在对编队飞行GPS/INS相对导航当前的主要滤波算法进行总结和分析的基础上,提出了分布滤波的算法,并建立了GPS/INS相对导航仿真系统,对该算法进行验证。仿真结果表明该算法能够适应大型、紧密编队飞行的需求,在减小计算量、降低通讯数据量、允许编队做大的机动飞行的同时,能得到较高的估计精度。

Copper phthalocyanine-Fe2O3 nanoparticles alternating thin films were fabricated by Langmuir-Blodgett technique. Molecular orientation of [4-(4'-benzyloxy phenyl sulfonyl)phenoxy]-tris-4-(2,4-di-t-phenoxy) phthalocyanine copper (II) in its alternating LB films, deposited at different conditions,was studied by polarized UV-Vis spectra. The tilt extent of the copper phthalocyanine molecule omits LB films increases with the surface pressure of the subphase increasing on the same subphase, or with Fe2O3 concentration decreasing at the same pressure. The orientation of the copper phthalocyanine derivative is important for the gas-sensing properties. The bigger the tilt extent of the phthalocyanine molecule is, the greater the sensitivity of the film is.

基于捷联惯导系统(INS)与全球定位系统(GPS)定位技术的发展以及机器人导航的需要,本文对INS与GPS的组合导航系统进行了研究。捷联惯导系统与GPS导航各有优缺点,具有互补性,文中将两者结合形成了更加准确可靠的定位系统。本文首先介绍了捷联惯导系统和全球定位系统,并对捷联惯导和GPS的误差作了详细的分析,建立了误差模型。文中应用动力学误差方程建立了九状态INS/GPS综合卡尔曼滤波方程。提出了一种以位置、速度、姿态DCM的误差为状态量,以GPS和INS的位置差作为观测量的INS/GPS组合导航系统的滤波算法,并将该技术应用于机器人的定位导航。仿真实验表明,该算法可有效提高系统导航参数的估计精度。本文分五章对该课题进行了研究。第一章是引言,介绍了课题的研究背景、意义,国内外的研究现状和本文的主要工作;第二章介绍了惯性传感器和GPS接收器的原理和特性;第三章介绍了捷联惯导系统相关的理论知识,包括姿态角的解算,算法具体内容和误差分析,并对捷联惯导系统进行了仿真试验;第四章介绍了Kalman滤波的相关知识并详细介绍了INS/GPS组合导航系统;第五章对INS/GPS组合导航系统的九状态卡尔曼滤波算法进行了仿真,并对试验结果进行了详细的分析。从仿真结果可知,组合导航系统大大的提高了系统的精度,克服了纯惯导系统的缺点。

In this work. co-current flow characteristics of air/non-Newtonian liquid systems in inclined smooth pipes are studied experimentally and theoretically using transparent tubes of 20, 40 and 60 turn in diameter. Each tube includes two 10 m lone pipe branches connected by a U-bend that is capable of being inclined to any angle, from a completely horizontal to a fully vertical position. The flow rate of each phase is varied over a wide range. The studied flow phenomena are bubbly, plug flow, slug flow, churn flow and annular flow. These are observed and recorded by a high flow. stratified flow. -speed camera over a wide range of operating conditions. The effects of the liquid phase properties, the inclination angle and the pipe diameter on two-phase flow characteristics are systematically studied. The Heywood-Charles model for horizontal flow was modified to accommodate stratified flow in inclined pipes, taking into account the average void fraction and pressure drop of the mixture flow of a gas/non-Newtonian liquid. The pressure drop gradient model of Taitel and Barnea for a gas/Newtonian liquid slug flow was extended to include liquids possessing shear-thinning flow behaviour in inclined pipes. The comparison of the predicted values with the experimental data shows that the models presented here provide a reasonable estimate of the average void fraction and the corresponding pressure drop for the mixture flow of a gas/ non-Newtonian liquid. 开展了塞式喷管气体动力学过程的冷流实验研究。实验对不同压比条件下塞式喷管塞体表面的压力分布进行了测量,对塞体长度、侧板影响、底部特性以及二次流影响进行了研究。通过冷流实验揭示了塞式喷管的气体动力学过程和流动特性,得到的结论主要有:(1)有无侧板对塞体边缘压力分布影响比较明显,对中心线压力分布影响很小,无侧板的情况下喷管性能会有一定损失。(2)尾迹开放状态下,底部压力随环境压力变化,由于底部涡的影响,底部压力低于环境压力:尾迹闭合状态下,底部压力不再随环境压力变化。(3)尾迹闭合状态下,在底部加入二次流会有比较明显的增压效果;尾迹开放状态下,二次流对短喷管增压效果不明显,但对长喷管有一定的增压效果。

开展了塞式喷管冷流实验和数值模拟研究。实验模型采用直排的点膨胀构型,实验测量了两种塞体长度的塞式喷管在不同压比条件下的表面压强分布,拍摄了典型工况下流场的纹影照片。数值模拟采用二阶NND格式求解二维N-S方程,计算得到的壁面压强发布与实验结果吻合较好。通过实验和数值模拟验证了塞式喷管高度补偿特性,得到的结论为塞式喷管设计和性能预报提供了依据。

通过葡聚糖 Sephadex G-50凝胶过滤和反相高压液相层析等手段,对无指盘臭蛙皮肤分泌液进行分离纯化,得到了高纯度的多肽分离峰.分别采用体外培养的大鼠胰岛和INS-1胰岛β细胞系检测分离峰的促胰岛素释放活性.结果表明,所得多肽既可促进原代培养的大鼠胰岛分泌胰岛素,又可以促进INS-1细胞胰岛素释放;运用飞行质谱仪测定该促胰岛素释放肽的相对分子质量,其大小为1 868.此外,利用鸡胚尿囊绒毛膜(CAM)体内模型检测,发现该多肽还具有显著的抑制血管生成活性.

Studies have firmly established a key regulatory role for the tumor suppressor pVHL in the regulation of the vascular system and normal spermatogenesis. Here, we report that knockout of the newly identified tumor suppressor U19/Eaf2 also caused vascular system abnormalities and aspermatogenesis, suggesting a potential link between U19/Eaf2 and pVHL. Coimmunoprecipitation and in vitro binding assays showed an association between U19/Eaf2 and pVHL, whereas deletion mutagenesis revealed the requirement of the NH2 terminus of U19/Eaf2 and both the alpha and beta domains of pVHL for this binding. U19/Eaf2 stabilizes pVHL, as shown by protein stability and pulse-chase studies. Testes and mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEF) derived from U19/Eaf2 knockout mice expressed reduced levels of pVHL, indicating that full in vivo expression of pVHL indeed requires U19/Eaf2. As expected, U19/Eaf2 knockout MEF cells exhibited an increased level and activity of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF1 alpha), a protein typically regulated via a pVHL-mediated degradation pathway. Furthermore, angiogenesis in a Matrigel plug assay was significantly increased in U19/Eaf2 knockout mice. The above observations argue that U19/Eaf2 can modulate HIF1 alpha and angiogenesis, possibly via direct binding and stabilization of pVHL. [Cancer Res 2009;69(6):2599-606]

This paper describes a novel method that applies pressure-assisted field-amplified sample injection with reverse migrating micelles (PA-FASI-RMM) for the online concentration of neutral analytes in MEKC with a low-pH BGE. After injection of a plug of water into the separation capillary, negative voltage and positive pressure were simultaneously applied to initialize PA-FASI-RMM injection. The hydrodynamic flow generated by the positive pressure compensated the reverse EOF in the water plug and allowed the water plug to remain in the capillary during FASI with reverse migrating micelles (FASI-RMM) to obtain a much longer injection time than usual, which improved stacking efficiency greatly. Equations describing this injection mode were introduced and were supported by experimental results. For a 450-s online PA-FASI-RMM injection, three orders of magnitude sample enhancement in terms of peak area could be observed for the steroids and an achievement of detection limits was between 1 and 10 ng/mL.

Sapphire substrates were nanopatterned by dry (inductively coupled plasma, ICP) etching to improve the performance of GaN-based light-emitting diodes (LEDs). GaN-based LEDs on nanopatterned sapphire substrates (NPSS) were fabricated by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The characteristics of LEDs fabricated on NPSS prepared by dry etching were studied. The light output power and wall-plug efficiency of the LEDs fabricated on NPSS were greater than those of the conventional LEDs fabricated on common planar sapphire substrates when the injection currents were the same. The LEDs on NPSS and common planar sapphire substrates have similar I-V characteristics.

Carbonized buffer layers were formed with C2H4 on Si(100) and Si(111) substrates using different methods and SIC epilayers were grown on each buffer layer at 1050 degrees C with simultaneous supply of C2H4 and Si2H6. The structure of carbonized and epitaxy layers was analyzed with in situ RHEED. The buffer layers formed at 800 degrees C were polycrystalline on both Si(100) and Si(111) substrates whereas they were single crystals, with twins on Si(100) and without tu ins on Si(111)substrates. when formed with a gradual rise in substrate temperature from 300 degrees C to growth temperature. Raising the substrate temperature slowly results in the formation of more twins. Epilayers grown on carbonized polycrystalline lavers are polycrystalline. Single crystal epilayers without twins grow on single crystalline buffer layers without twins or with a few twins. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
