The numerical solutions of or(R) given by two different methods (Samsonov et al., 2003; and Lu et al., 2005) are compared with the result that they are coincident closely (the difference is within 4%). We conclude that it is necessary to consider the Tolman correction in the calculation of fluid dynamics in carbon nanotubes. Although our conclusion is the same as that of Prylutskyy et al. (2005), the sign of our Tolman correction is opposite to theirs, and the difference can be attributed to the errors appeared in the paper of Prylutskyy et al.

使用矩形激波管,在马赫数分别为M=1.5和1.7的条件下实验研究了气/液界面上(即Atwood数A接近1时)由Richtmyer-Meshkov不稳定性引起的流体混合现象.得到了气/液界面上Richtmyer-Meshkov不稳定性后期流体混合区域宽度随时间的发展呈现出线性关系的结果,即h∝t.比较了不同马赫数和初始扰动下的发展情况,发现当马赫数增加时,同一时间混合区域宽度随之增加,混合区域宽度增长变快;而相比于波长差别不大的弱多模态初始扰动(无人为干扰界面),当界面初始扰动获得随机外界干扰时,界面混合区域具有较大的宽度以及增长速度.并且增加激波马赫数和初始扰动多模态性,流体混合程度更为剧烈

A new idea of drag reduction and thermal protection for hypersonic vehicles is proposed based on the combination of a physical spike and lateral jets for shock-reconstruction. The spike recasts the bow shock in front of a blunt body into a conical shock, and the lateral jets work to protect the spike tip from overheating and to push the conical shock away from the blunt body when a pitching angle exists during flight. Experiments are conducted in a hypersonic wind tunnel at a nominal Mach number of 6. It is demonstrated that the shock/shock interaction on the blunt body is avoided due to injection and the peak pressure at the reattachment point is reduced by 70% under a 4A degrees attack angle.

A pulse-compression scheme based on cascade of filamentation and hollow fiber has been demonstrated, Pulses with duration of sub-5 fs and energy of 0.2 mJ near 800 nm have been generated by compressing the similar to 40 fs pulses from a commercial laser system. This method is promising to generate near monocycle high energy pulses. This paper reports that the tunable self-phase-stabilized infrared laser pulses have been generated from a two-stage optical parametric amplifier. With an 800 nm pump source, the output idler pulses are tunable from 1.3 mu m to 2.3 mu m, and the maximum output energy of the idler pulses is higher than 1 mJ at 1.6 mu m by using 6 mJ pump laser. A carrier-envelope phase fluctuation of similar to 0.15 rad (rms) for the idler pulses is measured for longer than one hour by using a home build f-to-2f interferometer.

Sol-gel derived TiO2/SiO2/ormosil hybrid planar waveguides have been deposited on soda-lime glass slides and silicon substrates, films were heat treated at 150 degreesC for 2 h or dried at room temperature. Different amounts of water were added to sols to study their impacts on microstructures and optical properties of films. The samples were characterized by m-line spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer (UV-vis), atomic force microscopy (AFM), thermal analysis instrument and scattering-detection method. The refractive index was found to have the largest value at the molar ratio H2O/OR = 1 in sol (OR means -OCH3, -OC2H5 and -OC4H9 in the sol), whereas the thickest film appears at H2O/OR = 1/2. The rms surface roughness of all the films is lower than 1.1 nm, and increases with the increase of water content in sol. Higher water content leads to higher attenuation of film. 用电子柬蒸发的方法在BK7玻璃上制备了ZrO2单层膜和ZrO2/SiO2高反膜,利用掺Ti:sapphire飞秒激光系统输出的中心波长为800nm,脉宽为50fs的激光脉冲对这两种样品进行了激光损伤阈值测试.实验结果表明,ZrO2单层膜的阂值比ZrO2/SiO2高反膜的高;这与传统的纳秒脉冲激光的损伤情况相反.利用光离化和碰撞离化激发电子到导带,形成电子等离子体基本模型并对此现象进行了解释.同时,用显微镜对样品的损伤形貌进行了观测,对损伤的特点进行了表征.

一、 △nifZ MoFe蛋白的纯化、特性及晶体生长 从缺失nifZ的棕色因氮菌突变种DJ194中,经离子交换层析和凝胶过滤提纯得到△nifZ MoFe蛋白,其纯度可达SDS凝胶电泳纯。它的Fe、Mo含量分别为野生型OP MoFe蛋白的56.6%和75.0%左右;C_2H_2、H~+还原活性和△H_2均只有OP MoFe蛋白的14.6%、21.7%和21.7%;其可见吸收光谱、CD及AR谱都与OP MoFe蛋白有较大差异,其中,可以反应P-cluster氧还状态和含量的ε_(450nm)、ε_(700nm)及△ε_(450nm)均要比OP MoFe蛋白低;由紫外CD谱反映的△nifZ MoFe蛋白的构象也与OP MoFe蛋白有所不同。由此我们推测,nifZ可能与固氮酶MoFe蛋白中P-cluster的合成或组装有关。为进一步阐明△nifZ MoFe蛋白的结构和功能特性,我们对△nifZ MoFe蛋白的晶体生长进行了研究,通过对沉淀剂浓度、缓冲体系和pH、蛋白浓度以及温度等条件的不断优化组合,目前我们已获得棕色短斜四棱柱形△nifZ MoFe蛋白的最大晶体为0.15 * 0.09mm。 二、 MoFe(C,O)与含Mo、Mn和Cr重组液重组的比较研究 MoFe(R)经O_2和o-phen共同处理后,成为部分缺失FeMoco和P-cluster的不全蛋白(MoFe(C,O)),其C_2H_2还原活性降至MoFe(R)的40%左右,将其分别与含Mo、Cr和Mn的重组液进行保温重组,其C_2H_2还原活性及光谱学特征都得到明显恢复。通过对不同重组液及与MoFe(C,O)形成的重组蛋白的比较,我们认为:1)MoFe(R)中的Fe和Mo原子可能是逐步被鳌合除去的,且不同蛋白中的Fe和Mo原子的缺失程度不同,因而MoFe(C,O)会以多种状态存在;2)在重组液配制过程中,发生的一系列颜色变化及沉淀反应与其是否具有重组激活能力具有相关性,重组液中可能已合成一些简单的含M(M=Mo或Cr或Mn或V)的铁硫化物,但不可能形成完整的金属原子簇;3)含M(M=Mo或Cr或Mn)的重组液均能使MoFe(C,O)中遭到破坏的FeMoco和P-cluster及其连接部分得以重新组装和修复,进而恢复其底物还原活性和光谱学特征。 三、 含锰固氮酶的初步探索 棕色固氮菌突变种UW_3(nifH~-)不能在含钼的培养中固氮生长,但能在含MnSO_4的无氮培养基中固氮生长。用含MnSO_4的无钼无氮培养基培养该突变种从中纯化得到的固氮酶组分1蛋白,其C_2H_2及H~+还原活性约相当于MoFe(R)的20%左右,Mn元素含量测定表明,其中已经含有Mn元素,Fe/Mn比值比OP MoFe蛋白中的Fe/Mo低。这些结果表明:UW_3突变种在该种条件下可能已表达了不同于已发现的三种固氮酶的新的固氮酶组分1蛋白,并且其中含有Mn元素。
