发展了测定实验室土样热扩散率的方法,介绍了研制的实验装置和建议的操作程序。给出的实验结果表明土壤热扩散率随土壤空隙率、含水量和温度等许多参数而变化。

采用双中心记录方案在双掺杂LiNbO3∶Fe∶Rh晶体中实现了近红外非挥发全息记录,研究了LiNbO3∶Fe∶Rh晶体在633 nm,752 nm,799 nm波长下的全息记录性能。结果表明,在使用近红外记录光时,其记录灵敏度随敏化光强的变化趋势与双中心短波长记录时的不同。通过和LiNbO3∶Fe∶Mn等传统双掺杂铌酸锂晶体的近红外波段记录效果对比,发现同时掺杂Fe和Rh可增强晶体对近红外光的吸收,获得更高的浅中心Fe光生伏特系数,从而能够在LiNbO3∶Fe∶Rh晶体中实现近红外波段的光折变全息记录。

针对现有光弹调制器标定方法的不足,提出了一种精确标定光弹调制器的新方法。首先利用起偏器、波片、光弹调制器和检偏器构成标定光路.通过寻找探测信号基频分量的极大值进行粗略标定,使光弹调制器的峰值延迟量处在1.841rad附近。然后撤走波片形成光弹凋制器的精确标定光路.在检偏器旋转90°前后获得探测信号的直流分量和二次谐波分量。最后利用这两种探测信号的直流分量和二次谐波分量精确地计算出光弹调制器的峰值延迟量。实验验让了此光掸调制器标定方法,实验结果表明其标定误差仅为0.7%。在此光掸凋制器标定方法中.光弹调制器

Within the wavelength range from 351 to 799 nm, the different reductions of nucleation field induced by the focused continuous laser irradiation are achieved in the 5 mol % MgO-doped congruent LiNbO3 crystals. The reduction proportion increases exponentially with decreasing irradiation wavelength and decreases exponentially with increasing irradiation wavelength. At one given wavelength, the reduction proportion increases exponentially with increasing irradiation intensity. An assumption is proposed that the reduction of nucleation field is directly related to the defect structure of crystal lattice generated by the complex coaction of incident irradiation field and external electric field. The near-infrared nonvolatile holographic recording has been realized in a doubly doped LiNbO3:Fe:Rh crystal by the traditional two-center holographic recording scheme, for the first time. The recording performance of this crystal has been investigated by recording with 633 nm red light, 752 nm red light and 799 nm near-infrared light and sensitizing with 405 nm purple light. The experimental results show that, co-doped with Fe and Rh, the near-infrared absorption and the photovoltaic coefficient of shallow trap Fe are enhanced in this LiNbO3:Fe:Rh crystal, compared with other doubly doped LiNbO3 crystals Such as LiNbO3:Fe:Mn. It is also found that the sensitizing light intensity affects the near-infrared recording sensitivity in a different way than two-center holographic recording with shorter wavelength, and the origin of experimental results is analyzed. 报道了以掺Yb介质硅酸镥钇晶体为增益介质的激光行为。在自由运转的条件下,在1086nm的中心波长处用2.5%的输出耦合镜得到7.8W的连续激光输出,相应的斜效率为64%。利用SF14棱镜作为腔内调谐元件,激光输出的调谐范围为1014-1091nm。

本文报告了以下几点研究结果: 1.类囊体膜经非性有机溶剂正已烷抽提后,其Mg2+调节能量分配的效率下降;加入人工合成的PQ类似物如PQ2后Mg2+调节能量分配的效率可得到部分恢复。 2.对类囊体膜进行外电场电泳迁移率测定的结果表明,加入PQ2并不影响类囊体膜的表面净电荷密度。 3.应用PQ的竞争性抑制剂DBMIB的试验证明,DBMIB抑制Mg2+和Ca2+调节能量分配的效率,但不影响类囊体膜的表面净电荷密度。 4.在正已烷抽提过的类囊体中加入PQ2或在新鲜类囊体中加入DBMIB对类囊体膜的吸收光谱没有影响。PQ2和DBMIB可能对类囊体膜的粗结构影响不大。 5.类囊体膜处于等电点时,其表面净电荷密度不受Mg2+或Ca2+的影响(在我们所用的浓度范围内)。但在等电点下,仍能观察到Mg2+或Ca2+调节能量分配的效应。 根据实验结果,我们认为:阳离子对光能在两个系统之间分配的调节作用可能是通过两种不同机制进行的:其中之一与类囊体膜表面净电荷密度变化有关,另一种则与类囊体膜表面净电荷密度变化无关,而后者可能和PQ的活性和状态有关。

Amphibian skin is a rich resource of antimicrobial peptides like maximins and maximins H from toad Bombina maxima. A novel cDNA clone encoding a precursor protein that comprises maximin 3 and a novel peptide. named maximin H5. was isolated from a skin cDNA library of B. maxima. The predicted primary structure of maximin H5 is ILGPVLGLVSDTLDDVLGIL-NH2,. Containing three aspartate residues and no basic amino acid residues. maximin H5 is characterized by an anionic property. Different from cationic maximin H peptides. only Gram-positive strain Staphylococcus aureus was sensitive to maximin H5. while the other bacteria] and fungal strains tested ere resistant to it. The presence of metal ions. like Zn2+ and Mg2+, did not increase its antimicrobial potency. Maximin H5 represents the first example of potential anionic antimicrobial peptides from amphibians, The results provide the first evidence that. together kith cationic antimicrobial peptides. anionic antimicrobial peptides may also exist naturally as part of the innate defense system.
