我国的食品卫生、环境安全和公共健康正受到二恶英污染的威胁。国内虽已建成或在建少数HRGC-HRMS二恶英检测实验室,但其检测能力十分有限。笔者介绍二恶英类化合物生物检测方法,对各分析方法的原理和应用进行了对比分析;重点探讨CALUX法,与HRGC-HRMS及其他生物法相比,认为CALUX法更适于对大批量样品二恶英含量的快速定量筛选,对于二恶英污染调查有广阔的应用前景;同时对我国开展二恶英类分析检测提出了建议和展望,为完善二恶英类物质检测分析体系提供了依据。

以黄土高原土壤类型和土壤肥力差异较大的25个农田石灰性耕层土壤为供试土样,研究了土壤微生物量碳(BC)、微生物量氮(BN)与土壤氮素矿化势(N0)、全氮(TN)、有机碳(OC)及土壤颗粒组成的关系.结果表明:BC、BN与TN、OC呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),表明BC、BN与土壤肥力关系密切,可作为评价土壤质量的生物学指标.BC、BN与N0均呈高度正相关,相关系数分别为0.665和0.741(P<0.01).BC、BN、TN、OC、N0与土壤物理性粘粒(<0.01 mm)呈显著或极显著正相关,而与物理性砂粒(>0.01 mm)呈显著或极显著负相关,与物理性粘粒和砂粒比值呈显著或极显著正相关,表明土壤有机质主要通过与土壤物理性粘粒复合而形成有机无机复合体.

农田防护林 (林带 )的空间配置与布局是影响防护林结构和防护效益发挥并持续的关键因素 .为达到农田防护林防护效益最大并持续的经营目标 ,在保证林分多样性和稳定性的条件下 ,林带必须具有空间上布局的合理性和时间上的连续性 .经过多年防护林营林研究实践 ,在对 1 992年于辽宁省昌图县双井子乡设计营造的试验示范林带调查的基础上 ,对农田防护林单条林带方向的设置、带内树木的空间搭配方式、树种组成形式 ,多条林带或林网的带间距离以及大面积或区域防护林体系的空间景观布局等进行了综合研究 .结果表明 ,单条林带和林网走向都应以垂直主害风作为设计的原则 ;林带内树木的空间搭配以”品”字型为佳 ,在不同树种混交的同一条林带中 ,可利用”边行优势”将生长相对缓慢的树种配置于边行 ,生长相对迅速的树种配置于内行 ;多条林带或林网空间配置参数———带间距离的设计应以林带达到初始防护成熟龄时的树高作为成林高 ,以林带结构变化规律和降低害风比例作为林带设计关键参数 ;区域防护林体系的空间布局应以景观生态学原理为基础 ,对林网体系进行评价与调控

黄土高原土壤侵蚀与旱地农业国家重点实验室土壤侵蚀模拟实验大厅自 1 992年竣工以来运转正常 ,在降雨面积之大、降雨强度调节范围之宽、降雨特性与天然降雨之接近程度、以及自动化控制程度等方面 ,目前均为全国之最。在土壤侵蚀实验研究中发挥了重要作用。在论述土壤侵蚀模拟实验重要意义的基础上 ,简要介绍了有关模拟降雨装置 (包括降雨喷头、供水管网等 )的设计依据、选型和布设安装等情况 ,并介绍了模拟降雨的基本特征。

目的研究文冠果壳乙醇提取物对动物学习记忆障碍的改善作用并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法采用水迷宫法、避暗法测定小鼠的学习记忆能力;用Y迷宫法及Morris水迷宫法测试大鼠的学习记忆能力,显微镜下观察海马组织形态学改变。结果文冠果壳乙醇提取物显著减少侧脑室注射β-淀粉样蛋白(25-35)(Aβ(25-35))致记忆障碍小鼠水迷宫实验的逃避潜伏期和避暗实验的错误次数,延长避暗潜伏期;文冠果壳乙醇提取物显著提高D-半乳糖合用Aβ(25-35)致记忆障碍大鼠Y迷宫测试中正确反应率,显著缩短Morris水迷宫测试中的潜伏期及游泳路程;抑制海马神经元的变性及脱落。结论文冠果壳乙醇提取物对Aβ(25-35)致鼠学习记忆障碍有显著的改善作用,其作用机制可能与对抗Aβ(25-35)的毒性有关。

利用1991~2000年逐日气象资料以及20世纪80年代末和90年代末土地利用数据,估算了东北地区气候波动和LUCC过程对农田生产潜力的影响。结果显示:90年代东北地区由于作物生长季内气候变暖和降水减少,生产潜力普遍降低6.45%,其中降水量变化的区域差异是导致生产潜力变化区域分异的主要原因。在LUCC过程的影响下,东北地区生产潜力总量净增加2402.79×104t。从气候波动和LUCC过程对生产潜力的影响程度看,气候波动要低于LUCC过程的作用,LUCC过程所导致的生产潜力的增长趋势抵消了气候波动所带来的降低趋势,10年间东北地区农田生产潜力总量净增加992.23×104t。

Through leaching experiments and simulated rainfall experiments, characteristics of vertical leaching of exogenous rare earth elements (REEs) and phosphorus (P) and their losses with surface runoff during simulated rainfall in different types of soils (terra nera soil, cinnamon soil, red soil, loess soil, and purple soil) were investigated. Results of the leaching experiments showed that vertical transports of REEs and P were relatively low, with transport depths less than 6 cm. The vertical leaching rates of REEs and P in the different soils followed the order of purple soil > terra nera soil > red soil > cinnamon soil > loess soil. Results of the simulated rainfall experiments (83 mm h(-1)) revealed that more than 92% of REEs and P transported with soil particles in runoff. The loss rates of REEs and P in surface runoff in the different soil types were in the order of loess soil > terra nera soil > cinnamon soil > red soil > purple soil. The total amounts of losses of REEs and P in runoff were significantly correlated.

Polyelectrolyte-functionalized ionic liquid (PFIL) and Prussian blue (PB) nanoparticles were used to fabricate ultrathin films on the ITO substrate through electrostatic layer-by-layer assembly method. Multilayer growth was examined by UV-vis spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The resulting ITO/(PFIL/PB)n electrode showed two couples of well-defined redox peaks and good electrocatalytical activity towards the reduction of hydrogen peroxide.

首次采用LC/ESI-MSn方法对乌头碱灌胃给药后不同时间内家兔尿液中的乌头碱代谢产物进对比研究。经与空白尿样对照发现,在0~4h和4~8h两个时间段,家兔尿液中除乌头碱(AC)原形外,均含有相同的代谢产物,但相对含量差别很大。通过总离子流色谱图(TIC)可以发现3个主要代谢产物(M1,M2,M4)。分别测定了各代谢产物的准分子离子及其各级碎片离子,与AC在ESI-MSn条件下的质谱碎裂规律相比较,并参考AC体内代谢文献,推断尿液中的主要代谢产物M1为16-O-去甲基乌头碱;M2和M4的m/z均为616,为同分异构体,结构还需要进一步的确认。

报道了用循环伏安法研究Eu3+和Ho3+吸附的碳载Pt-TiO2(pt-TiO2/C)催化剂对乙醇电化学氧化的助催化作用.发现无论在中性溶液中还是在酸性溶液中,当Pt-TiO2/C催化剂吸附Eu3+或Ho3+后,都可以使乙醇的电催化氧化电流密度明显增加,其原因主要是Eu3+或Ho3+都能促进吸附的CO的电氧化.

A series of novel iridium(III) complexes with two 2-arylquinoline derivatives as cyclometalated ligands and one monoanionic ligand, such as acetylacetonate (acac), N,N'-diethyldithiocarbamate (Et(2)dtc) and O,O'-diethyldithiophosphate (Et(2)dtp), as ancillary ligands have been synthesized and structurally characterized by H-1 NMR, MS and elemental analysis (EA). The cyclic voltammetry, absorption, emission and electroluminescence properties of these complexes were systematically investigated. Through extending pi-conjugation, introducing electron-donating groups in the ligand frame, or changing the ancillary ligands, the HOMO energy levels of the iridium(III) complexes can be tuned, while their LUMO levels remain little affected; in consequence, the emission wavelengths of the iridium(III) complexes can be tuned in the range 606-653 nm. The highly efficient organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with saturated red emission have been demonstrated. A maximum current efficiency of 10.79 cd A(-1), at a current density of 0.74 mA cm(-2), with an emission wavelength of 616 nm and Commisioon Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.65, 0.35), which are very close to the National Television System Comittee (NSTC) standard red emission, have been achieved when using complex (DPQ)(2)Ir(acac) as a phosphor dopant.
