一种矩形微米流道的加工与流量测定

介绍了一种比较成熟的矩形微米流道(微槽道)加工工艺,利用厚胶光刻工艺在硅片上制备胶模板,进而在该模板上用高分子聚合物PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane,聚二甲基硅氧烷)制作了微米量级的微槽道(高、宽范围20～100μm),对制备的微槽道的几何精确度进行了20×100倍放大显微观测,对其流量特性进行了实验测定.实验结果与泊肃叶理论公式(NS方程的管流表达式)相对比,可以看到在微米量级的矩形微流道中,泊肃叶公式仍然适用.

Comparison of laser performances of 5at.% Yb : Gd2xY2(1-x)SiO5 crystals between different cutting directions

We investigate the laser actions of 5at.% Yb:Gd2xY2(1-x)SiO5 (Yb:GYSO; x = 0.1) crystals with different cutting directions, parallel and vertical to the growth axis. Our results show that the cutting direction of the sample plays an astonished role in the laser operation. The sample cut vertically to the growth axis possesses the favourable lasing characteristics. Its output power reaches 3.13W at 1060nm with a slope efficiency of 44.68% when the absorbed pump power is 8.9 W. In contrast, the sample cut parallel reaches only 1.65 W at 1044 nm with a slope elLiciency of 33.76% with absorbed pump power of 7.99 W. The absorption and emission spectra of the two samples are examined and the merit factor M is calculated. Our analysis is in agreement well with the experimental results. The wavelength tuning range of the superior sample covers from 1013.68 nm to 1084.82 nm.

Carrier-envelope phase dependence of few-cycle ultrashort laser pulse propagation in a polar molecule medium

We theoretically investigate carrier-envelope phase dependence of few-cycle ultrashort laser pulse propagation in a polar molecule medium. Our results show that a soliton pulse can be generated during the two-photon resonant propagation of few-cycle pulse in the polar molecule medium. Moreover, the main features of the soliton pulse, such as pulse duration and intensity, depend crucially on the carrier-envelope phase of the incident pulse, which could be utilized to determine the carrier-envelope phase of a few-cycle ultrashort laser pulse from a mode-locked oscillator.

石英波片偏光干涉谱的研究

根据石英晶体双折射率的色散特性,对石英波片的偏光干涉谱进行了理论分析和数值模拟,提出了一种石英波片延迟量和厚度的偏光干涉标定法。即由偏光干涉谱,可以得出石英波片在200～2000 nm宽光谱范围内的延迟量；通过对长波段的偏光干涉谱极值波长的精确判断,可以准确地计算出该石英波片的厚度。利用Lambda 900 紫外可见近红外分光光度计对一片石英波片的偏光干涉谱进行了测量。在波长精度为0.1 nm的情况下,测量的厚度精度为0.1 μm。误差分析结果表明,通过提高光谱的最小分辨力及选择较长的光谱波段进行测量计算

Nd：Y3Sc（1．5）Al（3．5）O（12）透明陶瓷的光谱性能以及激光输出

采用燃烧法制备了Nd：YSAG粉体,经过成型、素烧,最终在氢气气氛中烧结制备了Nd：YSAG透明陶瓷.测试结果表明,Nd：YSAG透明陶瓷具有荧光谱线较宽,荧光寿命较长的特点.激光实验得到的激光输出,斜率效率为23.6%,输出功率为0.36W,输出激光的谱线分布较宽.

云南中部无量山黑长臂猿(Nomascus concolor jingdongensis)栖息地乔木层物种多样性和结构特征

无量山是黑长臂猿景东亚种的唯一分布区,现栖息着98群500余只黑长臂猿。长臂猿是典型的树栖性灵长类动物,通过对无量山西坡大寨子地区250个样方的调查,分析了随海拔梯度升高,黑长臂猿栖息地植被乔木层物种多样性和结构的变化情况。共记录乔木111种,隶属于33科;木质藤本23种,隶属于18科。其中优势科主要有樟科(Lauraceae)、木兰科(Magnoliaceae)、壳斗科(Fagaceae)、山茶科(Theaceae)和杜鹃花科(Ericaceae)。根据不同海拔乔木层物种组成的差异,该区可划分为半湿润常绿阔叶林(2100~2300m)和中山湿性常绿阔叶林(2400~2600m)两种植被类型。多样性指数(Shannon-Wiener指数)随海拔升高在两种植被类型中均呈下降趋势;均匀度指数(Pielou指数)在半湿润常绿阔叶林中呈下降趋势,在中山湿性常绿阔叶林中无明显变化。半湿润常绿阔叶林中,阳坡的乔木物种多样性低于阴坡;而阳坡物种多样性在两种植被类型间差异显著。随着海拔的升高,乔木层的平均高度和上层乔木(Ⅰ层)的比例均逐渐降低,但下层乔木却呈上升趋势。6种优势乔木树种的种群年龄结构分析表明,该区植被的乔木层呈...

柠檬酸对高岭石的溶解作用

采用间歇法(batch method)研究柠檬酸对高岭石溶解的影响。结果表明:低浓度(0.02mmolL-1)柠檬酸可促进高岭石中Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+少量的释放。当柠檬酸浓度分别为1.0mmolL-1和8mmolL-1时,Ca2+,Mg2+,K+,Na+,Si,Al3+阳离子的释放量也相应地增加。释放的Ca2+、Mg2+主要来自高岭石表面的吸附,而Na+、K+则来自高岭石的溶解。

Realization of an ultracompact low-loss photonic crystal corner mirror

We report on the realization and characterization of an ultracompact, low-loss, and broadband corner mirror based on photonic crystals (PCs). By modifying the boundary layers of the PC region, extra losses of 1.1 +/- 0.4 dB per corner mirror are achieved for transverse-electronic polarization for silicon-on-insulator ridge waveguides fabricated by electron beam lithography and inductively coupled plasma etching. Dimensions of the PC corner mirror are less than 7 x 7 mu m(2), which are only about one tenth of conventional waveguide corner mirrors.

应用软件的需求获取与应用领域的特征密切相关,用户的参与日益受到重视,然而用户对系统的认识通常模糊且不完整,且对于多用户系统,需要拥有局部需求的多用户进行协同,才能得到完整、一致的需求.提出一种用户主导的需求获取方法,根据用户特征及其上下文环境,为用户进行需求定义提供个性化的领域知识支持,包括领域需求资产推荐和对多用户协同需求获取的建议.应用实例说明了该方法的可行性,且对于提高用户参与程度、改进领域知识重用效果,从而最终提高需求获取的质量具有积极意义.

Passive mode locking of an Yb:YAB laser with a low modulation depth SESAM

A passive mode-locked diode-pumped self-frequency-doubling Yb:YAB laser with a low modulation depth semiconductor saturable absorber mirror operating at 374 MHz is demonstrated. The measured pulse duration is 1.98 ps at the wavelength of 1044 nm. The maximum average power reaches 45 mW.

基于XACML安全策略的J2EE应用服务器安全授权框架

安全与授权问题是企业应用的关键问题,而目前J2EE规范中的安全授权服务缺乏足够的安全描述能力.提出支持XACML安全策略的安全授权框架,为J2EE应用服务器的各个组件描述复杂的安全逻辑,并提供灵活的安全授权服务,降低了企业应用开发以及系统维护的成本.该框架在中科院软件所自主研发的J2EE应用服务器OnceAS中得到实现.
