采用高速摄影技术,研究了压力雾化喷嘴对甲醇、水和柴油多组元乳化液的雾化特性. 结果表明:当实验工质为乳化液时,提高喷油泵的转速,喷油器喷嘴的有效喷射压力随之上升,喷雾贯穿速度提高,喷雾锥角增大,喷雾的持续时间增长;乳化液和柴油的喷雾有一定的差异,即柴油的喷雾锥角比乳化液的大,喷油器的嘴端压力比乳化液的小,喷雾持续时间也比乳化液的短.

Based on the authors' previous work, in this paper the systematical analyses on the motion and the inner solutions of a geostrophic vortex have been presented by means of thematched asymptotic expansion method with multiple time scales (S/gh001/2 and α S/gh001/2) and space scales. It has been shown that the leading inner solutions to the core structure in two-time scales analyses are identified with the results in normal one-time scale analyses. The time averages of the first-order solutions on short time variable τ are the same as the first-order solutions obtained in one normal time scale analyses. The geostrophic vortex induces an oscillatory motion in addition to moving with the background flow. The period, amplitude andthe deviation from the mean trajectory depend on the core structure and the initial conditions. The velocity of the motion of vortex center varies periodically and the time average of the velocity on short time variable τ is equal to the value of the local mean velocity.

A compact 10-TW/100-fs level ultrashort-pulse and ultra-intense laser system at 1064 nm based on optical parametric chirped pulse amplification (OPCPA) scheme is described, at which the pump and seed for the optical parametric amplification (OPA) process is optically synchronized. We investigated the output stability and the conversion efficiency of the system. Moreover, a design toward higher peak power output is given and an optically synchronized amplifier based on the concept of OPCPA at 800 nm is preliminarily explored.

外腔反馈的激光二极管阵列(LDA)可获得窄线宽、可调谐的光谱输出。外腔由快轴准直镜、准直光学系统和闪耀光栅组成。由于阵列中各发光单元的排列弯曲导致不同波长的光原路返回,引起谱线展宽,在输出光路中加入光谱滤波器,使激光二极管阵列的线宽进一步窄化。这样,激光二极管阵列的输出光谱由自由运转时的2 nm压缩到0.12 nm,在恒定温度23 ℃时,实现了激光在806~818 nm的调谐,调谐范围达12 nm。

Transparent 1 at% Nd3+:Y1.9La0.1O3 ceramics were fabricated with nanopowders prepared by carbonate coprecipitation method. The powder compacts were sintered in H-2 atmosphere at 1550 degrees C for 30 h. The Nd3+:Y1.9La0.1O3 ceramics display uniform grains of about 50 mu m and high transparency. The highest transmittance of the ceramics reaches 67%. The strongest absorption peak is in the wavelength of 820 nm with absorption cross section of 2.48 x 10(-20) cm(2). The absorption is still high at LD wavelength 806 nm with absorption cross section of 1.78 x 10(-20) cm(2) and broad full width at half maximum (FWHM) of about 6.3 nm. The strongest emission peak was centered at 1078 nm with large stimulated emission cross section of 9.63 x 10(-20) cm(2) and broad FWHM of about 7.8 nm. The broad absorption and emission bandwidth of Nd3+:y(1.9)La(0.1)O(3) transparent ceramics are favorable to achieve the miniaturized LD pumping apparatus and ultrashort modelocked pulse laser output, respectively. 本发明涉及杀虫剂领域,具体地说是一种海藻内生真菌次生代谢产物二萜生物碱类化合物的应用。所述海藻内生真菌次生代谢产物二萜生物碱类化合物具有杀虫作用,海藻内生真菌次生代谢产物二萜生物碱类化合物如式(I)所示;本发明通过分离于海洋红藻异管藻的真菌米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)cf-2发酵经提取、分离获得的二萜生物碱类天然化合物,经杀虫活性实验得出此二萜生物碱类化合物在100微克/毫升时对卤虫的致死率为74.2%。

Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) is a neuropeptide abundantly expressed in the central nervous system and involved in regulating neurogenesis and neuronal signal transduction. The amino acid sequence of PACAP is extremely conserved across vertebrate species, indicating a strong functional constraint during the course of evolution. However, through comparative sequence analysis, we demonstrated that the PACAP precursor gene underwent an accelerated evolution in the human lineage since the divergence from chimpanzees, and the amino acid substitution rate in humans is at least seven times faster than that in other mammal species resulting from strong Darwinian positive selection. Eleven human-specific amino acid changes were identified in the PACAP precursors, which are conserved from murine to African apes. Protein structural analysis suggested that a putative novel Deuropeptide might have originated during human evolution and functioned in the human brain. Our data suggested that the PACAP precursor gene underwent adaptive changes during human origin and may have contributed to the formation of human cognition.

滇池北部福保湾主要承接上游昆明市的生活污水及周边工业污水,其污染程度极为严重.本研究在福保湖湾内设置4个采样点,分别采集了不同区域的沉积物,首次模拟研究了微囊藻(Microcystis)在不同沉积物环境中复苏能力差异,结果表明微囊藻在模拟实验中的复苏能力表现出对不同底质的不同适应性,入口湖区的沉积物对微囊藻的复苏有极强的抑制作用.藻类复苏后达到的最大生物量(以叶绿素a计)分别为东岸对照区的4.7%,西岸对照区的6.6%及吹填区的11.9%,其中微囊藻生物量也远低于其它各样点,占东岸对照、吹填区及西岸对照的

2003-2004年对天鹅洲和老江河两个长江故道的调查表明,该类水体的底栖动物在类群组成上与阻隔湖泊类似,以螺类和水生昆虫为主,但是有较多的流水性和冷水性种类.纵向比较表明两个故道底栖动物生物量比20世纪90年代下降了48.3%-78.6%,软体动物尤为突出.底栖动物资源衰退的原因主要有两个,一是过度渔业,二是江湖阻隔.与长江流域其他类型水体的比较表明在中等程度水文连通的水体中底栖动物种类最多,软体动物尤其是双壳类的现存量明显较高.为发挥长江故道群对泛滥平原生物多样性维持的重要作用,文末提出了关于合理放养
