Two different kinds of 1064 nm high-reflective (HR) coatings, with and without SiO2 protective layer, were prepared by electron beam evaporation. Three-dimensional damage morphology, caused by a Nd:YAG pulsed laser, was investigated for these HR coatings. Development of laser-induced damage on HR coatings was revealed by both temperature field calculation and discrete meso-element simulation. Theoretical results met experimental very well. Ultrashort pulses were generated in passively mode-locked Nd:YAG and Nd:GdVO4 lasers pumped by a pulsed laser diode with 10-Hz repetition rate. Stable mode-locked pulse trains were produced with the pulse width of 10 ps. The evolution of the mode-locked pulse was observed in the experiment and was discussed in detail. Comparing the pulse evolutions of Nd:YAG and Nd:GdVO4 lasers, we found that the buildup time of the steady-state mode-locking with semiconductor saturable absorber mirrors (SESAMs) was relevant to the upper-state lifetime and the emission cross-section of the gain medium.

建立了包含脉冲激光强度时空分布、温度相关的材料热物性参数以及多次相变特征在内的脉冲激光表面强化三维有限元模型。温度场和强化区深度分别得到了解析解和试验验证。针对不同脉冲能量级别,研究了强度空间分布形式和光斑几何形状对表面最高温度、强化区深度以及强化区形状等的影响。结果表明,激光强度空间分布是影响强化区的重要因素。为达到理想的强化效果,应根据不同的脉冲能量选择适当的空间分布形式和光斑几何形状。

建立了包含脉冲激光束时空分布、依赖于温度的材料参量、组织演化历史以及多次相变特征在内的脉冲激光表面强化三维有限元模型。针对常热物性和变热物性并考虑相变潜热两种情况,温度场及其演化分别得到了解析解和通用有限元软件的验证,强化区层深和宽度得到了实验验证。研究了材料热物性对强化区的影响,得到了一定范围内强化区层深随材料热物性参量的变化规律,即:热传导系数不变时,强化区层深随热扩散率的增加而增加;比热容不变时,强化区层深随热扩散率的增加而减小;热扩散率一定时,强化区层深随热传导系数和比热容的增加而降低。以球铁、共析钢和巾碳钢为例,分析了两种确定材料热物性常数方法,即一定温度范围内的平均值法和选取奥氏体化温度附近参量方法的可行性,研究表明平均值法可以得到较好的结果。

A new method for measuring the density, temperature and velocity of N2 gas flow by laser induced biacetyl phosphorescence is proposed. The characteristics of the laser induced phosphorescence of biacetyl mixed with N2 are investigated both in static gas and in one-dimensional flow along a pipe with constant cross section. The theoretical and experimental investigations show that the temperature and density of N2 gas flow could be measured by observing the phosphorescence lifetime and initial intensity of biacetyl triplet (3Au) respectively. The velocity could be measured by observing the time-of-flight of the phosphorescent gas after pulsed laser excitation. The prospect of this method is also discussed.

利用自行研制的含热传导、冲击动力学大、变形有限元程序,模拟了小尺寸梁在脉冲激光加热条件下的变形过程。在此基础上,利用商用程序模拟了冷却及残余应力的产生,研究了激光参数(强度及分布)等对于微弯曲的影响。数值模拟结果与文献中的实验观察相吻合。

激光强度空间分布是影响脉冲激光相变硬化效果的重要因素。现有的二维点阵光束按强度均匀分布设计,不能完全满足应用要求。为此提出基于有限元(FE)分析的光强空间分布逆向设计思路,并给出了实现方法。建立脉冲激光相变硬化有限元模型,考虑了材料热物性参数随温度的变化和相变过程,并用实验进行校核。研究了二维点阵分布参数对温度场的影响,从目标温度场和硬化层形貌出发对二维点阵的分布参数进行调整,获得优化的强度空间分布。针对汽车冲压模具表面强化的工艺要求,应用此方法设计出具有实用价值的激光强度空间分布。

By using time-of-flight spectroscopy, the ionization and explosion of large argon clusters ( (n) over bar = 3 x 10(3) - 3 x 10(6)) in the intense femtosecond pulsed laser field (60 fs,2 x 10(16) W/cm(2)) has been studied, and the dependence of average energy of ions emitted from argon clusters on the gas backing pressure has been measured. By comparing the average ion energies obtained with two different supersonic conical nozzles and considering the Hagena's scaling law of clusters, we have found that the average ion energy is determined by the cluster size when the laser parameters are kept unchanged. The experimental results indicated that when the cluster size is less than 3 x 10(5) atoms per cluster, the Coulomb repulsion force is the dominating factor in the expansion mechanism. Beyond this size, for 3 x 10(5) < (n) over barn < 3 x 10(6), the expansion is the result of the combined effect of both the Coulomb repulsion force and the hydrodynamic force, and the latter will play the dominating role for increasing cluster size.

报道了利用皮秒激光驱动产生瞬态类镍银X射线激光的实验结果.采用一路脉冲宽度为数百皮秒的激光作为预脉冲,配合另一路皮秒激光作为主脉冲联合驱动平面靶,获得了一定强度的类镍银X射线激光输出,输出能量约为5-10nJ.

利用二维耦合波理论,分析了超短脉冲激光光束被完全重叠型的局域体全息光栅衍射的时空变化性质,给出了衍射和透射脉冲激光光束沿光栅出射边界的强度时空分布。以LiNbO3晶体为例,数值研究了衍射光脉冲强度沿光栅出射边界的分布和脉冲波形的变化及光栅的总衍射效率受光栅二维尺寸、入射角度、光栅折射率调制度及入射脉冲的脉冲时域半峰全宽等条件的影响而变化的情况。与一维体全息光栅对超短脉冲激光光束衍射的性质,及此光栅对连续光衍射的性质作比较,给出了合理选择光栅参量及入射条件以在光栅出射边界上得到总衍射效率较大且分布较均匀的衍

A novel symmetrical charge transfer fluorene-based compound 2,7-bis (4-methoxystyryl)-9, 9-bis (2-ethylhexyl)-9H-fluorene (abbreviated as BMOSF) was synthesized and its nonlinear absorption was investigated using two different laser systems: a 140-fs, 800-nm Ti:sapphire laser operating at 1-kHz repetition rate and a 38-ps, 1064-nm Nd:YAG pulsed laser operating at 10-Hz repetition rate, respectively. Unique nonlinear absorption properties in this new compound were observed that rise from multiphoton absorption. The nonlinear absorption coefficients were measured to be 6.02

机载海洋激光测深系统不仅要求精确测量激光从海表的入射点到海底目标点之间的距离,还要精确测定飞机到海表入射,点之间的距离,为水深数据的海浪校正而确定平均海平面以及波高。为此设计和研制了一高精度时间间隔测量器,该单元基于专用时间数字转换芯片开发,采用延迟线插入法技术,双通道工作,具有高时间分辨率(最高可达250ps)和高测量重复率的特性。给出硬件和软件设计方法以及单元的测试结果。

介绍了一种基于纳米粉末真空烧结技术的新型固体激光材料——Yb:Y2O3多晶陶瓷的制备工艺、物理化学特性、能级结构和光谱特性,并与Yb:YAG单晶进行了对比.采用紧凑型有源镜激光器(CAMIL)的抽运方式,验证了Yb:Y2O3透明陶瓷的激光输出性能.在35W的最大抽运功率下,得到波长1078nm,功率10.5w的连续激光输出,斜率效率达到37.5%.实验中还观察到激光输出波长随抽运功率增加而红移以及随输出耦合镜变化而漂移的现象.Yb:Y2O3多晶陶瓷是一种理想的激光材料,不仅具有与Yb:YAG单晶同样优秀的
