本文基于四川电缆厂和大原辐射防护研究院两条辐射交联生产线及其计算机控制系统的研制工作。在简要介绍辐射交联工艺的基础上,着重描述了生产线的微机控制系统。以GJ-2型加速器为辐射源的四川线以PC/XT微机及HY系列I/O接口板构成微机测控系统硬件,以CCPM/86实时并发操作系统以及HYBASIC实时多任务语言作为软件编程环境,系统结构采用了PC内总线结构。在此基础上,对以ELV-8 ICT型加速器为辐射源的太原线,开发出以工控机SC386DX为核心的微机控制系统;并在DOS 3.3操作系统的基础上,研制出以 Turbo C 2.0 及 80386 汇编语言联合编程的控制软件,从而使辐射交联生产线微机控制系统的性能得到显著提高

The construction and evaluation of an on-column etched fused-silica porous junction for on-line coupling of capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) with capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) are described. Where two separation columns were integrated on a single piece of fused-silica capillary through the etched similar to4 to 5-mm length porous junction along the capillary. The junction is easily prepared by etching a short section of the capillary wall with HF after removing the polyimide coating. The etched section becomes a porous glass membrane that allows only small ions related to the background electrolyte to pass through when high voltage is applied across the separation capillary. The primary advantages of this novel porous junction interface over previous designs (in which the interface is usually formed by fracturing the capillary followed by connecting the two capillaries with a section of microdialysis hollow fiber membrane) are no dead volume, simplicity, and ruggedness, which is particularly well suited for an on-line coupling capillary electrophoresis-based multiple dimensional separation system. The performance of the 2D CIEF-CZE system constructed by such an etched porous junction was evaluated by the analyses of protein mixtures.

应用原核生物 16SrDNA特异性引物rD1和fD1,通过ARDRA (amplifiedribosomalDNArestrictionanalysis)法直接扩增自中国云南、东北地区赤杨属 3种植物和沙棘属 1种植物根瘤内FrankiaDNA ,得到一长约 15 0 0bp的扩增产物 .选用两种内切酶HaeⅢ、AfaⅠ联合对扩增产物进行酶切 ,得到稳定的酶切图谱 .将所测48个感染赤杨的Frankia样本区分为 3个不同的组 ,所测 43个感染沙棘的Frankia样本区分为 3个不同的组 .显示根瘤内Frankia存在丰富的遗传多样性 .

Glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) were used to synthesize a monolithic capillary column containing reactive epoxy groups. Glutaraldehyde was introduced and linked to the monolith after a process of amination. An aqueous solution of commercial carrier ampholytes (CAs, Ampholine) was focused in such a polymer column. The primary amino groups of CAs reacted with glutaraldehyde along the capillary. CAs were immobilized at different positions in the column according to their isoelectric points (pl), resulting in a monolithic immobilized pH gradient (M-IPG). Isoelectric focusing (IEF) was performed without CAs in such an M-IPG column. Due to the covalent attachment of the CAs this M-IPG can be repeatedly used after its preparation. Good stability, linearity, and reproducibility were obtained.

本文是作者1992—1995年腐植酸多元复合肥的效应研究部分内容。系针对玉米、小麦需肥特点和土壤养分概况,通过多点田间试验筛选出腐植酸多元复合肥的最佳配方。试验结果表明:该肥料具有速效性和长效性,养分元素利用率高,小麦、玉米等作物可实现年周期一次投肥,节省工时,减少田间作业环节,节肥效果显著。能协调养分,培肥地力,作物生长发育增强,明显改善了作物构成因素,由于根系发达,长势稳健,抗逆性明显提高,小麦品质得到了改善。该肥料比习惯施肥,等养分无机复合肥均有显著的增产效果。比习惯施肥亩增产26%,比等养分无机复合肥增产11.76%,经济效益高,明显好于其它肥料。该肥料宜作基肥施用,苗期不必追肥。本文还讨论了该肥料对土壤肥力的影响。

Y2Ta2O5N2 is presented as a novel photocatalyst with high activity for water splitting under visible-light irradiation in the presence of appropriate sacrificial reagents; the activity for reduction to H-2 is increased by the incorporation of Pt or Ru as a co-catalyst, with a significant increase in production efficiency when both Pt and Ru are present.

以基于GIS为基础的城市植被分析软件———CITYgreen的要求对沈阳市建成区进行调查,并统计分析,获得沈阳市建成区绿色覆盖现状,各用地类型植被的环境效益以及沈阳市建成区的总体环境效益。结果表明,沈阳市建成区的绿色覆盖(树冠与草地之和)率以绿化类用地最高;植被净化效益的主体为树木覆盖,植被环境效益与树冠覆盖比呈现正相关关系,单位面积的净化效益以绿化用地最高,商业金融用地最低;建成区总碳贮存为199 485.4t,每年的碳存留为879.6478t,O3的去除量为71 283.89kg,SO2的去除量为22 163.97kg,NO2的去除量为40 876.3kg,PM10的去除量为61 494.02kg,CO的去除量为8 149.331kg。该文还对提高环境质量提出建议。

土壤健康是农产品安全和人类健康的基础,是一个赋有21世纪新世代气息的新概念。健康土壤学的发展,预示了土壤科学进入了一个新世代。论述了土壤健康这一新概念的内涵;阐明了土壤健康与人类疾病、农产品安全之间存在着密切的相关关系;从土壤动物、微生物、植物和土壤酶生态指示的角度,指出了土壤健康指标应该具有灵敏度高、使用范围广、分析测量方法切实可行等生态特点;综述了国内外土壤健康生态指示的研究现状与发展动态;认为除了继续深入现阶段有关土壤健康的研究外,还应从土壤健康的水力学特征与水生生态过程的角度展开研究,使土壤健康评价系统更完善。

China has witnessed fast urban growth in the recent decade. This study analyzes spatio-temporal characteristics of urban expansion in China using satellite images and regionalization methods. Landsat TM images at three time periods, 1990/1991, 1995/1996, and 1999/2000, are interpreted to get 1:100000 vector land use datasets. The study calculates the urban land percentage and urban land expansion index of every 1 km(2) cell throughout China. The study divides China into 27 urban regions to conceive dynamic patterns of urban land changes. Urban development was achieving momentum in the western region, expanding more noticeably than in the previous five years, and seeing an increased growth percentage. Land use dynamic changes reflect the strong impacts of economic growth environments and macro-urban development policies. The paper helps to distinguish the influences of newly market-oriented forces from traditional administrative controls on China's urban expansion. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

The paper analyzes urban functional structure characteristics of Chinese cities in 1996 using the Nelson method. The manufacturing employment percentage is much higher in metropolitan areas but is decreasing from 1989 to 1996. On the other hand, the weight of science, education, culture, hygiene, finance, insurance and real estate increases. The employment structure changes dramatically. Although the urbanization level of China is lower than that of the USA in 1955, the frequency distribution curve of urban functions is similar. The construction, transportation, commerce, finance, insurance, real estate, science, education, culture, hygiene and administration curves are normal. The mining employment converges on minor cities and the distribution is not normal. The urban function has changed with urban scale. The bigger the cities are, the smaller the manufacture, mining and construction employment weights, and the larger are the science, education, finance, insurance, real estate and administration weights. Commerce and transportation are distributed evenly and the difference is less. From the comparison in three zones of China, the employment percentage of manufacture, finance, insurance and real estate is higher in eastern coastal areas, while the employment percentage of science, education, administration is higher in western areas. A new and synthetically versatile strategy has been developed for the phosphorescence color tuning of cyclometalated iridium phosphors by simple tailoring of the phenyl ring of ppy (Hppy=2-phenylpyridine) with various main-group moieties in [Ir(ppy-X)(2)(acac)] (X=B(Mes)(2), SiPh3, GePh3, NPh2, POPh2, OPh, SPh, SO2Ph). This can be achieved by shifting the charge-transfer character from the pyridyl groups in some traditional iridium ppy-type complexes to the electron-withdrawing main-group moieties and these assignments were supported by theoretical calculations.
