The transition process from steady to turbulent convection via subharmonic bifurcation in thermocapillary convection of half floating zone was studied by numerical simulation and experimental test. Both approaches gave structure of period doubling bifurcations in the present paper, and the Feigenbaum universal law was checked for the system of thermocapillary convection.

分别通过理论和实验研究了周期性极化的钽酸锂(PPLT)倍频宽线宽准连续掺镱双包层光纤放大激光.PPLT样品长为40mm,极化周期为7.67μm.基频光的中心波长为1064nm,线宽约为6nm。从基频光的光谱特性出发,利用超晶格倍频理论,解释了实验中获得的倍频温度与二次谐波功率之间的关系.在基频光的功率为2.2W时,获得的宽线宽光纤激光倍频效率为1.8%。

测定浮游动物的生产量是水生态系统结构、功能和生物生产力研究中的一个重要环节,通过生产量的测算可客观地评价不同种群对系统作用的大小。短尾秀体溞在我国广为分布,但其生产量在我国尚未见报道,为此笔者测定研究了东湖麦秋季的优势枝角类——短尾秀体溞(Diaphanosoma brachyurum)的种群变化和生产量。在1983—1985年间,这种秀体搔在Ⅰ站的平均种群密度依次为7.67±12.39,11.15±20.58和10.14±11.19个/升;Ⅱ站则分别为7.36±11.07,7.37±16.16和9.69

马拉硫磷、对硫磷、乐果、二甲基二硫代磷酸酯和二乙基硫代磷酸酯在藻菌共生系统中是可以被分解的,它们的半分解期分别为2、5、2、42和62天。氧化塘模拟试验结果指出,废水中TOC、COD、和有机磷的去除率分别为65.1%、68.7%和67.8%。根据试验,提出了采用多级串联氧化塘处理葛店化工厂农药废水的参数以及控制鸭儿湖地区污染的方案。

种子形态特征不仅表达了一定量较为稳定的遗传信息,而且与种子的生产、脱落、传播、贮备、萌发与定植等过程密切相关,从而影响植被的恢复与演替。本文分析了种子形态特征与种子生产的关系,及其对植物散布能力、种子库与萌发定植产生的影响,及进而又对植被更新、演替与分布的影响。认为目前关于植物种子的形态特征及其对地下土壤种子库与地上植被恢复演替的影响研究较少,且没有把种子形态、种子传播、土壤种子库及其持久性、种子萌芽对策有机地结合起来。因此,有必要把种子形态特征与植被演替的关系作为种子生态学、植物学、植被生态学的基础学科进行全面研究,以阐明研究区植物种子形态特征对土壤种子库的更新过程、速率、大小等的影响,及种子形态对环境干扰的适应性,进而为植被更新、恢复与调控提供生态依据。

在区域水土流失模型研究中,空间插值可提供每个计算栅格的气象要素资料。考虑到研究区域降雨与高程相关性很弱,不宜采用梯度距离反比法(GIDS),故采用距离反比法(IDW)和普通克里格法(Kriging),对延安示范区及其周围共50个站点2000—2003年的5—10月逐月降雨量进行插值。交叉验证结果表明:对2种插值方法,二者经过对数变换后平均相对误差(MRE)为8.30%和7.67%,分别比原始数据插值后的MRE下降了23.17%和23.50%,说明插值精度得到了提升,对研究区域某一年逐月降水的插值Kriging方法比IDW方法更加精确。

土地利用/覆被分类系统是碳蓄积研究的依据,然而各种碳蓄积研究所采用的土地利用/覆被分类系统不尽相同.根据1993年海南林业资源二类调查资料,我们按照USGS土地利用/覆被、LCCS土地覆被和中国科学院土地资源三种分类系统所定义的类别进行分类并计算了各自的碳储量和碳密度,为碳储量的进一步精确估算和土地覆被分类系统研制提供重要的科学依据.结果发现,(1)不同的土地利用/覆被分类系统所对应的总碳储量以及平均碳密度都有了明显的差别.林业调查资料的植被分类、FAO土地覆被分类系统(LCCS)、USGS土地利用/土地覆被分类系统以及我国学者常用的中国科学院土地资源分类系统的碳蓄积量(Tg C)分别是28.98、28.71、21.04和21.04;碳密度(t C/ha)分别是31.24、30.95、22.68和22.68.(2)土地利用分类系统和土地覆被分类系统之间的结果具有较大差异,其碳储量相差7.67~7.94TgC,碳密度则相差8.27~8.56t C/ha;差距在26.47%~37.74%之间.与其他学者研究结果比较发现,土地利用/覆被分类系统造成的碳蓄积差异的变化方向是不定的,取决于具体的分类系统和材积-生物量函数.不同土地利用/覆被分类系统对于植被划分的不同,导致了材积-生物量回归方程和类别面积的差异是造成碳蓄积和碳密度估算差异的根本原因.目前常用的土地利用/覆被分类系统在估算碳蓄积中存在一定问题,不适合于高精度的碳蓄积计算.体现地表植被生物量差异、植被叶型和外貌特征、种类及树龄差异等内涵的土地利用/覆被分类系统利于陆地碳循环研究的深化.

峨眉山大火成岩省二滩地区玄武岩W(SiO2)/%=40.5~59.65;普遍高碱,w(K2O+Na2O):2.64%~7.67%。W(TiO2):2.10%~6.53%,Ti/Y〉500,该区玄武岩属于高钛(HT)型玄武岩;其Mg^#:58~84,明显高于高于宾川高钛玄武岩(31~53),说明岩浆演化程度明显低于宾川高钛玄武岩浆。岩石样品中Sr显示明显负异常,暗示了二滩玄武岩经历了广泛的斜长石结晶分离;而Eu不显异常,则反映了玄武岩岩浆中有高Eu^3+/Eu^2+比值的存在,其环境为氧化环境。在二滩玄武岩和宾川高钛玄武岩中,Ni,Zr,TiO2和Mg^#均显示了明显差异,说明二滩玄武岩具有独立的地球化学特征。二滩玄武岩不相容元素(Rb,Ba,Th,U,Nb,Ta,La,Ce等)配分曲线与OIB相似,及其Ta/Yb vs Th/Yb双变量图解也显示出了富集地幔特征,这些特征反映了峨眉山二滩玄武岩源区为富集地幔源,玄武岩岩浆可能为地幔柱物质。此外,Ba/Th,Zr/Nb,La/Nb,Ba/Nb等比值介于EMI OIB和EMII OIB之间,以及Ce/Pb比值也说明:二滩玄武岩缺少HIMU OIB端元组分,是EMI OIB和EMII OIB两端元的混合产物。

High quality YSi1.7 layers (chi(min) of Y is 3.5%) have been formed by 60 keV Y ion implantation in Si (111) substrates to a dose of 1.0 x 10(17)/cm(2) at 450 degrees C using channeled ion beam synthesis (CIBS). It shows that, compared to the conventional nonchanneled ion beam synthesis, CIBS is beneficial in forming YSi1.7 layers with better quality due to the lower defect density created in the implanted layer. Rutherford backscattering/channeling and x-ray diffraction have been used to study the structure and the strain of the YSi1.7 layers. The perpendicular and parallel elastic strains of the YSi1.7 epilayer are e(perpendicular to) = -0.67% +/- 0.02% and e(parallel to) = +1.04% +/- 0.08%. The phenomenon that a nearly zero mismatch of the YSi1.7/Si (111) system results in a nonpseudomorphic epilayer with a rather large parallel strain relative to the Si substrate (epsilon(parallel to) = +1.09%) is explained, and the model is further used to explain the elastic strain of epitaxial ErSi1.7 and GdSi1.7 rare-earth silicides. 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同烧结温度的钙钛矿类锰氧化物La0.67Sr0.33MnO3样品。实验结果表明,在1573 K以上烧结的样品,晶粒出现异常长大,晶界效应明显。随着烧结温度的提高,磁化强度逐渐增大,但样品的居里温度基本不变。此外,在1173和1573 K温度下烧结的样品,均出现了低于居里温度的金属-半导体导电行为转变。在合适的烧结条件下,可以观察到隧道磁电阻(TMR)和超大磁电阻(CMR)2种磁电阻效应。实验表明,自旋电子的输运,不仅与样品平均粒径的大小和密度有关,而且与晶界的微观结构有密切关系。

The effect of La/Ce ratio on the structure and electrochemical characteristics of the La0.7-xCexMg0.3Ni2.8Co0.5 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) alloys has been studied systematically. The result of the Rietveld analyses shows that, except for small amount of impurity phases including LaNi and LaNi2, all these alloys mainly consist of two phases: the La(La, Mg)(2)Ni-9 phase with the rhombohedral PuNi3-type structure and the LaNi5 phase with the hexagonal CaCU5-type structure. The abundance of the La(La, Mg)(2)Ni-9 phase decreases with increasing cerium content whereas the LaNi5 phase increases with increasing Ce content, moreover, both the a and cell volumes of the two phases decrease with the increase of Ce content. The maximum discharge capacity decreases from 367.5 mAh g(-1) (x = 0.1) to 68.3 mAh g(-1) (x = 0.5) but the cycling life gradually improve. As the discharge current density is 1200 mA g(-1), the HRD increases from 55.4% (x = 0.1) to 67.5% (x = 0.3) and then decreases to 52.1% (x = 0.5). The cell volume reduction with increasing x is detrimental to hydrogen diffusion D and accordingly decreases the low temperature dischargeability of the La0.7-xCexMg0.3Ni2.8Co0.5 (x = 0.1-0.5) alloy electrodes.

The growth of highly lattice-mismatched InAs0.3Sb0.7 films on (100) GaAs Substrates by magnetron Sputtering has been investigated and even epitaxial lnAs(0.3)Sb(0.7) films have been successfully obtained. A strong effect of the growth conditions on the film structure was observed, revealing that there was a growth mechanism transition from three-dimensional nucleation growth to epitaxial layer-by-layer growth mode when increasing the substrate temperature. A qualitative explanation for that transition was proposed and the critical conditions for the epitaxial layer-by-layer growth mode were also discussed.
