图像不变局部特征是新近兴起的一类图像特征,基于不变局部特征的图像表示是计算机视觉的热点研究问题,在理论研究和实际应用上都具有重要意义。本论文针对图像不变局部特征的原理特性及应用展开研究:(1)当今流行的不变局部特征检测和描述方法;(2)局部特征组织方式;(3)基于局部不变特征的摄像机运动检测方法;(4)基于局部特征组合的目标模型及识别方法。 深入研究了当今流行的不变局部特征检测子,重点分析了其提取原理、特征结构、不变性阶次、精确度等特性,在此基础上对多种检测子进行比较分析,得出各自的适用范围,并总结出在具体应用环境下的特征选择原则。 针对视频分析中摄像机运动检测的具体应用,提出一种基于尺度不变局部特征的摄像机运动检测方法。该方法选取尺度不变局部特征,采用无序特征集合的方式表示图像帧,通过帧间局部特征的匹配,提出归一化软投票的方法鲁棒地估计特征匹配对的位置、尺度的变化,并根据各变化值和投票数的特点识别出摄像机的运动类型。该方法简单、鲁棒,满足了摄像机运动检测的处理速度和准确性需求。 针对基于局部特征的目标表示和识别问题,研究分析现有两种模型bag-of-words和part-based的优缺点,将二者结合,提出一种局部特征组合的目标表示模型和相应的识别算法。该方法在半局部区域内的特征同时进行外观描述和空间位置编码,并用数据挖掘中的频繁项挖掘技术自动提取出表征目标的特征组合,作为子模型。目标模型由一系列子模型构成,子模型的数量及每个子模型中包含的部件数目均自动从训练集中发现,是完全目标自适应的。所提方法克服了bag-of-words方法表达的精确性不足、part-based方法训练速度过慢的缺点,在识别问题上得到了较好的总体性能。

Ultrasonic solvent extraction combined with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with calix[4]arene/hydroxy-terminated silicone (C[4]/OHTSO) oil coated fiber was used to extract phthalate acid esters (PAEs) plasticizers in plastic, such as blood bags, transfusion tubing, food packaging bag, and mineral water bottle for analysis by gas chromatography (GC). Both extraction parameters (i.e. extraction time, extraction temperature, ionic strength) and conditions of the thermal desorption in a GC injector were optimized by analysis of eight phthalates. The fiber shows wonderful sensitivity and selectivity to the tested compounds. Owing to its high thermal stability (380 degreesC), the carryover effect that often encountered when using conventional fibers can be reduced by appropriately enhancing the injector temperature. The method showed linear response over two to four orders of magnitude with correlation coefficients (r) better than 0.996, and limits of detection (LOD) ranged between 0.006 and 0.084 mug l(-1). The relative standard deviation values obtained were less than or equal to 10%. bis-2-Ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) was the sole analyte detected in these plastics and recoveries were in the ranges 95.5-101.4% in all the samples. Deconfinement phase transition and condensation of Goldstone bosons in neutron star matter are investigated in a chiral hadronic model (also referred as to the FST model) for the hadronic phase (HP) and in the color-flavor-locked (CFL) quark model for the deconfined quark phase. It is shown that the hadronic-CFL mixed phase (MP) exists in the center of neutron stars with a small bag constant, while the CFL quark matter cannot appear in neutron stars when a large bag constant is taken. Color superconductivity softens the equation of state (EOS) and decreases the maximum mass of neutron stars compared with the unpaired quark matter. The K-0 condensation in the CFL phase has no remarkable contribution to the EOS and properties of neutron star matter. The EOS and the properties of neutron star matter are sensitive to the bag constant B, the strange quark mass m(s) and the color superconducting gap Delta. Increasing B and m(s) or decreasing Delta can stiffen the EOS which results in the larger maximum masses of neutron stars.

Bioactive SiO2-CaO-P2O5 gel (BAG) nanoparticles with 40 nm in diameter were synthesized by the sol-gel route and further modified via the ring-opening polymerization of lactide on the surface of particles. Surface modified BAG (mBAG) was introduced in poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) matrix as bioactive filler. The dispersibility of mBAG in PLLA matrix was much higher than that of rough BAG particles. Tensile strength of the mBAG/PLLA composite could be increased to 61.2 MPa at 2 wt% filler content from 53.4 MPa for pure PLLA. The variation of moduli of the BAG/PLLA and mBAG/PLLA composites always showed an enhancement tendency with the increasing content of filler loading. The SEM photographs of the fracture surfaces showed that mBAG could be homogeneously dispersed in the PLLA matrix, and the corrugated deformation could absorb the rupture energy effectively during the breaking of materials. In vitro bioactivity tests showed that both BAG and mBAG particles could endow the composites with ability of the calcium sediment in SBF, but the surface modification of BAG particles could weaken this capability to some extent. Biocompatibility tests showed that both BAG and mBAG particles could facilitate the attachment and proliferation of the marrow cells on the surface of the composite.
