用RACE PCR获得了鳜白介素-1β(IL-1β)的全长cDNA.鳜IL-1β的cDNA全长为1298 nt(核苷酸),其5′非编码区包含UTR 93 nt;3′非编码区包含452 nt;其开放阅读框内包含753 nt,翻译成251个氨基酸.将鳜IL-1β克隆到原核表达载体pET-32a上,在大肠杆菌Rosetta- gami(DE3)内以包涵体形式得以高效表达.

Ce6-xHoxMoO15-delta(0.0 <= x <= 1.2) was synthesized by modified sol-gel method and characterized by differential X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) methods. The oxide ionic conductivity of the samples was investigated by AC impedance spectroscopy. It shows that all the samples are single phase with a cubic fluorite structure. The solid solution Ce6-xHoxMoO15-delta(x=0.6) was detected to be the best conducting phase with the highest conductivity(sigma(t)=1.05x10(-2) S/cm) at 800 degrees C and the lowest activation energy(E-a=1.09 eV). These properties suggest that this kind of material has a potential application in intermediate-low temperature solid oxide fuel cells.

根据菲涅尔全内反射相变理论,给出了双菱体λ/4消色差器的结构设计、性能分析和测量方法.由有效通光孔径和光线追迹设计出BK7玻璃在波长532 nm时相位延迟λ/4的双菱体的结构,用作532 nm至1 064 nm波长范围的标准λ/4相位延迟器.理论分析了入射角变化和波长变化对双菱体相位延迟的影响,当入射角变化限制在±4.3°以内时,其影响得到补偿;波长从532 nm到1 064 nm产生的误差为-0.65°.采用椭偏法中的消光技术,分别实测了双菱体在532 nm和1 064 nm波长下的相位延迟为:90.08±0.14°和88.99±0.1°,可知两不同波长产生的相位延迟误差为-1.09°.

以短的高掺杂浓度的掺铥硅基光纤为增益介质,采用790 nm波长的激光二极管(LD)为抽运源,得到了波长为2 μm的高功率激光输出。当光纤长度为7 cm时,激光器的阈值泵浦功率为135 mW,最大输出功率为1.09 W,斜率效率为9.6%(相对于耦合进光纤的抽运功率)。该激光器的输出稳定性在5%以内。此外,我们还观察分析了工作温度和其他腔结构参量对该激光器工作性能的影响。

明纹花鼠是东南亚地区的特有种, 在中国有3 亚种(阿萨姆亚种、滇西亚种、滇南亚种) , 分布于 藏东南、云南西南部和南部。以往主要根据外部形态特征进行分类。为探讨3 亚种头骨性状的差异, 在测量15 个性状的基础上, 运用统计分析软件SPSS 1110 对其可测量性状进行多变量分析。结果及推测如下: ①明纹花 鼠3 个亚种的地位是确定的。②在头骨15 个性状中, 两两亚种之间具有显著差异的性状: 阿萨姆亚种与滇西亚 种有8 个(枕鼻长、吻宽、颧宽、眶间宽、后头宽、鼻骨宽、下齿列、下颌骨高) ; 阿萨姆亚种与滇西亚种有7 个(颅全长、枕鼻长、颧宽、眶间宽、后头宽、下颌高、下颌骨高) ; 滇西亚种与滇南亚种有4 个(吻宽、后头 宽、鼻骨宽、下颌高) 。③滇南亚种与滇西亚种之间的亲缘关系近于两者各自与阿萨姆亚种之间的亲缘关系。

2003年3月-2004年3月对无量山大寨子3群西黑冠长臂猿的二重唱的时间特征进行了监测。于2007年3月和2008年3月利用Sony TC-D5Pro2录音机、Sony C-76指向性话筒和Sony录音磁带对其二重唱进行了录音,对录音效果最好的5个声音用Signal/RTS4.0软件进行声谱分析。对无量山西黑冠长臂猿二重唱的声谱结构和时间特征的研究结果表明,雄性西黑冠长臂猿的声音由起始音节、简单的重复音节和调节音节组成。根据频率变化的强度,可以将调节音节分为弱调节音节和强调节音节。强调节音节的特征是第二个音节具有非常明显的频率变化,有时第三个音节有类似变化,变频时的最高频率可达到5828Hz。雌性长臂猿一般只会发出一种类型的声音,即固定而刻板的激动鸣叫。根据激动鸣叫是否完整可以分为成功的激动鸣叫和失败的激动鸣叫。典型的西黑冠长臂猿二重唱通常由成年雄性发起,并占主导地位,且一般由雄性结束。雌性激动鸣叫结束后,雄性马上发出调节音节与之配合,雄性调节音节与雌性激动鸣叫的时间间隔平均为2.7s。平均每个群体的鸣叫频次为53%。如果发生鸣叫,一个群体平均每天鸣叫1.09次。91.5%的鸣叫发生在日出前0.5h至日出后...

根据黑白仰鼻猴( Rhinopithecus bieti ) 的相关参数, 借助漩涡模型(Vortex 9142) , 对黑白仰鼻猴的 种群动态进行了模拟分析。结果表明, 在没有近亲繁殖和偷猎影响的情况下, 各亚种群100 年间均持续增长, 即使数量较少的攀天阁和白济讯亚种群的灭绝概率也只有3 %和6 %。在加入近亲繁殖和偷猎因素时, 有5 个亚 种群(小昌都、乌牙普牙、金丝厂、富合山和格花箐) 保持增长态势, 3 亚种群(茨卡通、各摩茸及响姑箐) 数量保持稳定, 其他5 个亚种群(米拉卡、巴美、龙马山、攀天阁和白济讯) 呈下降趋势。在其他条件相同的 情况下, 大的环境容纳量能够促进亚种群的增长, 因此, 保护生境是保护该物种的根本途径。偷猎对整个异质 种群增长有负作用, 所以杜绝偷猎发生是保护该物种的重要条件。近亲繁殖率随种群减小和时间推移逐渐增 加, 也对猴群的长期存活有负面影响。

作者采用常规生化分析法测定草食性鱼类天然食料(七种水生高等植物)的生化成分和能值。在实验室特定条件下测定了草鱼和团头鲂的系列体重组对七种水生高等植物的最大摄食量和消化率。1.七种水生高等植物的生化成分的含量和能值的分析结果表明,菹草、黄丝草、聚草、苦草、小茨草、轮叶黑藻和紫背浮萍的水分百分含量范围为80.85—92.72%、蛋白质为1.69—4.96%、脂肪为0.35—1.09%、灰分为0.98—2.6%、纤维素为0.66—2.17%、无氮浸出物为2.3—9.95%。七种水生植物的蛋白质均含有常见十七种氨

本文报道了东湖环棱螺的种群密度、年龄结构、种群增长率和生物量、生产量、P/B系数及其在不同湖区中的季节变化;用指数生长模型计算种群增长率。以累计总增长的方法估算种群生产量。研究结果表明,水果湖区铜锈环棱螺年平均生物量为554.37克·米~(-2),累计生产量为604.99克·米~(-2)·年~(-1),P/B系数为1.09;郭郑湖区平均生物量为286.74克·米~(-2),生产量为308.99克·米~(-2)·年~(-1),P/B系数为1.08。本文还对影响铜锈环棱螺的种群变动和生产量的生态因子作了扼要的

Strongly reducing organic substances (SROS) and iron oxides exist widely in soils and sediments and have been implicated in many soil and sediment processes. In the present work, the sorptive interaction between goethite and SROS derived from anaerobic decomposition of green manures was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Both green manures, Astragaltus sinicus (Astragalus) and Vicia varia (Vicia) were chosen to be anaerobically decomposed by the mixed microorganisms isolated from paddy soils for 30 d to prepare different SROS. Goethite used in experiments was synthesized in laboratory. The anaerobic incubation solutions from green manures at different incubation time were arranged to react with goethite, in which SROS concentration and Fe(II) species were analyzed. The anaerobic decomposition of Astragalus generally produced SROS more in amount but weaker in reducibility than that of Vicia in the same incubation time. The available SROS from Astragalus that could interact with goethite was 0.69 +/- 0.04, 0.84 +/- 0.04 and 1.09 +/- 0.03 cmol kg(-1) as incubated for 10, 15 and 30 d, respectively, for Vicia, it was 0.12 +/- 0.03, 0.46 +/- 0.02 and 0.70 +/- 0.02 cmol kg(-1). One of the fates of SROS as they interacted with goethite was oxidation. The amounts of oxidizable SROS from Astragalus decreased over increasing incubation time from 0.51 +/- 0.05 cmol kg(-1) at day 10 to 0.39 +/- 0.04 cmol kg(-1) at day 30, but for Vicia, it increased with the highest reaching to 0.58 +/- 0.04 cmol kg(-1) at day 30. Another fate of these substances was sorption by goethite. The SROS from Astragalus were sorbed more readily than those from Vicia, and closely depended upon the incubation time, whereas for those from Vicia, the corresponding values were remarkably less and apparently unchangeable with incubation time. The extent of goethite dissolution induced by the anaerobic solution from Vicia was greater than that from Astragalus, showing its higher reactivity. (c) 2008 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

The role of phosphorus cycling in algal metabolism was studied in a shallow lake, Donghu, in Wuhan using the methods of measuring cell quota C, N and P, and calculating nutrients uptake rate by algal photosynthesis. The mean daily phosphorus uptake rate of phytoplankton varied between 0.04-0.11 and 0.027-0.053 g/m2/d in station I and station II respectively. The turnover time of phosphorus in phytoplankton metabolism ranged from 0.75-5.0 days during 1979-1986. The available P was 0.176 (+/- 0.156) g/m3 (mean +/- SD) in 1982 and 0.591 (+/- 0.24) g/m3 in 1986. The relationship between P/B ratio (Y) and TP (X: mg/l) was described by the following regression equation Y = 1.163 + 0.512logX (r = 0.731, P < 0.001). The dynamics of algal biomass and algal species succession were monitored as the indicators of environmental enrichment. The small-sized algae have replaced the blue-green algae as the dominant species during 1979-1986. The small-sized algae include Merismopedia glauca, Cryptomonas ovata, Cryptomonas erosa, several species Cyclotella. There has been drastic decrease in algal biomass and an obvious increase in P/B ratio. A nutrient competition hypothesis is proposed to explain the reason of the disappearance of blue-green algae bloom. The drastic change in algal size and the results in high P/B ratio (reaching a maximum mean daily ratio of 1.09 in 1986) may suggest a transition of algal species from K-selection to r-selection in Lake Donghu.

Dynamic Power Management (DPM) is a technique to reduce power consumption of electronic system by selectively shutting down idle components. In this article we try to introduce back propagation network and radial basis network into the research of the system-level power management policies. We proposed two PM policies-Back propagation Power Management (BPPM) and Radial Basis Function Power Management (RBFPM) which are based on Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). Our experiments show that the two power management policies greatly lowered the system-level power consumption and have higher performance than traditional Power Management(PM) techniques-BPPM is 1.09-competitive and RBFPM is 1.08-competitive vs. 1.79, 1.45, 1.18-competitive separately for traditional timeout PM, adaptive predictive PM and stochastic PM.

High quality YSi1.7 layers (chi(min) of Y is 3.5%) have been formed by 60 keV Y ion implantation in Si (111) substrates to a dose of 1.0 x 10(17)/cm(2) at 450 degrees C using channeled ion beam synthesis (CIBS). It shows that, compared to the conventional nonchanneled ion beam synthesis, CIBS is beneficial in forming YSi1.7 layers with better quality due to the lower defect density created in the implanted layer. Rutherford backscattering/channeling and x-ray diffraction have been used to study the structure and the strain of the YSi1.7 layers. The perpendicular and parallel elastic strains of the YSi1.7 epilayer are e(perpendicular to) = -0.67% +/- 0.02% and e(parallel to) = +1.04% +/- 0.08%. The phenomenon that a nearly zero mismatch of the YSi1.7/Si (111) system results in a nonpseudomorphic epilayer with a rather large parallel strain relative to the Si substrate (epsilon(parallel to) = +1.09%) is explained, and the model is further used to explain the elastic strain of epitaxial ErSi1.7 and GdSi1.7 rare-earth silicides.
