兰科植物是被子植物中物种最丰富和最进化的类群之一,具有精巧、多样化的花部结构以及独特的吸引传粉者方式。开展兰科植物传粉生物学的研究对理解自然选择机制和异花授粉优势学说具有重要的理论意义。广西雅长兰科植物自然保护区是我国第一个以兰科植物命名的保护区,本文通过对保护区内同域分布的流苏贝母兰(Coelogyne fimbriata)和兔耳兰(Cymbidium lancifolium )传粉过程观察和繁殖成功等方面的研究,探讨兰科植物传粉机制和防止同株异花授粉的机制。同时结合传粉生物学研究的结果,对兰科植物多样性保护提出相关建议。主要研究结果如下: 1.流苏贝母兰的传粉生物学 在保护区2 个居群内对流苏贝母兰花期物候、传粉者种类和行为进行了连续3 年(2005-2007)的观察,对花和传粉者形态学指标进行了测量,对两个居群内所选取实验样地的花粉移走率、花粉接收率和结实率进行了详细的统计,通过动物行为学实验检测了花香对传粉者吸引方面的影响。并通过人工繁育系统实验检测流苏贝母兰的繁殖特征。结果显示,流苏贝母兰为具有特殊气味且无花蜜的兰科植物,由一种黄胡蜂属(Vespula)昆虫的雌性个体专性传粉,此为第二例由胡蜂专性传粉的具有食源性欺骗机制的兰科植物,且在传粉者行为和吸引机制与第一例存在很大差异。行为学实验显示花香对传粉者具有吸引作用。流苏贝母兰的花期与实验地黄胡蜂的繁殖季节和种群扩张期相吻合,在此期间,为了满足自身和幼虫的需求,黄胡蜂对碳水化合物需求大大增加。推测流苏贝母兰利用了黄胡蜂在繁殖和种群扩张期间需要大量摄取碳水化合物类物质,通过模拟碳水化合物来源(如果实或有花蜜、汁液分泌的植物)的气味,吸引传粉者。居群内花粉移走率、花粉接收率和结实率分别为0.069-0.918,0.025-0.695和0.014-0.069。结实率较低的原因可能与流苏贝母兰的自交不亲和特性和传粉者连续访问造成的同克隆授粉有关。其自交不亲和特性能有效地阻止自交,促进异交,同时蕊喙在接收花粉24 h 内与柱头愈合也能够减少花粉浪费,提高雄性适合度。 2.兔耳兰的传粉生物学 在保护区1 个居群内对兔耳兰进行了连续2 年(2005-2006)的观察和实验。观察发现兔耳兰唯一的传粉者为膜翅目蜜蜂科的中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana)。中华蜜蜂在花内的停留时间为8-71 s。根据观察我们推测兔耳兰可能是通过其唇瓣上无规则的紫栗色小斑点(假蜜导)来吸引中华蜜蜂为其传粉, 属于食源性欺骗方式。在传粉过程中兔耳兰的药帽与花粉团和粘盘一起粘在中华蜜蜂胸背部。药帽的存在能够阻止下一朵被拜访的花实现雌性功能。兔耳兰药帽高度加上传粉昆虫胸高大于传粉通道入口的高度, 支持兔耳兰可能通过药帽来减少同株异花授粉现象的推测。蕊喙会在花粉接受72 h 内逐渐下弯并与柱头愈合,将接受的花粉包裹,且有些花的花萼片和侧面的两个花瓣会环抱住唇瓣侧裂片及蕊柱形成的入口,即传粉通道,避免继续接收花粉,增加花粉输出,提高雄性适合度。2005 和2006 年该兔耳兰居群的自然繁殖成功率分别为0.211 和0.213。繁育系统实验证明兔耳兰是高度自交亲和物种,不存在无融合生殖和自动自花授粉的现象, 其结实依赖传粉者。TTC 法检测结果显示兔耳兰种子活力达85.78%因此推断种子活力不是制约兔耳兰种子萌发的主要原因。而传粉者的密度和访问频率可能是影响兔耳兰结实的重要因素, 并最终影响兔耳兰种群的维持和扩张。 3.兰科植物促进繁殖成功的机制 植物通过各种方式吸引传粉者的最终目的是实现繁殖成功,是植物生活史的重要环节。兰科植物具有雌雄同体的合蕊柱的特殊结构,为了避免花粉-柱头间的干扰,其进化出一系列特殊的花部结构和适应机制,如欺骗性吸引机制、花粉块柄弯曲、花粉干缩等等。流苏贝母兰作为大量开花的克隆植物,其自交不亲和特性是促进异交的重要机制,另外蕊喙在花粉接收24 h 内与柱头发生愈合也是减少同株异花授粉机率的重要花部适应特征。兔耳兰为聚丛状生长的兰科植物,总状花序具多朵花,在传粉过程中通过药帽的阻挡和机械隔离,使携带于昆虫背部的花粉不能进入花内与柱头发生接触,避免同株异花授粉的发生。另外兔耳兰也存在花部适应的机制,蕊喙在花粉接收72 h 内逐渐下弯与柱头愈合,同时有些花的花萼片和侧面的两个花瓣环抱传粉通道入口,避免继续接收花粉,提高雄性适合度。 4. 兰科植物传粉系统和多样性保护 传粉生物学的研究为兰科植物的保护生物学提供了坚固的理论基础和重要的科学依据。绝大部分的兰科植物繁殖成功受到传粉者数量的限制。由于其精巧的花部结构,约67%已知传粉系统的兰科植物仅由唯一的传粉者专性传粉。另外,在某些区域内,还存在着较高程度的传粉者共享。传粉者数量的减少已经威胁到兰科植物的繁殖生存。因此,对兰科植物的保护应不仅仅关注于植物的保护,同时还应致力于传粉系统的保护。

The replacement of CH4 from its hydrate in quartz sand with 90:10, 70:30, and 50:50 (W-CO2:W-H2O) carbon dioxide-in-water (C/W) emulsions and liquid CO2 has been performed in a cell with size of empty set 36 x 200 mm. The above emulsions were formed in a new emulsifier, in which the temperature and pressure were 285.2 K and 30 MPa, respectively, and the emulsions were stable for 7-12 h. The results of replacing showed that 13.1-27.1%, 14.1-25.5%, and 14.6-24.3% of CH4 had been displaced from its hydrate with the above emulsions after 24-96 It of replacement, corresponding to about 1.5 times the CH4 replaced with high-pressure liquid CO2. The results also showed that the replacement rate of CH4 with the above emulsions and liquid CO2 decreased from 0.543, 0.587, 0.608, and 0.348 1/h to 0.083, 0.077, 0.069, and 0.063 1/h with the replacement time increased from 24 to 96 h. It has been indicated by this study that the use of CO2 emulsions is advantageous compared to the use of liquid CO2 in replacing CH4 from its hydrate.

Background The application of polyethylenimine (PEI) in gene delivery has been severely limited by significant cytotoxicity that results from a nondegradable methylene backbone and high cationic charge density. It is therefore necessary to develop novel biodegradable PEI derivates for low-toxic, highly efficient gene delivery.Methods A series of novel cationic copolymers with various charge density were designed and synthesized by grafting different kinds of oligoethylenimine (OEI) onto a determinate multi-armed poly(L-glutamic acid) backbone. The molecular structures of multi-armed poly(L-glutamic acid)-graft-OEI (MP-g-OEI) copolymers were characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance, viscosimetry and gel permeation chromatography. Moreover, the MP-g-OEI/DNA complexes were measured by a gel retardation assay, dynamic light scattering and atomic force microscopy to determine DNA binding ability, particle size, zeta potential, complex formation and shape, respectively. MP-g-OEI copolymers were also evaluated in Chinese hamster ovary and human embryonic kidney-293 cells for their cytotoxicity and transfection efficiency.

A newfangled direct electrochemistry behavior of Cytochrome c (Cyt c) was found on glassy carbon (GC) electrode modified with the silicon dioxide (SiO2) nanoparticles by physical adsorption. A pair of stable and well-defined redox peaks of Cyt c ' quasi-reversible electrochemical reaction were obtained with a heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant of 1.66 x 10(-3) cm/s and a formal potential of 0.069 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) (0.263 V versus NHE) in 0.1 mol/L pH 6.8 PBS. Both the size and the amount of SiO2 nanoparticles could influence the electron transfer between Cyt c and the electrode. Electrostatic interaction which is between the negative nanoparticle surface and positively charged amino acid residues on the Cyt c surface is of importance for the stability and reproducibility toward the direct electron transfer of Cyt c. It is suggested that the modification of SiO2 nanoparticles proposes a novel approach to realize the direct electrochemistry of proteins.

The title complexes were synthesized and the crystal structures of their salts were determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses. Na-2[Zn-I(ida)(2)]. 7H(2)O: Triclinic, P1, a=0.523 4(2) nm, b=0.897 10(10) nm, c=1.069 10(10) nm, alpha=85.910(10)degrees, beta= 76.380(10)degrees, gamma=83.52(2)degrees, V=0.484 2(2) nm(3), Z=1. The complex anion [Zn-I (ida)(2)](2-) has a pseudo-octahedral structure in which the two N atoms: are in a trans configuration. Na-4[Hg-I(nta)(2)]. 7H(2)O: Monoclinic, C-c, a = 1.795 0(4) nm, b = 0.892 9(2)nm, c = 1.575 4(2) nm, beta = 92.78 (3)degrees, V = 2.526 2(9) nm(3), Z = 4. The complex anion [Hg-I (nta)(2)](4-) has a pseudo-bicapped-octahedral structure in which the two N atoms are in a trans configuration.

The crystal structure and mechanism of the title molecule are described. This crystal is orthorhombic, belonging to space group PC21/B with a=1,002 1(2) nm, b=1.483 0(3) nm, c=2.173 6(4) nm, V=3.230 39(2) nm(3), Z=2, D-c=1.80 g/cm(3), R=0.069 3. The structure was solved by direct method. The tin atom of the title compound exists in two distorted-trigonal-bipyramidal geometry, defined by two carbon, one bromide, one chloride and one oxygen atoms leading to a five-membered chelate ring. In the structure, the five-membered ring containing the intermolecular O-->Sn has a half chair conformation.

本文合成并测定了{MoOS_3Cu_3(PPh_3)C1}的晶体结构,簇合物属正交晶系,空间群为P_(212121)晶胞参数:a=12.833(5)×10~(-10)m,b=17.552(5)×10~(-10)m,c=22.778(7)×10~(-10)m;Z=4。结构用直接法解出,经最小二乘法修正,偏离因子R=0.069.

本文以人类活动影响下的典型海湾-胶州湾为研究对象,在对典型柱状沉积物精确定年的基础上,剖析了胶州湾百年来沉积环境演变的过程,通过对沉积物中氮、磷、重金属以及生态环境的综合分析,提取了其受人类活动影响的信息指标,获得了一系列新的结果和认识。主要结论如下: 1. 研究揭示了近百年来胶州湾沉积速率具有区域与年际变化明显这一显著特点。通常,湾内的沉积速率较高,而湾口沉积速率变化很大,湾外沉积速率明显低于湾内和湾口;且随着年代的增加,胶州湾的沉积速率呈上升趋势,如1984年左右,B3站位的沉积速率高达1.17 cm/a,而之前仅为0.30 cm/a左右,主要是由于这一时期环胶州湾工农业迅速发展导致人为排入的物质的量增加的结果,但从2000年以来由于沿岸环境治理和污控措施的加强,这种境况已经有所改善,沉积速率有减小趋势。 2. 阐明了胶州湾沉积物氮、磷的生物地球化学特征及生态环境意义,沉积物中可交换态磷、铝磷、铁磷与有机磷在一定程度上表征了磷的生物可利用性部分,而铝磷、铁磷与闭蓄态磷可用于反映沉积物受污染的程度,沉积物中的有机氮(强氧化剂浸取态氮)作为其优势存在形态,可潜在参与水体氮的循环,参与的量与沉积物粒度密切相关,沉积物中的氮可粗略反映水体的生物量。研究显示,无机磷是胶州湾沉积物中磷的主要赋存形态,在湾内、湾口和湾外,分别占到沉积物总磷的44.57% ~ 94.41%(B3)、44.83 % ~ 95.54 % (D4)和55.09% ~ 95.20 % (D7),铝磷、铁磷与闭蓄态磷与污染程度关系密切,可以作为沉积环境污染程度的指示因子。可交换态磷、铝磷、铁磷与有机磷等四种形态磷与浮游植物的数量和水体中磷酸盐的含量呈正相关,是胶州湾潜在的生物可利用磷。强氧化剂浸取态(SOEF-N,主要为有机氮)是沉积物可转化氮的优势形态,其含量分别为0.070 mg/g(B3)、0.069 mg/g(D4)和0.049 mg/g(D7),且随沉积物的粒度变细,其含量越高。沉积物中不同形态氮与水体中的硝酸盐、浮游植物数量和叶绿素a呈正相关,可粗略反映水体的生物量。 3. 通过系统研究胶州湾沉积物中重金属的地球化学特征,阐明了人为活动对其沉积环境的影响,提出了胶州湾沉积环境演变的“三段论”论点。胶州湾沉积物重金属的富集因子和地质累积指数的研究显示胶州湾沉积物的Cd、Pb和Cu是受人类活动影响较为严重的三种元素,并且重金属在沉积层序的分布特征说明重金属的污染在20世纪70、80年代开始加重,但在本世纪初,这种状况已经得到较大改善。胶州湾的环境演变过程可分为三个阶段,即1980年以前,1980年至2000年左右和2000年后。第一个阶段可以看作是胶州湾环境演变的一个背景值,该段时期内明显的特征是相对较低的沉积速率,较轻的重金属污染和富营养化状况;第二阶段是青岛地区工农业迅猛发展的阶段,加上治污措施和环境保护措施较少,这段时期胶州湾的环境一度恶化,是人类活动影响最为明显的一个阶段;第三个阶段是胶州湾环境质量不断改善的一个阶段,由于各项治污措施的实施,到本世纪初,胶州湾的环境质量较20世纪的最后20年里有了较大的改善。
