根据黄土高原13条流域的降雨资料,分三种雨型即局地强对流条件引起的小范围、短历时、高强度的局地性暴雨(A型暴雨),峰面型降雨夹有局地雷暴性质的较大范围、中历时、中强度暴雨(B型暴雨),峰面型降雨引起的大面积、长历时、低强度暴雨(C型暴雨);选用流域面雨量离差系数Cv、流域降雨不均匀系数η和流域最大点与最小点降雨量比值系数α三种指标,分析了次降雨空间分布的不均匀性。

Ultrathin multilayer films have been prepared by means of alternate adsorption of iron(Ill)-substituted heteropolytungstate anions and a cationic redox polymer on the 4-aminobenzoic acid modified glassy carbon electrode surface based on electrostatic layer-by-layer assembly. Cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and UV-Vis absorption spectrometry have been used to easily monitor the uniformity of thus-formed multilayer films. Especially, the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is successfully used to monitor the multilayer deposition processes and is a very useful technique in the characterization of multilayer films because it provides valuable information about the interfacial impedance features. All these results reveal regular film growth with each layer adsorption. The resulting multilayer films can effectively catalyze the reduction of H2O2,NO2- and BrO3-.

We describe the controlled fabrication of ultrathin multilayer films consisting of tri-vanadium- substituted heteropolytungstate anions (denoted as P2W15V3) and a cationic polymer of quaternized poly (4-vinylpyridine) partially complexed with osmium bis(2,2'-bipyridine) (denoted as QPVP-Os) on the 4-aminobenzoic acid (4-ABA) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface based on layer-by-layer assembly. Cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis absorption spectrometry have been used to easily monitor the thickness and uniformity of thus-formed multilayer films. The V-centered redox reaction of P2W15V3 in the multilayer films can effectively catalyze the reduction of BrO3- and NO2-. The resulting P2W15V3/QPVP-Os multilayer film modified electrode behaves as a much promising electrochemical sensor because of the low overpotential for the catalytic reduction of BrO3- and NO2-, and the catalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid.

Stable bilayer thin films of indium tin oxide (ITO) on CdS and CdS on ITO were formed for the window material of solar cells by chemical bath and sputtering methods. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction studies have shown that both the ITO and CdS films are continuous, homogeneous, with high compactness. Measurement of the CdS film thickness across the 2 x 4 cm(2) reveals the good uniformity of these films. Four-point probe measurements show that the resistivity of a CdS film on an ITO surface is much better than that of the single CdS film The thermal stability of an ITO/CdS bilayer, interfacial reaction and optical transmittance were investigated at different annealing temperatures and environments (air, vacuum and N-2 + H-2). The results showed that the ITO/CdS bilayer film is a good window material for the CuInSe2 and CdTe cells. It is a simple method using a small amount of the cadmium compound.

Juvenile tiger prawns (Penaeus semisulcatus De Haan and P. esculentus Haswell) show a strong association with vegetated habitats and are rarely caught on non-vegetated areas. This pattern of distribution may be caused by postlarvae selecting vegetation when they settle, or to differences in post-settlement mortality in different habitats. In this study, we examined whether the postlarvae and early juvenile stages of P. semisulcatus would distinguish between seagrass (Zostera capricorni Aschers) without epiphytes, artificial seagrass and bare substratum in the laboratory. The responses of prawns reared from the egg to different stages of postlarval and juvenile development were tested to determine whether, and when, each size class showed a response to a particular habitat. Five size classes of postlarvae (average carapace lengths [CL] of 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.7 and 2.0 mm) were offered a choice between Z. capricorni and bare sand. Small size classes of postlarvae either did not respond to Z. capricorni (1.2 and 1.6 mm CL), or were more abundant on bare substratum than Z. capricorni. In contrast, the largest size classes of postlarvae (1.7 and 2.0 mm CL) were more abundant on Z. capricorni during the day but not at night. The behaviour of postlarvae changed markedly at a size of 1.7 mm CL (22 days from the first nauplius): smaller postlarvae frequently swam in the water column; 1.7 and 2.0 mm CL postlarvae spent much more. time resting on the substrate and perched on seagrass leaves. This size at which postlarvae first respond to seagrass during the day, and show mainly benthic behaviour, is similar to the size at which they are found on shallow seagrass beds in northern Australia. Large postlarvae (2.7 mm CL) and juveniles (4.1 mm CL) both were more abundant on artificial seagrass than bare sand during the day but not at night, indicating that they respond to structured habitats. When large postlarvae (2.4 mm CL) and juveniles (3.5 mm CL) were offered a choice between Z. capricorni without epiphytes and artificial seagrass, they were more abundant on the Z. capricorni, which suggests that chemical cues from seagrass may explain some of the responses of P. semisulcatus to seagrass. Two different type scramjet models with side-wall compression and top-wall compression inlets have been tested in HPTF (Hypersonic Propulsion Test Facility) under the experimental conditions of Mach number 5.8, total temperature 1700K, total pressure 4.5MPa and mass flow rate 3.5kg/s. The liquid kerosene was used as main fuel for the scramjets. In order to get fast ignition in the combustor, a small amount of hydrogen was used as a pilot. A strut with alternative tail was employed for increasing the compression ratio and for mixing enhancement in the side-wall compression case. Recessed cavities were used as a flameholder for combustion stability. The combustion efficiency was estimated by one dimensional theory. The uniformity of the facility nozzle flow was verified by a scanning pitot rake. The experimental results showed that the kerosene fuel was successfully ignited and stable combustion was achieved for both scramjet models. However the thrusts were still less than the model drags due to the low combustion efficiencies.

研究了非挥发全息记录中南于紫外光的强吸收而引起的光栅非均匀性,分析了这种非均匀性对光栅衍射效率的影响。结果显示,非均匀性致使光折变光栅的平均强度减弱,衍射效率降低。提出了采用两束等光强的敏化紫外光由晶体两侧入射的优化方案以改善光栅的均匀性,提高光栅的衍射效率。通过联立两中心带输运物质方程和双光束耦合波方程,进行了相应的理论模拟,并给出实验验证。结果表明双侧紫外光照射能够实现均匀性较好的光栅,是提高衍射效率的有效途径之一。

提出了一种基于达曼光栅的动态光耦合器,通过控制装置中达曼光栅位移参量,可实现入射光束的分束或合束以及两者之间的动态转换。适当选择达曼光栅类型可实现任意N×M的动态光耦合。实验中以1550 nm光波长为例,对1×8达曼动态光耦合器进行测量,测得其实现光开关功能时插入损耗为0.43 dB,实现光分束功能时均匀性达到0.03,单路插入损耗均值为10.5 dB。该实验装置易于调节、体积小、能耗低,且关键元件达曼光栅制作工艺成熟,易于批量化生产。特别是在实现中大规模光交换阵列时,该方案就具有更明显的优越性,有实用意

利用光传输理论对ICF驱动器中使用的光谱色散平滑(SSD)技术作了理论分析,并结合典型的随机相位板(RPP)技术,用计算机模拟了使用光谱色散平滑技术前后激光靶面辐照不均匀性的变化及其技术中不同带宽和调制频率下激光靶面辐照不均匀性的变化。

为满足激光惯性约束聚变中靶面激光辐照不均匀性低于5%的要求, 在目前使用透镜列阵基础上, 提出了谱色散平滑与透镜列阵联用方案, 对其进行数值计算并分析其平滑效果和应用可行性。结果表明:焦斑的不均匀性从单独使用透镜列阵时的14%降低到与谱色散平滑结合后的3%;对焦斑点功率谱的分析表明谱色散平滑通过抑制焦斑中高频的频谱强度达到平滑效果。该方案可以进一步提高焦斑平滑效果, 计算结果对实际应用有着重要的参考意义。

在我国,小叶锦鸡儿(Caragana microphylla)、中间锦鸡儿(Caragana intermedia)、柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii)、藏锦鸡儿(Caragana tibetica)和狭叶锦鸡儿(Caragana stenophylla)主要分布于北方温带地区,是造林、固沙、饲用及观赏的重要灌木,而贝加尔针茅(Stipa baicalensisi)、大针茅(Stipa grandis)、克氏针茅(Stipa krylovii)、本氏针茅(Stipa bungeana)、短花针茅(Stipa breviflora)、沙生针茅(Stipa glareosa)和戈壁针茅(Stipa gobica)是我国北方温带地区具有重要饲用价值和水土保持功效的多年生密丛禾草。这5种锦鸡儿灌木和7种针茅草本植物在东北、华北和西北地区的生态环境建设及社会经济发展中发挥特殊作用。关于它们地理分布与气候关系的深入研究十分必要,可以为其种质资源的开发和改善生态环境提供理论依据。 本研究首先全面收集这12个物种在中国北方温带干旱-半干旱地区的全部地理分布资料,利用ArcGIS 9.0软件绘制现状分布图。通过分析其现实分布格局,发现小叶锦鸡儿、中间锦鸡儿和柠条锦鸡儿在空间上呈现出从东到西的地理替代分布格局,继续向西南方向则分布有藏锦鸡儿,向西北方向分布有狭叶锦鸡儿。贝加尔针茅、大针茅、克氏针茅和戈壁针茅也在空间上呈现出自东向西的地理替代分布格局,克氏针茅向南被本氏针茅替代,短花针茅和沙生针茅没有明显的地理替代分布现象。5种锦鸡儿和7种针茅的分布范围分别又都有一定的重叠。 整理12个物种分布区内的气象台站长期记录,选择计算16个具有重要生物学意义的水热指标值;进而用方差分析、多重比较和因子分析相结合的方法,研究控制这5种锦鸡儿和7种针茅地理分布的主导驱动因子。结果表明:控制小叶锦鸡儿和中间锦鸡儿间地理分布差异的主导因子是水分因子,特别是湿度;水分因子同样是控制中间锦鸡儿和柠条锦鸡儿间地理分布差异的主导因子,特别是生长季及年降水量;控制柠条锦鸡儿和藏锦鸡儿间地理分布差异的主导因子是夏季高温,控制柠条锦鸡儿和狭叶锦鸡儿地理分布差异的是冬季低温。控制贝加尔针茅、大针茅、克氏针茅和戈壁针茅间替代分布的主导气候因子是年降水量和生长季降水量。控制克氏针茅和本氏针茅间替代分布的主导气候因子是温暖指数。 运用耦合BIOCLIM模型的软件包“DIVA-GIS”模拟预测这5种锦鸡儿和7种针茅的现状潜在分布区及未来气候变化的影响。结果表明:现状潜在分布区与实际分布区均有很好的一致性;在CO2浓度加倍的未来气候情景下,这些植物都会向北大幅度迁移,在我国的分布范围均缩小,分布格局发生显著变化。用ROC曲线和Kappa统计值法验证模型表明,BIOCLIM的模拟精度较高。利用BIOCLIM模型绘制了这12个物种的生物气候分室图,并根据生物气候分室确定了物种的最适气候范围。 为了研究锦鸡儿和针茅分布对气候变化的敏感性,本文在现实气象数据的基础上模拟预测了不同降水与温度变化情景下(保持年降水量不变,年均温分别增加1℃、2℃、3℃和4℃;保持年均温不变,年降水量分别增加和减少10%)的物种分布范围,发现随着气温升高和降水量增加,全部锦鸡儿和针茅都会向高纬度地区缓慢迁移,而当降水量减少时,它们将向低纬度地区迁移。不同气候情景下的物种分布范围迁移幅度表明,5种锦鸡儿中狭叶锦鸡儿和中间锦鸡儿的脆弱性相对较大,7种针茅中克氏针茅和贝加尔针茅的脆弱性相对较大。气温的单独变化控制这些物种分布区的未来迁移。 最后,本文探索了锦鸡儿和针茅的气候变化影响的阈值。就核心分布区而言,小叶锦鸡儿、贝加尔针茅、大针茅、沙生针茅的气候变化影响阈值是气温升高4℃,降水减少10%;中间锦鸡儿和狭叶锦鸡儿是气温升高4℃,降水增加10%;柠条锦鸡儿和本氏针茅是气温升高4℃,降水不变;藏锦鸡儿是气温升高2℃,降水增加10%;克氏针茅和短花针茅是气温升高3℃,降水不变;戈壁针茅是气温升高1℃,降水不变。

本世纪以来对虎斑夜鳽分布地点的新发现,表明该种从滨海到内陆漫布于中国长江以南广大地区,并向北渗透直逼东洋界北限秦岭-淮河一线;作者据此将各地的虎斑夜鳽初划为11个亚群,提出目前该种存有3个相对健康而稳定的亚群,即黄山-天目山亚群、南岭亚群和广西亚群,且每个亚群的分布范围均至少不会小于5000km2,其中以黄山-天目山亚群的记录由历史至现今相对最为长久而完整,进而提出今后在上述诸亚群范围之外还会有新的发现.文中指出,尽管近期对虎斑夜鳽分布状况有了新认识,目前仍可视该种的受胁等级为濒危.

采用聚类分析测定云南地区9 个国家自然保护区珍稀濒危哺乳动物分布格局的相似性。以编码为 1 的有物种分布及编码为0 的无物种分布作为二元状态,建立二元数据列联表,应用类与类的空间距离Dpq聚类。 结果表明,珍稀濒危哺乳动物的分布未出现纬度梯度变异,横断山区省为一类,西南区省和华南区省与云南动物地 理区划系统基本一致,相邻保护区无量山与哀牢山分别为一类。在保护区之间应建立生物廊道,以促进物种基因 的交流,扩大面积较小的保护区,合并面积相对小的保护区。

A 3-dB paired interference (PI) optical coupler in silicon-on-insulator (SOI) based on rib waveguides with trapezoidal cross section was designed with simulation by a modified finite-difference beam propagation method (FD-BPM) and fabricated by potassium hydroxide (KOH) anisotropic chemical wet etching. Theoretically, tolerances of width, length, and port distance are more than 1, 100, and 1 mu m, respectively. Smooth interface was obtained with the propagation loss of 1.1 dB/cm at the wavelength of 1.55 mu m. The coupler has a good uniformity of 0.2 dB and low excess loss of less than 2 dB.

A cascaded multimode interference 1 x 8 power splitter is proposed and fabricated in silicon-on-insulator material. The device consists of seven 1 x 2 power splitters arranged in a tree configuration. The cascaded splitter and its 1 x 2 splitter element have the power uniformity of approximately 1.5 dB and 0.3 dB, respectively.
