采用重稀土离子(Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb)研究了水溶液中L-精氨酸的构象。结果表明,距稀土配位中心4个或4个键以上的配体核的接触位移都很小,在稀土离子附近的配体核具有显著的接触位移。通过对配体磁性核结构因子的实验值进行模拟,建立了水溶液中L-精氨酸的整体构象。在L-精氨酸稀土配合物中,配体的羧基与稀土离子配位,配体的骨架结构位于稀土离子的零偶极位移锥面的外侧。对于羧基的双齿配位模式,计算得到的RE~(3+)-O键长为0.21nm。在溶液中配体以伸展状态存在,分子骨架呈全反式构象。

The nonpolar m-plane (1 (1) over bar 00) thin film GaN and InGaN/GaN light-emitting diodes (LEDs) grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition on LiAlO2 (100) substrates are reported. The LEDs emit green light with output power of 80 mu W under a direct current of 20 mA for a 400x400 mu m(2) device. The current versus voltage (I-V) characteristic of the diode shows soft rectifying properties caused by defects and impurities in the p-n junction. The electroluminescence peak wavelength dependence on injection current, for currents in excess of 20 mA, saturates at 515-516 nm. This proves the absence of polarization fields in the active region present in c-plane structures. The light output intensity versus current (L-I) characteristic of the diode exhibits a superlinear relation at low injection current caused by nonradiative centers providing a shunt path and a linear light emission zone at high current level when these centers are saturated. 通过监测几种形态氮的变化,研究了人工湿地小试系统在不同浓度和低C/N条件下的除氮效果和反硝化途径.结果发现,湿地对浓度为5.5~50.5mg/LNH4+-N有很好的去除效果,去除率可达95%以上.在此浓度范围内,NH4+-N的进、出水浓度呈线性关系,R2值为0.9971.当进水含氮量低于16.4mg/L,湿地的除氮效率随进水浓度的增加而明显增加.进水含氮量为16.4~51.4mg/L,湿地的除氮效率为85%以上,且浓度对去除率无显著影响.当C/N<1时,湿地系统对总氮的去除率为86.3%,而碳源充足

The diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMSs) were achieved by the ion implantation. Fe+ ions (250 keV) were implanted into n-type GaN at room temperature with doses ranging from 8 X 10(15) cm(-2) to 8 X 10(16) cm(-2) and subsequently rapidly annealed at 800 degrees C for 5 m in N-2 ambient. PIXE was employed to determine the Fe-implanted content. The magnetic property was measured by the Quantum Design MPMS SQUID magnetometer. No secondary phases or clusters are detected within the sensitivity of XRD. Apparent ferromagnetic hysteresis loops measured at 10 K were presented. The relationships between the Fe-implanted content and the ferromagnetic property are discussed. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

The dark current characteristics and temperature dependence for quantum dot infrared photodetectors have been investigated by comparing the dark current activation energies between two samples with identical structure of the dots-in-well in nanoscale but different microscale n-i-n environments. A sequential coupling transport mechanism for the dark current between the nanoscale and the microscale processes is proposed. The dark current is determined by the additive mode of two activation energies: E-a,E-micro from the built-in potential in the microscale and E-a,E-nano related to the thermally assisted tunneling in nanoscale. The activation energies E-a,E-micro and E-a,E-nano decrease exponentially and linearly with increasing applied electric field, respectively.

We find that different geographical structures of networks lead to varied percolation thresholds, although these networks may have similar abstract topological structures. Thus, strategies for enhancing robustness and immunization of a geographical network are proposed. Using the generating function formalism, we obtain an explicit form of the percolation threshold q(c) for networks containing arbitrary order cycles. For three-cycles, the dependence of q(c) on the clustering coefficients is ascertained. The analysis substantiates the validity of the strategies with analytical evidence.

以不同浓度CO2(700、500μm o l/m o l)处理的红松和长白赤松幼苗土壤为研究对象,在2003年的7~9月的中旬采样,对0~10 cm层土壤微生物生物量C高浓度CO2影响进行了研究。结果表明,700μm o l/m o l CO2对红松幼苗土壤微生物生物量C着极显著(p<0.01)抑制效应,其作用大于500μm o l/m o l CO2处理;受高浓度CO2处理的长白赤松幼苗土壤微生物生物量C现出了与红松土壤微生物生物量C似的变化规律。此外,500μm o l/m o l CO2条件对红松和长白赤松幼苗土壤微生物生物量C影响存在着不稳定性。

研究了用固相反应法制备的碳载Pt(Pt/C(s) )催化剂对甲酸氧化的电催化活性 .XRD和TEM的测量表明 ,Pt/C(s)催化剂中Pt的平均粒径和结晶度远小于用传统的液相反应法制备的碳载Pt(Pt/C(l) )催化剂 ,因此 ,Pt/C(s)催化剂对甲酸氧化的电催化活性远高于Pt/C(l)催化剂.

稀土生物配体配合物研究对考察稀土生物效应并进而探索其对生态环境和人类健康的影响具有重要意义,稀土二肽配合物研究不多。本文合成并用元素分析和红外光谱研究了稀土元素甘氨酰替-L-亮氨酸固体配合物,采用~(13)C NMR研究了配合物溶液中构象。
