The non-resonant third-order non-linear optical properties of amorphous Ge20As25Se55 films were studied experimentally by the method of the femtosecond optical heterodyne detection of optical Kerr effect. The real and imaginary parts of complex third-order optical non-linearity could be effectively separated and their values and signs could be also determined, which were 6.6 x 10(-12) and -2.4 x 10(-12) esu, respectively. Amorphous Ge20As25Se55 films showed a very fast response in the range of 200 fs under ultrafast excitation. The ultrafast response and large third-order non-linearity are attributed to the ultrafast distortion of the electron orbitals surrounding the average positions of the nucleus of Ge, As and Se atoms. The high third-order susceptibility and a fast response time of amorphous Ge20As25Se55 films makes it a promising material for application in advanced techniques especially in optical switching. 1994年5月至1995年6月对洪湖日本沼虾的种群繁殖生物学进行了研究.洪湖日本沼虾的繁殖期为4月中旬至10月上旬,5月中旬至8月中旬为日本沼虾的繁殖高峰期,其中6月、8月雌虾抱卵率均在70%以上;日本沼虾群体中雄性总是少于雌性,月性比(♀/♂)变化于1.104-5.780之间,3—6月性比逐渐增高,7─10月性比则逐渐降低;在整个繁殖期.4─7月的抱卵虾均为前一年出生的大、中规格的个体,之后当年出生的个体在繁殖群体中逐渐占据优势;春季抱卵虾的绝对繁殖力和相对繁殖力都大于秋季抱卵虾,分别计算了绝对繁殖力、

Quaternary InAlGaN film has been grown directly on top of low-temperature-deposited GaN buffer layer by low-pressure metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy. High-resolution X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence (PL) results show that the film has good crystal quality and optical property. Temperature-dependent PL and time-resolved PL (TRPL) have been employed to study the carriers recombination dynamics in the film. The TRPL signals can be well fitted as a stretched exponential function exp[-(t/tau)(beta)] from 14 to 250 K, indicating that the emission is attributed to the radiative recombination of excitons localized in disorder quantum nanostructures such as quantum disks originating from indium (In) clusters or In composition fluctuation. The cross-sectional high-resolution electron microscopy measurement further proves that there exist the disorder quantum nanostructures in the quaternary. By investigating the dependence of the exponential parameter beta on the temperature, it is shown that the multiple trapping-detrapping mechanism dominates the diffusion among the localized states. The localized states are considered to have two-dimensional density of states (DOS) at 250 K, since radiative recombination lifetime tau(r) increases linearly with increasing temperature. 通过分析传统生态学盖度在指示植被防止水土流失功能的不足,以植被垂直结构中各个层次控制水土流失的机理为依据,提出结构化植被因子指数Cs这一新的指标,建立了植被因子指数模型并进行了案例分析。结果表明:油松和山杨群落中,林冠层、草被层及枯枝落叶层都是植被防止水土流失的关键层次,其盖度对于防止水土流失的作用权重分别为0.0150,0.591,0.394和0.0608,0.828,0.112。结构化植被因子指数考虑了群落结构中各层次的相对作用,并结合各层次的盖度来综合反映植被影响水土流失的作用,比传统的生态学盖度能更好地描述植被与土壤侵蚀的关系,是一种理想的植被因子指标。

采用盆栽实验.研究了在不同改性措施条件下,Cd、Ph、Cu、Zn、As多元素复合污染物对水稻、大豆生长的影响及重金属在土壤-作物系统中迁移、积累的特性.结果表明,作物根系中的离子冲量越大,对作物危害越重.酸处理对作物生长影响较大,而腐殖酸和石灰处理有利于作物的生长.改性剂对重金属迁移能力影响大小依次为酸>腐殖酸>石灰.作物的不同部位对重金属吸收的顺序为根>茎叶>籽实.重金属在土壤-作物系统中的迁移能力为Cd>Zn>Cu>As>Pb.

2 .5Ma B.P.以来 ,受地球轨道要素周期性变化和青藏高原阶段性强烈隆升的影响 ,黄土高原地区气候存在着干期与湿润交替出现的现象 ,但总的趋势是向干旱化方向演化。黄土高原第四纪以来草本植物一直较为繁茂 ,木本植物仅在少数几个时期处于优势地位。现代黄土高原人工林草植被普遍存在着土壤干层问题。土壤干层的形成是气候干旱化过程中必然出现的现象 ,它是导致植被演替的直接原因之一。人工植被激发并强化了土壤干层的形成。土壤干层的形成是气候干旱化和人工植被选择不当两个方面综合作用的结果 ,但有望通过有关人工措施使其危害得到缓解

应用地理信息系统和数据库等计算机技术,以东北地区DEM为基础,生成坡度、坡向及遮蔽度等小地形因子数据库和经度、纬度及海拔高度等大地形因子数据库。利用东北地区1960年~1990年30a平均的降水与湿度资料,采用趋势面分析、逐步回归、宏观地理因子模拟与小地形订正等方法,分区构筑了东北3省降水和湿度空间分布的数学模型。进而利用GIS平台建立分辨率为1km2的东北地区4月~10月份和全年降水与湿度的GRID格式专题地图,所得结果与东北地区实际降水和湿度分布较为吻合,可满足多方面的应用

以双阳原油为研究对象,选用EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)作原料,用马来酸酐接枝改性,合成EJ-6降凝剂,采取在热处理中加入降凝剂的综合处理方法,考察了降凝剂合成的最佳反应条件和降凝剂用量及热处理温度对原油结晶状态及流动性的影响。结果表明,热处理中加入EJ-6降凝剂可使蜡的结晶状态发生明显变化。降凝剂用量仅100~500ppm,即可使双阳原油的凝点由原来的30~31℃降至7~9℃,原油的低温流动性大为改善。

本文对神农架地区广泛分布的米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎林的种群和群落学特征、干扰历史、更新策略、生物量、生产量及元素循环特征进行了研究。得到如下结论: 1 米心水青冈林是神农架地区山地垂直分布的地带性植被类型,主要群落学特征为:(1)建群种明显,该区域主要有2种类型,即米心水青冈林和米心水青冈、锐齿槲栎林;(2)群落结构简单,但物种组成丰富,在6600m~2样地中出现高等植物(不含苔藓植物)77科150属271种,组成种类以蔷薇科、百合科、忍冬科、虎耳草科、樟科、杜鹃花科和壳斗科为主;(3)群落乔木层(占重要值的12%)和灌木层(占盖度的15%)中含有一定比例的常绿树种;(4)群落生活型以高位芽植物(70.89%)占绝对优势,其次为地面芽植物(15.50%)和地下芽植物(12.92%)。 2 米心水青冈是多主干的树种,萌枝现象普遍,但萌枝数量不同地点差异较大。通过萌枝产生的枝群体平均密度为257 ± 99.3n•hm~(-2)。枝群体的年龄结构表现为“幼龄个体数目较多型”和“中国年龄阶段数目较多型”,并且有较多的枝群体表现出一致的年龄结构。从整个群落米心水青冈的年龄结构来看,表现出发展型种群的特点。枝群体的分布格局为随机分布。9丛米心水青冈完整的年轮分析结果表明,它们萌枝的时间不是边疆的,而与森林的受干扰有关。根据83个圆盘和生长锥芯资料,米心水青冈在萌枝后成长为乔木层或林冠层的过程中,径向生长表现为5种模式。这是丛株内竞争的结果。萌枝在米心水青冈林的维持和发展过程中,具有重要的生态学作用。 3 锐齿槲栎林是神农架地区山地垂地分布的地带性植被类型,主要群落学特征为:(1)建群种明显,该区域主要有2种类型,即锐齿槲栎林和锐齿槲栎、米心水青冈林;(2)群落乔木层和灌木层中含有一定比例的常绿树种,和暖温带的落叶栎林有较大差异;(3)群落物种组成丰富,不仅具有典型的温带科属,还有典型亚热带分布的科属,组成种类主要以蔷薇科、百合科、忍冬科、虎耳草科、山茱萸科、杜鹃花科、壳斗科和樟科;(4)生活型以高位芽植物(66.32%)占绝对优势,其次为地面芽(23.51%)和地下芽(9.47%)植物。 4 通过样地调查、树干解析及直径分析法,对米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎林受压和释压历史及更新策略进行了研究。米心水青冈直径生长表现为5种模式。而锐齿槲栎只表现为2种模式。85.9 ± 6.9%的米心水青冈有过受压过程,平均受压2.1 ± 0.8次,平均受压时间为47 ± 24.1a,最长受压时间73a,平均释压次数为1.6 ± 0.7次,平均释压时间为23 ± 21.5a,而60.83%的锐齿槲栎都均有1次受压。平均受压时间为19 ± 14a,受压后没有表现出释压过程。结合高生长和径向生长,认为米心水青冈是耐阴树种,它的更新策略是在林下形成苗性萌枝,在有林窗形成时释压生长进入乔木层;而锐齿槲栎是不耐阴树种,它的更新策略是通过产生大量种子,当有大的林窗时,幼苗在林窗内生长逐步进入乔木层。 5 神农架地区102-130a成熟米心水青冈林的生物量在251.31-358.63T•hm~(-2)之间,平均为288.70 ± 48.30T•~(-2),20-60a锐齿槲栎林群落生物量在134.85-301.20T•hm~(-2),平均为231.60 ± 78.10T•hm~(-2)。虽然米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎林灌木层草本层及藤本植物组成很丰富,但二种类型森林生物量的95%以上集中在乔木层。乔木层生物量主要集中在少数优势种中。在米心水青冈林生物量从大到小的序列中,前5种植物分别占乔木层总生物量58.67%-96.37%不等,同样锐齿槲栎林前5种植物占群落生物量的68.13%-95.26%。常绿植物占乔木层生物量的比例变化较大,米心水青冈林中占2.85-18.70%,锐齿槲栎林中一般常绿植物占0.8-9.98%,只有1个锐齿槲栎林样地常绿植物(主要是粉白杜鹃)占乔木层生物量的44.04%。米心水青冈林生物量根冠比为0.27 ± 0.05,锐齿槲栎林为0.21 ± 0.06。神农架地区米心水青冈林的生物量,在成熟的欧洲水青冈林及日本的水青冈林生物量范围之内,而锐齿槲栎林生物量远远大于我国温带落叶栎林的生物量。 6 神农架地区102-130a米心水青冈林生产量范围在1857-2786g•m~(-2)•a~(-1),平均为2330 ± 397 g•m~(-2)•a~(-1)。20-60a锐齿槲栎林的生产量范围在1319-2521 g•m~(-2)•a~(-1),平均为1930 ± 498 g•m~(-2)•a~(-1)。米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎林乔木层生产量占群落总生产量的95%以上,乔木层各器官生产量大小顺序为叶> 树干> 枝和根,其中叶生产量占乔木层的一半以上,达53.87 ± 2.72%(米心水青冈林)和57.31 ± 6.23%(锐齿槲栎林)。在乔木层生产量从大到小的序列中,前5种植物平均占乔木层总生产量的81.03 ± 13.94%(米心水青冈林,范围在62.75%-92.66%)和84.23 ± 9.68%(锐齿槲栎林,范围在68.54-95.11%)。米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎林群落地下部分生产量占总生产量的比例分别为11.29 ± 1.02%和9.22 ± 2.72。和我国其它地区地带性植被类型相比。米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎生产量是较高的,和亚热带绿阔叶林生产量接近,但在器官分配上两者差异较大。 7 米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎林土壤均呈酸性。其中锐齿槲栎林地土壤酸性更强。土壤元素特征表现为Al>C>K>Mg>Ca>N>S、P的特点,富铝化作用明显。8种元素在群落优势植物不同部位含量差异较大,N、P、K、Ca、Mg基本上是以叶片含量最高,树干或根中最低。仅从叶片来看,元素特征表现为C>Ca、N>K>Mg>S>P、Al。优势植物的C/N和C/P显著高于暖温带落叶阔叶林优势植物。8种元素在米心水青冈林和锐齿槲栎林中积累量分别为147.09 ± 25.60和116.00 ± 37.63 Mg hm~(-2)a~(-1),其中97%以上积累在群落乔木层。两种森林类型各元素的积累量都表现为C>Ca, N> K> Mg> P> S> Al的特点。米心水青风林和锐齿槲栎林8种元素的年存留量分别为6263 ± 90.8和5946 ±246 kg hm~(-2)a~(-1),其中N、P、K、Ca、Mg 5种主要营养元素的存留量分别为179.7 ± 18.2和169.4 ± 23.5kg hm~(-2) a~(-1)。两种森林类型各元素的存留量都表现为C> N> Ca> K> Mg> S> P> Al。

The cryopreservation of oocytes has been only marginally successful with any of the current protocols, including slow cooling, rapid cooling and vitrification. We wished to test the hypothesis that oocytes from a single mouse strain would freeze successfully by 1 of the 3 mentioned protocols. Unfertilized Kunming mouse oocytes obtained 14 h after PMSG/hCG administration were randomly assigned to be cryopreserved after slow cooling, ultra rapid cooling and vitrification. Oocytes were thawed by straws being placed into 37 degrees C water, and their morphological appearance and in vitro fertilization capability were compared with that of oocytes that had not undergone cryopreservation. Survival of oocytes was indicated by the absence of darkened ooplasm or by broken membranes or zona pellucida. Functional integrity was evaluated by the formation of a 2-cell embryo after IVF. Survival rate of slow cooled oocytes did not differ from that seen in vitrified oocytes (55.1 vs 65.9%) but was significantly lower in the rapidly cooled oocytes (24.2%; P<0.01). The results of NF of slow cooled and vitrified oocytes were similar to those of the control group (72 and 73 vs 77%; P>0.05). It appears that Kunming mouse oocytes can be successfully cryopreserved using the slow cooling method with 1,2-propanediol and vitrification, which contains both permeating and nonpermeating cryoprotectants. A 68-day growth trial was conducted in a flow-through system to determine the effect of dietary manganese levels on growth and tissue manganese concentration of juvenile gibel carp (Carassius auratus gibelio). Seven purified diets containing 7.21, 8.46, 9.50, 10.50, 13.03, 19.72 and 22.17 mg manganese (as manganic sulfate) per kilogram diet were fed to triplicate groups of fish (initial weight 3.21 +/- 0.01 g). The results showed that dietary manganese levels did not significantly affect feed intake of the fish. Specific growth rate, feed efficiency, total hepatic superoxide dismutase activity, carcass and skeletal manganese concentration increased significantly with increased dietary manganese(P < 0.05) while condition factor decreased significantly(P < 0.05). It was concluded that dietary requirement of manganese was 13.77 mg Mn per kilogram diet. Carcass and skeletal manganese concentration could also be used to evaluate the manganese requirement. Total hepatic superoxide dismulase activity was not a sensitive indicator for dietary requirement.
