于富含亮氨酸第二次重复区氨基酸残基59一81,除此之外,TMVA可能还有其他结合位点。小鼠体内首次给予TMVA后,在短时间内(15min-30min)引起循环血小板数及网织血小板百分率暂时性减低、血小板膜表面P-seleetin的表达暂时性增加,但循环血液中血小板一白细胞复合物未增加;抗鼠血小板单克隆抗体P一selectin、GPllb、GPlll。免疫组化染色显示脾和肺的组织巨噬细胞呈阴性反应,提示TMVA导致循环血小板减少不是巨噬细胞系统对血小板的清除所致。可能是由于TMVA.通过GPIb活化血小板后使P-selectin暴露于胞浆膜表面,这些脱颗粒的血小板在补体的参与下自身溶破,而导致快速的暂时性血小板减少。给予TMVA.后组织病理学显示,肝、脾、肺、肾、胰、大肠及小肠血管未血栓形成;TMVA不影响内源性和外源性凝血系统;TMVA呈剂量依赖性延长小鼠的出血时间,但在TMvA25p眺g时小鼠的出血时间未延长、仍小于5分钟,是一个安全的剂量。以上结果充分证明TMVA具有体内抗血栓作用,血小板自身溶破导致血小板减少在体内抗血栓中可能也起到重要的作用。体内外实验显示TMVA在动物体内外都具有抗补体活性作用。TMVA上调血小板上DAF和CD59的表达,不同程度地上调白细胞上D胚和CDS夕的表达。TMVA在补体系统中的作用可能与其在异种器宫移植中抗IIAR的发生相关。Mucroqucetin是一个由Q链和p链组成的异二聚体蛋白质,其分子量为25KD。。N一末端氨基酸序列与其它该类蛇毒C一型凝集素样蛋白有很高的同源性。Mucroqucetin呈量效关系延长部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),几乎不影响凝血酶原时间(PT)。因子IX和X的抑制试验显示,该纯化蛋白呈量效关系抑制工X因子的凝血活性,不影响X因子,提示mucroqucetin的抗凝活性主要通过结合FIX而实现,是一个血液凝固IX因子结合蛋白。

A blood coagulation factor IX-binding protein (TSV-FIX-BP) was isolated from the snake venom of Trimeresurus stejnegeri. On SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, TSV-FIX-BP showed a single band with an apparent molecular weight of 23,000 under non-reducing conditions. and two distinct bands with apparent molecular weights of 14,800 and 14,000 under reducing conditions. cDNA clones containing the coding sequences of TSV-FIX-BP were isolated and sequenced to determine the structure of the precusors of TSV-FIX-BP subunits. The deduced amino acid sequences of two subunits of TSV-FIX-BP were confirmed by N-terminal protein sequencing and trypsin-digested peptide mass fingerprinting. TSV-FIX-BP was a nonenzymatic C-type lectin-like anti-coagulant. The anti-coagulant activity of TSV-FIX-BP was mainly caused by its dose dependent interaction with blood coagulation factor IX but not with blood coagulation factor X. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. III-V pentenary semiconductor AlGaInPAs with a direct band gap of up to 2.0 eV has been grown successfully on GaAs substrates by liquid phase epitaxy;(LPE). With the introduction of the energy bowing parameters of quaternaries, the theoretical calculations agree well with the measured PL peak energy data from pentenary samples.

A new X-ray diffraction method for characterising thermal mismatch stress (TMS) in SiCw–Al composite has been developed. The TMS and thermal mismatch strain (TMSN) in SiC whiskers are considered to be axis symmetrical, and can be calculated by measuring the lattice distortion of the whiskers. Not only the average TMS in whiskers and matrix can be obtained, but the TMS components along longitudinal and radial directions in the SiC whiskers can also be deduced. Experimental results indicate that the TMS in SiC whiskers is compressive, and tensile in the aluminium matrix. The TMS and TMSN components along the longitudinal direction in the SiC whiskers are greater than those along the radial direction for a SiCw–Al composite quenched at 500°C.

Bulk metallic glasses of Nd65Al10Fe25-xCox (x=0,5,10) have been prepared in the form of 3 mm diam rods. Results of differential scanning calrimetry, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), and x-ray diffraction are presented for these alloys. It is shown that the glass transition and crystallization have been observed by DMTA. The reduced glass transition temperature of these glasses, defined as the ratio between the glass transition temperature T-g and the melting temperature T-l is in the range from 0.55 to 0.62. All these glasses have a large supercooled liquid region (SLR), ranging from 80 to 130 K. The high value of reduced glass transition temperature and wide SLR agree with their good glass formation ability.

用X光摄影技术研究了导爆索在泥面爆炸时爆坑的发展过程,得到的各瞬时爆坑轮廓线可用椭圆方程描述,瞬时最大爆坑深度约为70~80倍药芯半径,瞬时最大爆坑宽度约为200倍药芯半径,爆坑深度随时间成对数关系增长,未见临空面对其有明显影响,临空面对爆坑的影响出现在爆坑宽度为60~80倍药芯半径之后,爆坑有回缩现象。

介绍脉冲X光机和医用X光机的特性,应用这两种设备进行一系列饱和砂土的冲击加载实验。利用医用X光机拍摄到了饱和砂土在冲击载荷作用下产生的横断裂缝、纵向排水通道以及密实沉降的照片,得到了横断裂缝和纵向排水通道的出现规律,从而为研究饱和砂土冲击液化后结构破坏与密实沉降的机理提供了一种实验观测手段。

The InAsxSb1-x films were grown on (100) GaSb substrates by liquid-phase epitaxy, and their structural, electrical, and optical properties were investigated. The high-resolution x-ray diffraction results reveal that the single crystalline InAsxSb1-x films with a midrange composition are epitaxially grown on the GaSb substrates. Temperature dependence of the Hall mobility was theoretically modeled by considering several predominant scattering mechanisms. The results indicate that ionized impurity and dislocation scatterings dominate at low temperatures, while polar optical phonon scattering is important at room temperature (RT). Furthermore, the InAsxSb1-x films with the higher As composition exhibit the better crystalline quality and the higher mobility. The InAs0.35Sb0.65 film exhibits a Hall mobility of 4.62x10(4) cm(2) V-1 s(-1). The cutoff wavelength of photoresponse is extended to about 12 mu m with a maximum responsivity of 0.21 V/W at RT, showing great potential for RT long-wavelength infrared detection. This paper considers the chaos synchronization of the modified Chua's circuit with x vertical bar x vertical bar function. We firstly show that a couple of the modified Chua systems with different parameters and initial conditions can be synchronized using active control when the values of parameters both in drive system and response system are known aforehand. Furthermore, based on Lyapunov stability theory we propose an adaptive active control approach to make the states of two identical Chua systems with unknown constant parameters asymptotically synchronized. Moreover the designed controller is independent of those unknown parameters. Numerical simulations are given to validate the proposed synchronization approach.

双层靶结构是一种有效的太空防护结构,对速度为5~7km/s的小颗粒弹丸具有极好的防护作用。为研究双层靶结构的防护作用,用二级轻气炮发射超高速弹丸撞击靶板,用脉冲X光摄影系统拍摄弹丸撞击靶板后形成的碎片粒子云团。对照见证靶被侵彻的形态,可以得到内涵十分深刻的实验数据。自动跟踪式脉冲X光摄影系统是一种新型的脉冲X光摄影系统。应用该系统成功地拍摄了高速弹丸撞击靶板后弹、靶形成碎片粒子云团的形态。文章披露了铝弹撞击铝靶,钢弹撞击铅靶后某一时刻的X光拍摄的图象,并对实验结果作了初步分析。
