It is well known that the chemokine receptor CCR5 plays very important roles in HIV-1 virus infection. A three-dimensional molecular model of human CCR5 was generated by SYBYL, a distance geometry-based homologous modeling package, using the corresponding transmembrane domain of bacteriorhodopsin as the template. On the basis of human CCR5 model, we also built 18 3D molecular models of CCR5 in primates from Pongo pygmaeus, Pygathrix nemaeus, Macaca assameniss, Trachy-pithecus phayrei, T. francoisi, M. arotoides, Rhinopithecus roxellance, R, bieti, R. avunculus, Hylobates leucogenys, Pan troglodytes, Gorilla gorilla, Cercopithecus aethiops 1, C. aethiops 2, Papio hamadryas M. mulatta, M. fascicularis and M. nemestrina. Structural analyses and statistics results suggested that the main-chains of the primate CCR5 were similar to that of the human CCR5 and that the fit-RMS deviation values of these primate CCR5 were less than 0.1 Angstrom. Moreover, the structures of these CCR5 proteins, except those of the African green monkey 1 (C.aet1), do not have a remarkable difference. It is proved that the 14th residue is possibly very important in the inhibition infections by M-tropic HIV-1, and it is also demonstrated that the 13th residue of human CCR5 was changed from asparagine into aspartic acid in all these primates. It means that the primate CCR5 no longer depend on CD4 for efficient entry, but human CCR5 may have evolved subsequently due to the use of CD4 as a receptor, allowing the high-affinity chemokine receptor-binding site of HIV to be sequestered from host immune surveillance. Little is known about the effects of space radiation on the human body. There are a number of potential chronic and acute effects, and one major target for noncarcinogenic effects is the human vasculature. Cellular stress, inflammatory response, and other radiation effects on endothelial cells may affect vascular function. This study was aimed at understanding the effects of space ionizing radiation on the formation and maintenance of capillary-like blood vessels. We used a 3D human vessel model created with human endothelial cells in a gel matrix to assess the effects of low-LET protons and high-LET iron ions. Iron ions were more damaging and caused significant reduction in the length of intact vessels in both developing and mature vessels at a dose of 80 cGy. Protons had no effect on mature vessels up to a dose of 3.2 Gy but did inhibit vessel formation at 80 cGy. Comparison with gamma radiation showed that photons had even less effect, although, as with protons, developing vessels were more sensitive. Apoptosis assays showed that inhibition of vessel development or deterioration of mature vessels was not due to cell death by apoptosis even in the case of iron ions. We have carried out a theoretical study of double-delta-doped InAlAs/InGaAs/InP high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) by means of the finite differential method. The electronic states in the quantum well of the HEMT are calculated self-consistently. Instead of boundary conditions, initial conditions are used to solve the Poisson equation. The concentration of two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) and its distribution in the HEMT have been obtained. By changing the doping density of upper and lower impurity layers we find that the 2DEG concentration confined in the channel is greatly affected by these two doping layers. But the electrons depleted by the Schottky contact are hardly affected by the lower impurity layer. It is only related to the doping density of upper impurity layer. This means that we can deal with the doping concentrations of the two impurity layers and optimize them separately. Considering the sheet concentration and the mobility of the electrons in the channel, the optimized doping densities are found to be 5 x 10(12) and 3 x 10(12) cm(-2) for the upper and lower impurity layers, respectively, in the double-delta-doped InAlAs/InGaAs/InP HEMTs.

XML文档存放的信息需要受到访问控制策略的保护.现有的一些面向XML文档的访问控制模型都是基于自主访问控制策略或基于角色的访问控制.高安全等级系统需要强制访问控制来保证系统内信息的安全.首先扩展了XML文档模型使其包含标签信息,并给出了扩展后的文档模型需要满足的规则.然后通过讨论XML文档上的4种操作,描述了面向XML文档的细粒度强制访问控制模型的详细内容.该模型基于XML模式技术,它的控制粒度可以达到文档中的元素或者属性.最后讨论了该模型的体系结构和一些实现机制。

门户能够有效地实现异构信息之间的集成与协作,并为用户提供可定制、统一且遵循规范的访问服务.然而,由于门户所具有的这些不同于普通Web应用的特性,也使得传统访问控制模型无法在门户中直接使用.提出了一种面向门户系统的访问控制模型p-RBAC.P-RBAC扩展了传统的基于角色访问控制模型,并根据行为状态进一步分为静态模型和动态模型.P-RBAC给出了静态模型和动态模型上的行为规则,提出了具体的动态权限指派和角色组织策略,从而有效地解决了门户的访问控制问题.实际的应用案例证明,P-RBAC模型能够适用于门户的访问控制,并较之传统访问控制模型更高效可行.

文中对基于角色访问控制(role-based access control, RBAC)研究中的两大热点——模型的建立和实现进行了较深入的研究,提出了一种新的RBAC模型——NRBAC模型.这一模型除具有全面性外,比之已有的RBAC96 模型还具有接近现实世界和形式统一的优点.针对NRBAC模型的实现,文中又提出了一种新的RBAC实现机制——基于时间戳和素数因子分解的二进制双钥-锁对( TPB-2-KLP)访问控制方案.它不仅能很好地克服已有RBAC实现机制存在的缺点,还兼备了对锁向量修改次数少和发生溢出可能性小的优点.

:水蚀风蚀交错带是黄土高原侵蚀最严重的地区和黄河下游河床粗泥沙的主要来源区 ,其生态环境脆弱、治理难度大 ,加之晋陕蒙能源基地的大规模开发 ,也带来了新的环境问题。鉴于治黄和煤田开发及生态环境整治的紧迫需要 ,以水蚀风蚀交错带六道沟小流域为试区 ,分析研究了该区水蚀风蚀时空分布规律及脆弱生态环境特征 ,提出以防治水蚀和风蚀为中心 ,以提高生态经济效益和持续发展为目标 ,以基本农田优化结构和高效利用及植被建设为重点 ,建立具有防蚀固沙兼高效生态经济功能的大农业复合生态系统综合治理模式 ,取得了良好的社会与经济效益

建立了子机器人的控制模型,提出了分散式控制与集中式控制相结合的复合控制体系。采用动态分配ID号和由ID号确定机器人组中领导者的机制,建立了有领导者的机器人组的协作方法。其中,领导者与监控平台之间采用无线通讯,机器人组内采用CAN(control area network)总线传递控制信号。同时采用组内基于状态表匹配的控制方式。两个机器人组合利用以上机制,通过相互协调完成差速转弯的实验验证了该控制方法的可行性。

为提高制造系统生产控制的性能,建立了基于多智能体系统的混合控制模型。该模型把生产控制系统分为管理智能体层、单元智能体层和执行智能体层。管理智能体层负责调度和协调各单元智能体,并对所有智能体进行管理;单元智能体层中的各单元智能体间通过公用数据库相互协作;执行智能体对制造系统内的硬件负责,它们根据局部的本地资源信息及当前状态,接收发布的任务,并对其求解。同一层次的智能体之间是分布式结构。采用基于多智能体的混合控制模式,提高了制造系统生产控制的实时性和灵活性。通过激光拼焊生产系统中的试验,验证了该模型的有效性。

The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control region is believed to play an important biological role in mtDNA replication. Large deletions in this region are rarely found, but when they do occur they might be expected to interfere with the replication of the molecule, thus leading to a reduction of mtDNA copy number. During a survey for mtDNA sequence variations in 5,559 individuals from the general Chinese population and 2,538 individuals with medical disorders, we identified a 50-bp deletion (m.298_347del50) in the mtDNA control region in a member of a healthy Han Chinese family belonging to haplogroup B4c1b2, as suggested by complete mtDNA genome sequencing. This deletion removes the conserved sequence block II (CSBII; region 299-315) and the replication primer location (region 317-321). However, quantification of the mtDNA copy number in this subject showed a value within a range that was observed in 20 healthy subjects without the deletion. The deletion was detected in the hair samples of the maternal relatives of the subject and exhibited variable heteroplasmy. Our current observation, together with a recent report for a benign 154-bp deletion in the mtDNA control region, suggests that the control of mtDNA replication may be more complex than we had thought.
