使用疲劳分析与断裂力学结合的方法,对海上固定式导管架平台结构的疲劳裂纹,从形成到扩展至其损伤容限或贯穿管壁厚的整个过程,进行了分析评估。在486微机上构造了一个计算机分析程序系统(ASFPOS),对某一固定式导管架平台进行了分析评估,给出了结构的疲劳寿命。

本文概述了瓦斯煤尘爆炸火焰光谱实验研究的重要性,我们在弱爆炸和探测器小视场角的条件下,利用自己研制的多波道仪,在一端开口的Φ200cm×2900cm大型管道里,得到了CH4、空气和煤尘的混合物在不同状态下,特征波长λ等于0.8875、1.000、1.505、2.801和4.346微米(μ)的绝对辐射强度及其有关的变化规律,对结果进行了分析讨论,并与国外实验结果进行了对比,根据测量λ=4.346μ绝对辐射强度和我们选择的黑体辐射模型,获得了爆炸火焰的温度,该项研究不仅在工业中具有重要意义,而且对燃烧和化学动力学的研究也具有参考价值。

用自己研制的红外高温辐射计,在一端开口的直径200cm、长2900cm的大型地面模拟爆炸试验管道上,在不同的条件下(瓦斯-空气,瓦斯-空气-煤尘),对瓦斯煤尘爆炸火焰的光谱特性进行了测量。根据测量的波长λ=4.346μm的绝对辐射强度和我们选择的物理模型,获得了不同状态下瓦斯煤尘爆炸火焰的温度。

在作了回转流面为圆锥面的假定以后,得出了十分简洁的运动方程的形式,其中不包含沿流线的导数项,与目前常用的S_1、S_2流面运动方程比较,不仅使计算大大简化,而且在计算时,可同时计及气流径向,及回转方向的变化,使我们近似地得出了三元流场的直接解。 由于忽略了叶栅内流线的径向波动.这只能是一种近似解法,特别适合于轴流式叶轮机械的叶栅内部计算。

We try to connect the theory of infinite dimensional dynamical systems and nonlinear dynamical methods. The sine-Gordon equation is used to illustrate our method of discussing the dynamical behaviour of infinite dimensional systems. The results agree with those of Bishop and Flesch [SLAM J. Math. Anal. 21 (1990) 1511].

对采用两种不同热处理工艺的钛合金TC4材料进行了Hopkinson拉伸实验、圆筒爆炸实验和数值仿真,从而确定了两种不同热处理工艺的优劣并通过微观分析揭示了钛合金TC4材料微观组织结构对内爆炸载荷下圆筒膨胀半径的影响.实验和数值分析表明:采用双重退火热处理工艺的钛合金TC4材料具有良好的动态力学性能.在相同的加载条件下,经此工艺处理的TC4圆筒在爆轰产物未泄漏之前有着充分的膨胀半径,而且也不容易形成绝热剪切破坏.同时,给出的依据高速摄影照片确定筒壳断裂点的方法是切实可行的,获得的断裂时间与数值分析结果吻合.

Angell在20世纪80年代提出的液体fragility概念,为认识玻璃态本质打开了一扇新的窗口,是联系玻璃形成液体和固体的纽带。目前,玻璃转变的主流理论(如模态耦合理论、势能形貌等)围绕fragility展开的研究已经成为玻璃科学领域的一个热点;fragility与玻璃固体基本力学性能之间的关联研究为力学工作者开辟了一片新的研究领域。本文将就玻璃态转变相关基本现象、表征玻璃态转变动力学行为的代表性理论、液体fragility与玻璃固体力学性能关联研究现状进行分析评述,并就本领域今后值得关注的问题进行展望。

通过在狄拉克方程中考虑德拜-休克尔(Debye-Hückel)屏蔽势,研究了类氢离子C^5+低能级能量1s(^2S1/2),2s(^2S1/2),2p(^2P1/2和^2P3/2)随等离子体电子温度及电子密度的变化规律,计算得到类氢离子C^5+能级能量及能级电离势随等离子体环境的变化关系。同时,拟合得到了基于德拜-休克尔屏蔽势下相当好的束缚态能级能量随等离子体环境变化的解析公式,利用该公式得到了类氢离子C^5+相应各能级发生压致电离的临界电子密度,其结果与其它文献比有很好的可比性。结果表明:束缚态能级能量

Macrophage differentiation antigen associated with complement three receptor function (Mac-1) belongs to beta(2) subfamily of integrins that mediate important cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix interactions. Biochemical studies have indicated that Mac-1 is a constitutive heterodimer in vitro. Here, we detected the heterodimerization of Mac-1 subunits in living cells by means of two fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) techniques (fluorescence microscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy) and our results demonstrated that there is constitutive heterodimerization of the Mac-1 subunits and this constitutive heterodimerization of the Mac-1 subunits is cell-type independent. Through FRET imaging, we found that heterodimers of Mac-1 mainly localized in plasma membrane, perinuclear, and Golgi area in living cells. Furthermore, through analysis of the estimated physical distances between cyan fluorescent protein (CFP) and yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) fused to Mac-1 subunits, we suggested that the conformation of Mac-1 subunits is not affected by the fusion of CFP or YFP and inferred that Mac-1 subunits take different conformation when expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) and human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293T cells, respectively. An optimal feedback control of two-photon fluorescence in the Coumarin 515 ethanol solution excited by shaping femtosecond laser pulses based on genetic algorithm is demonstrated experimentally. The two-photon fluorescence intensity can be enhanced by similar to 20%. Second harmonic generation frequency-resolved optical gating traces indicate that the optimal laser pulses are positive chirp, which are in favor of the effective population transfer of two-photon transitions. The dependence of the two-photon fluorescence signal on the laser pulse chirp is investigated to validate the theoretical model for the effective population transfer of two-photon transitions.
