试验研究了不同施肥处理对小麦产量及肥料、水分利用率的影响。结果表明:氮磷配施对产量的贡献率最高,产量达5 099.8 kg/hm2,增产率达21.5%,较氮、磷肥单施产量分别增产14.0%和18.4%,具有正交互效应;单施有机肥较NM、PM、NPM增产率分别达到6.63%、4.12%、11.3%。化肥配施可显著提高旱地小麦的肥料利用率和水分利用效率,氮磷有机肥配施肥料氮、磷肥的利用率分别较氮、磷肥单施提高1.71和12.55个百分点;氮磷配施可同时提高氮肥、磷肥肥效,此时氮贡献率为15.53%,磷贡献率达12.26%,且水分利用率提高了24.1%,耗水系数降低了17.57%。

在黄土高原南部旱地长期肥料定位试验的基础上研究了土壤钾素空间分布特征及其有效性。结果表明:长期施肥后土壤中特殊吸附性钾(SAK)和非特殊吸附性钾(NSAK)储量增加,但水溶性钾(WSK)和非交换性钾(NEK)则有明显的下降,单施N水溶性钾下降了48.24%,单施P下降32.32%,NP配施和NPK配施分别下降10.61%和17.93%,非交换性钾降幅为8.56%~24.91%。增施钾肥可以缓解因长期施肥作物生长所携出的钾素,增加耕层土壤中的水溶性钾、非特殊吸附性钾及特殊吸附性钾。相关分析结果表明,土壤不同形态钾素对速效钾的重要性依次为WSK>NSAK>SAK>NEK,土壤速效钾与水溶性钾、非特殊吸附性钾呈显著相关,与特殊吸附性钾和非交换性钾无显著相关性。

采用2种不同夏玉米基因型(陕单9号,抗旱品种;陕单911,不抗旱品种)的盆栽试验,研究了长期水分胁迫下氮、钾对各生育期叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度和叶绿素含量的影响,旨在从光合生理特性揭示这些因子的抗旱机理。结果表明,长期水分胁迫下叶片净光合速率,蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度(除成熟期)和叶绿素含量显著降低,不抗旱品种降幅更甚。抗旱品种的净光合速率和叶绿素含量大于不抗旱品种,而蒸腾速率和胞间二氧化碳浓度则相反。两品种苗期光合作用较弱,净光合速率和叶绿素含量均较低,抽雄期达到高峰。施氮能不同程度降低水分胁迫下玉米叶片的蒸腾速率,增加叶绿素含量.提高净光合速率,从而减缓水分胁迫对光合作用的伤害。随氮肥用量增加,不抗旱品种净光合速率和叶绿素含量显著升高,蒸腾速率和胞间二氧化碳浓度明显降低,两种氮肥用量间有显著差异;抗旱品种在低氮用量时效果显著,但高低氮用量间无显著区别。钾对受水分胁迫的玉米表现出比氮肥更突出的效果。相反,在适量供水条件下,氮、钾肥的作用明显下降。以上结果表明,适当用量的氮、钾肥可以有效地改善水分胁迫下作物叶片的光合特性,从而增强作物的抗旱性。

目的:研究氮、磷、钾及其配比对膜荚黄芪生长发育及有效成分的影响。方法:通过田间试验,采用氮、磷、钾3因素2次D-饱和最优设计,研究氮、磷、钾及其配比对膜荚黄芪生长及有效成分的影响。结果:施肥促进了膜荚黄芪幼苗的生长,从而为生育后期膜荚黄芪根生长、产量形成及有效成分的累积提供充足的营养基础。氮、磷、钾各元素及其配比明显促进了茎叶及根干物质积累,氮、磷、钾对膜荚黄芪干物质累积总量的影响程度依次为氮>钾>磷;对膜荚黄芪茎叶干物质累积量的影响程度依次为氮>磷>钾;对根干物质累积量的影响程度依次为氮>钾>磷。施肥明显提高了膜荚黄芪根产量,氮、磷、钾对根产量影响程度依次为氮>钾>磷。氮、磷、钾各元素及其配比使黄芪多糖、黄芪甲苷含量明显增加,对总黄酮含量影响不明显。氮、磷、钾对黄芪多糖含量影响程度依次为钾>磷>氮;对黄芪甲苷含量的影响程度依次为氮>钾>磷。结论:氮、钾对膜荚黄芪生长发育,产量形成及多糖,黄芪甲苷含量有重要的影响。根类中药材黄芪的栽培过程中应该注重氮、钾肥的施用,并注意氮、磷、钾的配合施用。

为了给黄土旱地经济合理施肥、粮食增产提供科学依据。[方法]在长期定位试验的基础上,研究了不同施肥对小麦产量、各生育期钾素营养和肥料利用率的影响。[结果]不同施肥小麦增产效果差异显著。单施氮肥小麦增产75.3%,单施磷肥小麦产量则降低24.7%,NM、PM、NPM配施小麦增产75.9%~92.9%;小麦钾素的吸收主要集中在生长发育前期,孕穗期以后因泌钾现象多表现为负吸收,施用有机肥,特别是无机肥与有机肥配施,促进小麦吸钾作用明显,小麦植株各器官含钾量明显提高;单施N肥、NP配施小麦钾素的吸收量、吸收速率较高,单施有机肥及有机无机肥配合施用小麦钾素吸收量和吸收速率比对照也有明显提高;单施N肥小麦氮肥利用率较高为76.73%,单施P肥小麦磷肥利用率较低仅为14.20%,NP配施与单施P肥相比,吸磷量、吸钾量分别增加112.53%和79.36%。施用有机肥可以显著提高作物氮、磷、钾吸收量,但肥料利用率却不高。[结论]施用有机肥以及有机无机肥配合施用,可以明显促进小麦对氮、磷、钾养分的吸收,提高小麦产量。

The effect of a potassium overlayer on nitridation and oxidation of the InP(100) surface is investigated by core-level and valence-band photoemission spectroscopy using synchrotron radiation. In comparison with the K-promoted nitridation of the InP(110) surface obtained by cleavage in situ, we found that the promotive effect for the InP(100) surface cleaned by ions bombardment is much stronger and that the nitridation products consist of two kinds of complexes: InPNx and InPNx+y. The results confirmed that surface defects play an important part in the promotive effect. Furthermore, in contrast with K-promoted oxidation of InP(100) where bonding is observed between indium and oxygen, indium atoms did not react directly with nitrogen atoms during the K-promoted nitridation of InP(100). The effect of molecular nitrogen exposure on the surfaces of InP(100) modified by potassium overlayers is investigated by core-level and valence-band photoemission spectroscopy using Synchrotron radiation. In comparison with InP(110) surface, we found the promotion is much stronger for InP(100) surface due to the central role of surface defects in the promotion; furthermore, in contrast with K-promoted oxidation of InP(100) where the bonding is observed between indium and oxygen, indium atoms did not react directly with nitrogen atoms during the K-promoted nitridation of InP(100).

A highly sensitive microstructured polymer optical fiber (MPOF) probe for hydrogen peroxide was made by forming a rhodamine 6G-doped titanium dioxide film on the side walls of array holes in an MPOF. It was found that hydrogen peroxide only has a response to the MPOF probe in a certain concentration of potassium iodide in sulfuric acid solution. The calibration graph of fluorescence intensity versus hydrogen peroxide concentration is linear in the range of 1.6 x 10(-7) mol/L to 9.6 x 10(-5) mol/L. The method, with high sensitivity and a wide linear range, has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of hydrogen peroxide in a few real samples, such as rain water and contact lens disinfectant, with satisfactory results.

臭氧层损耗导致的地球表面UV-B辐射增强以及温室气体增多引起的气候变暖是当今两大全球环境问题。UV-B辐射增强和气候变暖对陆地植物和生态系统产生深远影响,并已成为全球变化研究的重要议题。作为世界第三极的青藏高原,UV-B 辐射增强以及气候变暖现象尤为突出。本试验所在林区是青藏高原东缘的主要林区,具有大面积的亚高山人工针叶成熟林,在全球变化背景下该森林的天然更新潜力如何是急待回答的重要问题。基于此,本研究围绕森林树种的种子和幼苗这一更新的重要阶段,开展了气候变暖、UV-B辐射增强和联合胁迫对云杉种子萌发及幼苗定居影响的研究,旨在全球变化背景下,探讨全球变暖、UV-B 辐射增强和联合胁迫是否对西南地区大面积人工亚高山针叶林更新的种子萌发和幼苗定居阶段产生影响。 本文以青藏高原东缘亚高山针叶林主要树种云杉为研究对象,研究云杉种子萌发及幼苗的生长和生理对UV-B辐射增强与气候变暖的响应。采用UV-B荧光灯(UV-lamp)来模拟增强的UV-B 辐射,此外,采用开顶式有机玻璃罩(OTCs)来模拟气候变暖。本试验包括四个处理:(1)大气UV-B 辐射+大气温度(C);(2)大气UV-B 辐射+模拟气候变暖(W);(3)增强的UV-B辐射+大气温度(U);(4)增强的UV-B辐射+模拟气候变暖(U+W)。 根据本试验结果,UV-B辐射增强对云杉种子萌发没有显著影响,它对萌发云杉幼苗的影响主要体现在幼叶展开以后。根据两年的试验结果,增强的UV-B辐射降低了云杉幼苗抗氧化酶活性,降低了抗氧化物质的含量,此外,造成了膜质的过氧化,表现为MDA在针叶中的积累。增强的UV-B照射处理萌发云杉幼苗两年后,幼苗的生长受到显著抑制。我们的结果显示,OTCs分别提高了空气(10 cm)和土壤(5 cm)温度1.74℃和0.94 ℃。增温显著地促进了云杉种子提前萌发,提高了萌发速率和萌发比率,而且,明显地促进了幼苗的生长,表现为株高和生物量累积的显著增长。此外增温还有利于云杉幼苗根的伸长生长以及生物量的累积,这可以使云杉幼苗更好地利用土壤中的水分和营养元素。 根据本试验结果,温度升高显著地促进了增强UV-B辐射下云杉萌发幼苗的生长,这说明,温度升高缓解了UV-B辐射增强对云杉萌发幼苗的负面影响。这种缓解作用可能是温度升高对UV-B辐射增强处理下幼苗的抗氧化系统活性改善的结果。温度升高还缓解了高UV-B辐射对云杉幼苗根生长的抑制作用,这也可能是增温缓解伤害的原因之一。此外,根据我们的试验结果,增温与UV-B辐射增强联合作用(U+W)下云杉萌发幼苗的生长状况好于大气温度与大气UV-B辐射联合(C)处理,表现为株高、地径、根长和生物量积累均高于C处理,因此可以推断,UV-B辐射增强与气候变暖同时存在对萌发幼苗在两年之内的生长没有产生抑制作用,也就是说,气候变暖的缓解作用完全弥补了UV-B辐射增强的有害作用。 同样,增强的UV-B辐射显著影响了云杉幼苗的光合作用,表现为净光合速率(Pn)和表观量子效率(Φ)的提高,此外,根据我们的试验结果,它还造成了PSII的光抑制。增强的UV-B辐射显著抑制了云杉幼苗对营养元素的吸收,表现为大量营养元素、碳、钙、镁和锌含量的降低,但是,它却显著促进了铁在植株体内的积累。增温显著地提高了净光合速率,但是,它对光系统II(PSII)的光化学效率影响不大。温度升高缓解了UV-B增强对云杉幼苗光合作用的伤害,表现为净光合速率、表观量子效率以及PSII光化学效率的提高。此外,温度升高还缓解了UV-B辐射增强对离子吸收的抑制作用。 Enhanced UV-B radiation due to the reduction of O3 layer and global warming induced by increased greenhouse gases in the air have become the two pressing aspects of global climate changes. Moreover, enhanced UV-B radiation and warming have profound and long-term impacts on terrestrial plants and ecosystems, and the studies focusing on the two factors have attracted many attentions. Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is the third in elevation in the world, and enhanced UV-B radiation and climate warming are especially prominent in this region. Our research located in the main forest belt in the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau where large areas of subalpine coniferous forests distributed. Based on that, we carried out a research to study the effects of enhanced UV-B radiation and climate warming on seed germination and seedlings growth of seedlings which are the important basic stage in forest regeneration. This research was arranged by a complete factorial design and included two factors (UV-B radiation and temperature) with two levels. The UV-lamps were used to manipulate the supplemental UV-B radiation and open-top chambers (OTCs) were adopted to increase temperature. The four treatments were: (1) C, ambient UV-B without warming; (2) U, enhanced UV-B without warming; (3) W, ambient UV-B with OTCs warming; (4) U+W, enhanced UV-B with OTCs warming. The main results were exhibited as follows: 1. Based on our results in this research, OTCs increased temperature on average 1.74℃ in air (10 cm above ground) and 0.92 ℃ in soil (5 cm beneath ground). Furthermore, OTCs also slightly reduced soil moisture and relative air humidity, however, the differences was not statistically significant. 2. Our results showed that enhanced UV-B had no significant effects on the seeds germination of P. asperata. Enhanced UV-B affected sprouts of P. asperata until the needles unfolded. During two years, enhanced UV-B inhibited the efficiency of the antioxidant defense systems, and as a result, it induced oxidant stress and the accumulation of MDA in needles. After two years of exposure to enhanced UV-B, the growth of P. asperata sprouts was markedly restrained compared with those under ambient UV-B radiation and temperature (C). Warming significantly stimulated the germination speed and increased the germination rate of P. asperata seeds. In the next place, it prominently facilitated the growth of P. asperata sprouts, represented as improvements in stem elongation and biomass accumulation. Furthermore, warming also increased root growth of P. asperata sprouts, which could made sprouts more efficient to use water and nutrient elements in soil. In this research, warming alleviated the deleterious effects of enhanced UV-B on P. asperata sprouts. It markedly stimulated the growth of P. asperata sprouts exposed to enhanced UV-B. The ease effects of warming on the abilities of the antioxidant defense systems might account for its amending effects on growth. After two years of exposure to enhanced UV-B radiation and warming, the growth of P. asperata sprouts was better than those under ambient UV-B radiation without warming (C), which could be seen from the higher plant height, basal diameter, root length and total biomass accumulation compared with C. 3. Enhanced UV-B radiation significantly influenced the photosynthesis processes of two-year old P. asperata seedlings. Our results showed that enhanced UV-B reduced the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and the apparent quantum efficiency (Φ), and induced photoinhibition of photosynthetic system II (PSII). Enhanced UV-B significantly decreased the concentration of nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and zinc (Zn), however, it increased the accumulation of iron (Fe) in the whole plant of P. asperata seedlings. Warming significantly stimulated Pn of P. asperata seedlings but it had no prominent impacts on the photochemical efficiency of PSII. In our research, warming also alleviated the harmful effects of enhanced UV-B on photosynthesis and absorption of ions of P. asperata seedlings. It increased Pn, Φ and the photochemical efficiency of PSII in seedlings exposed to enhanced UV-B. Moreover, warming also increased the absorption of ions of the seedlings exposed to enhanced UV-B radiation.

采用微波消解、电感耦合高频等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)的方法,对62份不同小麦品种(系)中锌、铁、铜、钙、钠和钾的含量进行了测定。同时利用红外线品质测定仪对主要品质指标粗蛋白、湿面筋、沉降值进行了测定。结果表明,不同小麦品种(系)中各种矿质元素的含量存在差异,2006年小麦品种中铁含量变幅为18.55-58.19 ug/g,平均为30.83ug/g ,最高与最低的相差39.64ug/g;锌含量变幅为5.70-25.80 ug/g,平均为15.13ug/g ,最高与最低相差20.10ug/g。2008年小麦品种(系)中铁含量变幅为16.68-52.25 ug/g,平均为30.10ug/g,最高与最低相差35.58ug/g;锌含量变幅为12.29-33.47 ug/g,平均为21.11ug/g,最高与最低相差21.18ug/g;钙含量变幅为167.53-348.80ug/g,平均为248.59ug/g,最高与最低相差192.59ug/g;铜含量变幅为2.32-5.83 ug/g,平均为2.98ug/g,最高与最低的相差3.61ug/g;钾含量变幅为1822.71-4414.91 ug/g,平均为2617.87ug/g,最高与最低的相差2634.72ug/g;钠含量变幅为10.25-39.82 ug/g,平均为23.05ug/g,最高与最低的相差29.57ug/g。 两年不同小麦品种(系)中矿质元素的含量分析结果表明:铁、铜、钙、钠和钾含量年际变化不明显,说明小麦对铁、铜、钙、钠和钾的吸收较稳定;锌含量变化较大,可能受环境的影响比较大。分析各矿质元素含量与粗蛋白、湿面筋、沉降值及元素之间的相关关系,结果表明,锌含量与粗蛋白含量呈极显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.317,与湿面筋含量之间呈显著正相关,相关系数达到0.246;铁含量与粗蛋白含量呈显著的正相关关系,相关系数是0.262;铜、钙、钠和钾含量与粗蛋白含量、湿面筋和沉降值之间存在正相关,但不显著,其中钠与沉降值之间为负相关。表明施锌或铁对提高小麦粗蛋白和湿面筋有显著效应,其余矿质元素有促进作用但不明显。 利用RAPD分子标记技术对川育23、41058、川育20及其父母本进行分析,力图从分子水平找到小麦矿质元素含量之间的差异性,琼脂糖电泳结果表明不同的小麦品种(系)间扩增出了差异条带。 以上研究结果,将对筛选“微量营养强化型”小麦新材料,选育“微量营养强化型”小麦新品种奠定基础。 62 different wheat cultivars was digested with HNO3 in a tightly closed vessel heated under micro-wave,then contents of zinc,iron,copper,calcium,sodium and potassium were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).The main indexes of wheat quality such as total protein、wet glu and sedimentation volume were detected by Infratec 1255 Food & Feed Analyzer at the same time.The obtained results showed that variation for all of the mineral elements concentrations among different cultivars were observed .In 2006, the amplitude variation of the iron content was 18.55-58.19 ug/g,the average value was 30.83ug/g,and 39.64ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one; the amplitude variation of the zinc content was 5.70-25.8 ug/g,the average value was 15.13ug/g,and 20.10ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one.In 2008, the amplitude variation of the iron content was 16.68-52.25 ug/g,the average value was 30.10ug/g,and 35.58ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one; the amplitude variation of the zinc content was 12.29-33.47 ug/g,the average value was 21.11ug/g,and 21.18ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one; the amplitude variation of the calcium content was 167.53-348.80ug/g,the average value was 248.59ug/g,and 192.59ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one; the amplitude variation of the copper content was 2.32-5.83 ug/g,the average value was 2.98ug/g,and 3.61ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one; the amplitude variation of the potassium content was 1822.71-4414.91 ug/g,the average value was 2617.87ug/g,and 2634.72ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one; the amplitude variation of the sodium content was 10.25-39.82 ug/g,the average value was 23.05ug/g,and 29.57ug/g between the highest-content cultivar and the lowest one. Analysis was made on the annual variation of mineral elements content in different Wheat cultivars ,the result shows:there is no obvious difference of iron ,copper ,sodium、calcium and potassium concentrations in wheat cultivars, suggesting the absorption of the iron, copper, sodium、calcium and potassium by wheat are relatively steady ,but zinc concentrations change obviously ,maybe influenced heavily by environment . The correlation between mineral elements 、mineral elements and total protein、mineral elements and sedimentation volume as well as mineral elements and wet glut were analysed in this paper, the result showed that there was significant positive correlation between zinc content and total protein (the correlation coefficient is 0.317), positive correlation between zinc content and wet glu (the correlation coefficient is 0.246), positive correlation between iron content and total protein (the correlation coefficient is 0.262). there was positive but not obvious correlation between the contents of copper, calcium, sodium or potassium and total protein, wet glut or sedimentation volume,among which was negative correlation between sodium and sedimentation volume.It was indicated zinc or iron fertilization has prominent effects in improving the total protein in wheat, the rest mineral elements have Non- obvious facilitation. The study then forecasted the genetic difference of different wheat by the molecular marker of RAPD in order to find differences in molecular level. Chuanyu23、41058、chuanyu20 as well as their male and female parents were analysed by RAPD markers,Agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA revealed the appearance of differential bands . The above-mentioned results of this study establish the foundation to screening the new materials of wheat of " strengthening type of micro- nutrition ", and to breeding the new wheat cultivars of" strengthening type of micro- nutrition ".

本文对无介体双室微生物燃料电池的产电性能进行了初步研究,并根据不同运行阶段产电性能的优劣,对其中微生物的差异性进行了比较分析。全文分为两个部分: 第一部分:以乙酸钠为阳极原料构建双室微生物燃料电池(MFC),研究不同阴极受体、外接电阻、乙酸钠浓度和pH等因素对电池产电性能的影响,研究结果表明:在500mL的阴阳极反应体系中,选用乙酸钠作为阳极底物,质量浓度为6.46 g/L, pH 7.0,接入500Ω外电阻,阴极电子受体选择高锰酸钾的情况下,微生物燃料电池产电性能最好,最大电功率密度达到294.72 mW/m2,库伦效率能达到25.87%。在确定最适外接电阻阻值的同时对MFC内阻进行测定,阻值为871.87Ω。 第二部分:微生物燃料电池运行中,比较以厌氧污泥作为接种源的第一阶段和只接入附着有大量微生物电极的第二阶段的产电性能,得出第二阶段产电性能优于第一阶段,最大电功率密度达到353.57mW/m2,比第一阶段提高58.85 mW/m2;库伦效率为39.35%,增幅达52%左右;针对微生物燃料电池运行过程中,底物CH3COONa可能存在其它的代谢途径,本实验进行了第二阶段产电性能与CH3COONa消耗率关系以及阳极液面上方气体成分和含量的研究,发现第二阶段50h前CH3COONa的大量消耗主要用于微生物的生长,在整个运行过程中,阳极液面上方含有CH4和CO2;对气体测定的同时还发现,振荡能增强电功率密度的输出;通过对电极上和污泥中微生物差异性分析得出,δ-变形菌纲、β-变形菌纲和拟杆菌门的菌种更适应微生物燃料电池的运行环境,能在电极上大量富集,提高电池的产电性能,只接入附着有大量微生物的电极能有效降低热袍菌纲的菌种数量,降低了CH3COONa的无为消耗,有效提高了电池的库伦效率。 Electricity production in the mediator-less two-chambered microbial fuel cell(MFC) was researched. Based on the result in the different operation phase in the MFC, the microbial diversity was analysed. The paper involved two parts: Part 1: A two-chambered microbial fuel cell (MFC) was constructed with high-concentration sodium acetate as fuel in the anode. The influence of different electron acceptors in the cathode, external resistance value, pH value and concentration of sodium acetate on electricity generation in MFC was investigated. The result showed that the maximum power density of 294.72 mW/m2 and the coulombic efficiency of 25.87% was achieved at sodium acetate concentration of 6.46 g/L, pH 7.0, external resistance 500Ωin the anode and when using potassium permanganate as electron acceptor in the cathode. While decided the value of resistor, we found that shaking has effect on electricity production in the MFC. Part 2: Comparing the electricity production in different operation phases when using anaerobic sludge as inoculum in the first phase and microbes in the anodic electrode as inoculum in the second phase, the result showed that electricity production in the second phase was more than that in the first phase, the maximum power density of 353.57 mW/m2 and the coulombic efficiency of 39.35% was achieved, 58.85 mW/m2 and 52% more than that in the first phase, respectively. According to the fact that CH3COONa might be metabolized in other pathway in the running process in the MFC, we determining the relationship between electricity production and CH3COONa consumption, and the gas content in the anode, we found that CH3COONa was mainly used for microbe growth before 50h, and the anode contained CH4 and CO2. At the same time, we found that shaking could improve power density. The analysis on diversity of microbe in the anodic electrode and anaerobic sludge showed that δ-proteobacterium, β-proteobacterium and Bacteroidetes adapted themselves to the running environment of MFC. The anode could enrich them to improve the electricity production while reduced the quantity of Thermotogales, which were obligately anaerobic organotrophs with a fermentative metabolism, to increase the coulombic efficiency effectively.
