The characterization of free base porphyrin 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octakis(hexyl-thio) tetraazaporphyrin (H(2)OHTTAP) and its zinc(II) complexes [Zn(II)OHTTAP] containing eight thioether groups at the beta -pyrrole positions of the macrocycle was reported. Results obtained by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry indicated a five-electron reduction in five steps for each complex. They were oxidized in two single-electron-transfer steps to yield pi -cation radicals and dications and reduced in three single-electron-transfer steps to yield pi -anion radicals, dianions and trianions, respectively. The redox property of H(2)OHTTAP was unusual as compared to porphyrins (PPs) and phthalocyanines (Pcs). Each process was monitored by in situ thin-layer spectroelectrochemistry, which indicated that only the Ligand was electroactive. The existence of the eight hexylthio groups was responsible for the intrastack interactions and enhanced intracolumnar and intercolumnar electron motions, resulting in improved conductivity. A series of 2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octakis(alkyl-thio)tetraazaporphyrins (H(2)OATTAP) with different alkyl chain lengths have been synthesized. Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry have been used to investigate the effect of the controlled lengths of the eight peripheral thioether tails on the redox behavior of the molecules. The electrochemical reduction of octakis(hexyl-thio)tetraazaporphyrins, MOHTTAP (where M = Cu, Ni), was studied in 1,2-dichloroethane at a platinum electrode. The Cu derivative was oxidized in one single-electron-transfer step to yield a pi-cation radical and reduced in three single-electron-transfer steps to yield a pi-anion radical, dianion and trianion, respectively. For the Ni derivative, electron transfer reactions involving both the central metal atom and the macrocyclic ring were observed. Electron transfer pathways are proposed based upon voltammetric and in situ spectroelectrochemical results.

60MeV/u18O离子与232Th反应产生放射性Ba同位素。通过3次BaCl2沉淀,Ba从大量的Th和其他反应产物混合物中分离出来。使用离线!谱学方法完成Ba样品!活性的测量。根据各个Ba同位素的特征!射线峰的活度和其他相关数据,得到Ba同位素的产生截面。

枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)是革兰氏阳性细菌研究的模式菌株,为重要的生防菌剂。本论文以枯草芽孢杆菌ATCC6051作对照,首次对新型菌株KB-1111和KB-1122进行了生物学特性、生防潜力以及与水稻稻瘟病致病菌互作的蛋白质组学研究。 形态学观察表明,菌株KB-1111和KB-1122在细胞形态、芽孢的大小、运动性、菌落褶皱和色素的生成等方面与菌株ATCC6051相似,具有枯草芽孢杆菌的典型特征。生理生化测定以及对多种碳源的利用结果显示,三个菌株大部分指标检测结果相同,只在几个方面等存在差异。 体外平板对峙抑菌试验说明,枯草芽孢杆菌ATCC6051、KB-1111和KB-11228种作物、果蔬代表性病害致病真菌具有明显的拮抗效果。其中,菌株KB-1122的广谱抗真菌活性优于KB-1111,而KB-1111又强于对照菌株ATCC6051,尤其是对稻瘟病(M. grisea P131)和蔬菜菌核病(S. sclerotiorum)显现出强烈的抑制作用,具备生防拮抗菌的优秀性能。 比较蛋白质组学分析结果表明,液体悬浮培养枯草芽孢杆菌KB-1111、KB-1122二维蛋白质组表达谱至少有11个胞内蛋白和10个胞外蛋白出现丰度差异。其中,菌株KB-1122中胁迫或逆境反应相关ATP酶、顺乌头酸水合酶和alpha-淀粉酶前体在细胞内蛋白质组,以及分泌型蛋白―内切葡聚糖酶在胞外蛋白质组中的高丰度表达可能与菌株KB-1122的优势拮抗能力相关。 将对数生长期的枯草芽孢杆菌KB-1122与菌丝丰富期的稻瘟病菌P131悬浮混合共培养发现,在24小时的共培养过程中,稻瘟病菌P131菌丝体及芽管经历了致变、破裂、细胞质溢出直至菌丝体崩溃等一系列变化,枯草芽孢杆菌KB-1122表现出强烈的拮抗效应。差异显示蛋白质组学研究表明,共培养菌体蛋白质组至少有39个蛋白点丰度发生显著变化,其中33个蛋白点得到成功鉴定,包括12个上调蛋白和21个下调蛋白。根据鉴定结果分析,这些上调的蛋白质全部来源于枯草芽孢杆菌,而下调的蛋白全部属于稻瘟病菌。共培养过程中的培养液蛋白质组至少有20个蛋白点丰度发生显著变化,其中18个蛋白点得到成功鉴定。根据以上分析结果初步认为,3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶、丝氨酸蛋白激酶和内切葡聚糖酶在枯草芽孢杆菌KB-1122与稻瘟病菌P131相互作用的过程中可能是B. subtilis KB-1122发挥抗真菌活性的关键性蛋白。

Aim: To establish a method for cynomolgus monkey sperm cryopreservation in a chemically defined extender. Methods: Semen samples were collected by electro-ejaculation from four sexually mature male cynomolgus monkeys. The spermatozoa were frozen in straws by liquid nitrogen vapor using egg-yolk-free Tes-Tris (mTTE) synthetic extender and glycerol as cryoprotectant. The effects of glycerol concentration (1%,3%, 5%, 10% and 15% [v/v]) and its equilibration time (10 min, 30 min, 60 min and 90 min) on post-thaw spermatozoa were examined by sperm motility and sperm head membrane integrity. Results: The post-thaw motility and head membrane integrity of spermatozoa were significantly higher (P < 0.05) for 5% glycerol (42.95 +/- 2.55 and 50.39 +/- 2.42, respectively) than those of the other groups (1%: 19.19 +/- 3.22 and 24.84 +/- 3.64; 3%: 34.23 +/- 3.43 and 41.37 +/- 3.42; 10%: 15.68 +/- 2.36 and 21.39 +/- 3.14; 15%: 7.47 +/- 1.44 and 12.90 +/- 2.18). The parameters for 30 min equilibration (42.95 2.55 and 50.39 2.42) were better (P < 0.05) than those of the other groups (10 min: 31.33 +/- 3.06 and 38. 98 +/- 3.31; 60 min: 32.49 +/- 3.86 and 40.01 +/- 4.18; 90 min: 31.16 +/- 3.66 and 38.30 +/- 3.78). Five percent glycerol and 30 min equilibration yielded the highest post-thaw sperm motility and head membrane integrity. Conclusion: Cynomolgus monkey spermatozoa can be successfully cryopreserved in a chemically defined extender, which is related to the concentration and the equilibration time of glycerol.

本发明公开了一种用于光纤光栅切趾的可调三角形共轭振幅模板,其特征在于,包括一共轭振幅板(19),上有正切趾光阑(17)和反切趾光阑(18),该共轭振幅板(19)正面安装有上挡板(20)和下挡板(21),上挡板(20)和下挡板(21)分别在上挡板导轨(25)和下挡板导轨(26)的导引下上下滑动,该共轭振幅板(19)背面安装有左栅长定位板(22)和右栅长定位板(23),左栅长定位板(22)和右栅长定位板(23)在栅长定位板导轨(31)的导引下左右滑动。本发明同时公开了一种利用可调三角形共轭振幅模板实现光纤光栅切趾的方法。本发明适应性好,灵活性强,工艺简单。

In this paper, an interdigital electrode lipid film odour sensor (ILOS) is designed, fabricated and tested. It is made from a microfabricated chemiresistor coated with a synthetic multibilayer film. Nine odorants in gas phase at room temperature have been detected using the odour sensor. For most of the odorants, the relation between the response of the ILOS and odorant concentration obeys Stevens' power law, and there is a good correlation between the minimum odorant concentrations that give rise to a change of the sensor's conductance and human olfactory thresholds.

In this work, the neutron radiation field at Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL) was investigated. Total neutron yields, spectra and angular distributions in the bombardment of various thick targets by C-12 and O-18 ions with energies up to 75 MeV/u were obtained using the activation method. The neutron dose equivalent rates of 60 MeV/u O-18 on various thick targets at different angles were measured with a modified A-B remmeter. Our results are compared with those of other reports.

黄河三角洲新生湿地生态系统是黄河强造陆运动和海岸系统蚀退相互作用的产物,在这里雨热同季,形成了天然或人工、长久或暂时的、流动或静止的湿地。黄河三角洲具有自然、经济和社会三大类18项功能。油气资源的开发对其自然因素、潜在因素和对社会经济价值都有一定的影响,我们在开采石油的同时一定要注意生态保护,加强绿化、污染物排放总量控制、采用先进的开采技术和建立湿地补偿制度。

为了探讨我国北方土石山区小流域雨水资源潜力及其水资源供需态势,为高效开发利用流域雨水资源和大规模开展生态环境建设工程提供理论依据。以代表该地区典型区域的鲁中南山区小流域为研究区域,在确定了小流域雨水资源理论潜力和现实潜力计算方法的基础上,对典型小流域雨水资源潜力及水资源供需平衡进行了定量分析。结果表明:该地区小流域总需水量中生态需水的比重最大,占总需水量的68.11%,农业生产需水量其次,占31.37%,人畜生活需水量最少,仅为0.52%。以小流域降水资源作为水资源的评估基础,当降雨设计频率分别为50%,75%和95%时,典型小流域的需水量占可供水量比重分别达到63.1%,75.2%和101.7%,研究区域典型小流域基本上都处于用水高度紧张状态,同时,提出了该地区未来小流域水资源开发利用的方向。

采用CID-301PS光合测定仪,20年生杉木人工林林地土壤的CO2排放动态进行了观测,结果表明,杉木林地土壤呼吸速率表现出明显的季节和日变化规律。其季节变化规律为:从1~7月份随温度呈上升的趋势,7月达年呼吸速率(CO2)的最大值,1.466μmol/(m2.s),8~12月呈逐渐递减的趋势,并且季节变化明显;日变化规律呈现出单峰曲线,最高峰出现在16:00~18:00。分析了林地土壤呼吸速率与环境因子的关系,指出林地土壤呼吸速率与进入土壤呼吸室的CO2浓度呈显著负相关,说明空气中CO2浓度的升高,将在一定程度上抑制土壤呼吸。同时得出杉木林地土壤呼吸速率与地下5cm温度呈显著正相关,建立了土壤呼吸速率与温度的回归方程,计算出杉木林地土壤的年呼吸量(CO2)为10.517t/(hm2.a)。

将具有降解甲醇能力的微生物固定于颗粒活性炭,组成固定化微生物反应器,考察其对甲醇废水的处理效果,结果表明,微生物固定化生物反应器处理甲醇废水的最佳条件是pH7-8,温度20~30℃,空气曝 气,甲醇去除率在90%以上。
