Resumo:
A nanostructured surface layer was formed on an Inconel 600 plate by subjecting it to surface mechanical attrition treatment at room temperature. Transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy of the treated surface layer were carried out to reveal the underlying grain refinement mechanism. Experimental observations showed that the strain-induced nanocrystallization in the current sample occurred via formation of mechanical microtwins and subsequent interaction of the microtwins with dislocations in the surface layer. The development of high-density dislocation arrays inside the twin-matrix lamellae provides precursors for grain boundaries that subdivide the nanometer-thick lamellae into equiaxed, nanometer-sized grains with random orientations.

提出一种仅需一台染料激光器即可同时测量火焰中氢和氧的CARS谱的新方法。取带宽为120cm~(-1),中心波长位于580.4nm的Stokes光束与532nm的泵浦光束相配合,同时测量氢扩散火焰中的氢和氧的CARS谱,用氢的S(6)和S(5)的积分强度比确定火焰中的温度并与氮的Q支CARS谱测量的温度和经过热损耗修正的热电偶测得的温度取得了相当好的一致结果。一次测出氢和氧的CARS谱,避免多次测量中参数的难以重复性,提高了以温度为参数来确定浓度的准确性。

A technique for enhanced generation of selected high harmonics in a gas medium, in a high ionization limit, is proposed in this paper. An aperiodically corrugated hollow-core fiber is employed to modulate the intensity of the fundamental laser pulse along the direction of propagation, resulting in multiple quasi-phase-matched high harmonic emissions at the cutoff region. Simulated annealing (SA) algorithm is applied for optimizing the aperiodic hollow-core fiber. Our simulation shows that the yield of selected harmonics is increased equally by up to 2 orders of magnitude compared with no modulation and this permits flexible control of the quasi-phase-matched emission of selected harmonics by appropriate corrugation. 研究了提拉法生长的镓酸锂单晶的生长习性和结晶质量。晶体表面呈乳白色且表面粗糙。通过光学显微镜、四晶X射线衍射、透射光谱和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱对样品进行了表征,结果表明,在(001)面的抛光样品上存在三种缺陷:[110]和[-110]方向的十字线、[010]方向排列的气泡包裹物以及平行于(010)面的界面,界面的产生起因于(010)晶面的滑移;晶体的结晶质量从顶部到底部逐渐下降,这是由于在生长过程中氧化锂的挥发导致熔体成分偏离化学计量比造成的。

真空室内金属粒子污染是降低激光薄膜性能的一个重要因素。采用高真空残余气体分析仪,对薄膜沉积过程中的气氛进行分析。发现由黄铜制作的加热灯架在工作时会分解出Zn,在这种条件下沉积薄膜,会使薄膜中掺入金属杂质,导致薄膜激光破坏阈值降低。采用表面分析技术对薄膜的组分进行分析,证实薄膜中锌杂质的存在。激光破坏实验证明,含有锌杂质的薄膜的破坏阈值明显降低。

疣螈属的红瘰疣螈(Tylototriton shanjing)和棕黑疣螈(T.verrucosus)的物种界限一直不清楚.测定了来自中国西南地区14个地点的T.shanjing和T.verrucosus共40只标本的线粒体DNA Cyt b基因(753 bp).结果表明:(1)用邻接法、最大简约法和贝叶斯法等3种系统发育分析法分别重建棕黑疣螈种组系统发育树的拓扑结构不支持T.shanjing是单系群;(2)T.shanjing与T.verrucsus的mtDNA Cyt b序列差异平均值仅为1.2%.未达到种级水平.因此,全部T.shanjing样品都属于同一个物种,即T.verrucosus,不支持T.shanjing的物种地位,T.shanjing为T.verrucosus的同物异名,并建议恢复T.verrucosus的中文名红瘰疣螈.根据基于40个样品Cvt b基因序列的系统发育树和遗传变异以及地理分布,这些红瘰疣螈(T.verrucosus)样品聚为3支,即中国西南地区的红瘰疣螈可分为片马、滇中滇西和滇东南3个地理居群.

肌肉生长抑制素(Myostatin,MSTN)是动物肌肉发育和生长过程中的负调控因子,对MSTN的研究将有助于促进动物生产。鲤鱼是我国的主要淡水养殖对象之一。因此,我们采用RT-PCR方法克隆了鲤鱼MSTN cDNA(No.EF551058)的部分序列,长度为921bp,编码306个氨基酸残基。鲤鱼MSTN具有MSTN的共同特征,有蛋白酶水解位点RIRR和9个保守的半胱氨酸残基。多重序列比较发现其与斑马鱼GDF8有极近的亲缘关系,96.7%的氨基酸序列同源。不同组织的RT-PCR分析发现鲤鱼MSTN主要在
FLUCTUATION OF SIZE-FRACTIONATED ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE AFTER BLOOM DISAPPEARANCE IN TWO SHALLOW PONDS

The temporal and vertical fluctuations of size fractionated alkaline phosphatase activity (APA) and kinetics parameters as well as orthophosphate (o-P) and chlorophyll concentrations were investigated after bloom disappearance in two shallow ponds A and B from 27 October 2001 to 15 April 2002. Pond A (Microcystis) bloomed seriously but pond B did not. The data of o-P and chlorophyll suggested that phosphorus was the principal limiting nutrimental element and its vertical flux should be regarded as an important driving factor for algal growth. In pond A, the accumulation of algae-derived detritus after bloom disappearance in overlying water stimulated excretion of algal fraction APA, mainly produced by attached bacteria responsible for detritus decomposition, whereas bacterial fraction APA preferred to function in surface water. Interestingly, completely contrary phenomena were observed in pond B. In season, even though no obvious difference for size-fractionated APA in both ponds, the total APA in pond A peaked earlier showing higher activity and efficiency (low K-m and high V-max values) as a result of algal-derived detritus input. In summary, it is suggested that the excretion of alkaline phosphatase with strongly catalyzing efficiency and high activity should be taken as important contributor to algal-derived detritus decomposition, further fueling nutrient recycle and accelerating algal development next year. Furthermore, some inhibitors and surfactants were testified to be good tools to identify the origin of dissolved alkaline phosphatase.

A new carrier frequency offset estimation scheme in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is proposed. The scheme includes coarse frequency offset estimation and fine frequency offset estimation. The coarse frequency offset estimation method we present is a improvement of Zhang's method. The estimation range of the new method is as large as the overall signal-band width. A new fine frequency offset estimation algorithm is also discussed in this paper. The new algorithm has a better performance than the Schmidl's algorithm. The system we use to calculate and simulate is based on the high rate WLAN standard adopted by the IEEE 802.11 stanidardization group. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm.

针对软件质量评价研究中的度量问题建立了基于ISO/IEC 9126标准的软件质量指标体系模型,结合质量评价方法研究中的常见问题,运用指标体系模型和模糊数学方法对软件质量评价标准进行模糊化处理,以度量数据为基础,根据软件质量子特性和指标之间的关系,采用模糊综合评价方法评价子特性质量和特性质量,通过建立软件质量评价模型,有效地解决了软件质量的多指标评价问题,可用于指导用户进行软件过程改进.

首先对半导体光放大器(SOA)中影响载流子寿命的因素进行了简单的理论分析,建立了SOA中动态载流子的模型,并且用这个模型分析了在2.5Gb/s非归零码(NRZ)条件下,基于交叉增益调制(XGM)波长变换系统中,泵浦光和信号光不同功率组合、不同波长组合,SOA的不同偏置电流等条件对变换脉冲的上升时间和脉冲的半高全宽的影响,并对结果进行了理论上的解释。
