采用高温固相反应法,合成了CaAl2B2O7:Eu磷光体。测定了CaAl2B2O7:Eu的振动光谱,结果表明BO3的振动吸收位于1400~1600cm(-1)区域内,AlO6的吸收位于519cm-1。研究了CaAl2B2O7:Eu中Eu(3+)的光谱特性,发现两个不同的Eu(3+)的发光中心。声子伴带研究表明BO3出现在Eu(3+)的周围。

The interaction of scopolamine and cholesterol with sphingomyelin bilayers has been investigated by FT-Raman spectroscopy in head-group region (600-1000 cm(-1)), the C-C stretching (1000-1200 cm(-1)), CH2 deformation (1400-1500 cm(-1)) and the C-H stretching (2800-3000 cm(-1)) mode regions. The results indicate that scopolamine and cholesterol do not change the conformation of O-C-C-N+ backbone in the choline group of sphingomyelin bilayers, the polar headgroup is still extending parallel to the bilayer surface and O-C-C-N+ group is still in its gauche conformer. Scopolamine and cholesterol lower the order of the interface, the interchain, CH2 crystal lattices and the lateral chain-chain packing, and increase their fluidity.

采用傅里叶交换红外光谱对玉米植株叶片残体腐解过程进行了研究。结果表明,随着玉米叶片残体腐解的进行,羟基、酮羰基、甲基、亚甲基和次甲基的含量逐渐降低,甲氧基的含量增加。叶片残体中化合物的脂族性降低,而芳香性则趋于升高和增强,羧基在腐解的过程中皆以羧酸盐的形式存在,有机成分中的无机元素特别是硅释放出来,并以SiO2等氧化物的形式逐渐积累,其它阳离子则形成碳酸盐。氮肥的加入促进了玉米叶片残体的腐解。

芳香聚酯是一类重要的工程材料,具有强度高、耐高温、耐溶剂等特点.它们通常是用溶液聚合或熔融聚合的方法来制备的。所得聚合物溶解性差,熔融粘度高,极大地限制了这些优良材料的应用,特别是在复合材料领域的应用.开环聚合无疑是解决这一难题的有效途径之一。然而,环状低聚物合成产率低,同时伴随着线性副产物生成的事实一直困扰着化学家们。在芳香酯环状低聚物的合成过程中,我们发现反应物的分子构型对于环状低聚物的产率有着较大的影响。通过分子设计可以高产率地合成芳香酯环状低聚物,而且在阴离子催化剂存在条件下,芳香酯环状低聚物熔融开环聚合可得到高分子量的线性芳香聚酯。

详细地研究了在4.0GPa下,晶化时间为60min,由非晶态玻璃转化成透辉石翡翠的晶化过程中,温度参数对人工透辉石翡翠的硬度和结晶度的影响。要使合成的透辉石翡翠的硬度达到天然翡翠的硬度,并且非晶态玻璃相全部结晶成透辉石翡翠,晶化温度不能低于1400℃。此外,利用SEM研究了透辉石翡翠的晶体生长情况和晶粒编织情况,并就其成核与生长进行了讨论。本实验发现高温有利于透辉石翡翠形成均质结构,晶粒纤维更有序、粗壮、编织紧密。

本文用循环伏安法研究了麦迪霉素推动质子从水相向硝基苯相或1,2-二氯乙烷相转移的过程,测定了麦迪霉素与质子在油相结合的稳定常数,建立了一种新的测定麦迪霉素的电化学方法。检测下限为10μg/mL,线性范围为20~1400μg/mL,样品检测结果与生物效价法相同。

This article documents the addition of 512 microsatellite marker loci and nine pairs of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) sequencing primers to the Molecular Ecology Resources Database. Loci were developed for the following species: Alcippe morrisonia morrisonia, Bashania fangiana, Bashania fargesii, Chaetodon vagabundus, Colletes floralis, Coluber constrictor flaviventris, Coptotermes gestroi, Crotophaga major, Cyprinella lutrensis, Danaus plexippus, Fagus grandifolia, Falco tinnunculus, Fletcherimyia fletcheri, Hydrilla verticillata, Laterallus jamaicensis coturniculus, Leavenworthia alabamica, Marmosops incanus, Miichthys miiuy, Nasua nasua, Noturus exilis, Odontesthes bonariensis, Quadrula fragosa, Pinctada maxima, Pseudaletia separata, Pseudoperonospora cubensis, Podocarpus elatus, Portunus trituberculatus, Rhagoletis cerasi, Rhinella schneideri, Sarracenia alata, Skeletonema marinoi, Sminthurus viridis, Syngnathus abaster, Uroteuthis (Photololigo) chinensis, Verticillium dahliae, Wasmannia auropunctata, and Zygochlamys patagonica. These loci were cross-tested on the following species: Chaetodon baronessa, Falco columbarius, Falco eleonorae, Falco naumanni, Falco peregrinus, Falco subbuteo, Didelphis aurita, Gracilinanus microtarsus, Marmosops paulensis, Monodelphis Americana, Odontesthes hatcheri, Podocarpus grayi, Podocarpus lawrencei, Podocarpus smithii, Portunus pelagicus, Syngnathus acus, Syngnathus typhle,Uroteuthis (Photololigo) edulis, Uroteuthis (Photololigo) duvauceli and Verticillium albo-atrum. This article also documents the addition of nine sequencing primer pairs and sixteen allele specific primers or probes for Oncorhynchus mykiss and Oncorhynchus tshawytscha; these primers and assays were cross-tested in both species.

Radiolarian distribution in surface sediments of 104 stations from northern and central South China Sea show that the abundance and diversity of radiolarians increase with the water depth and are related to radiolarian concentrations from the water column, diminished terrigenous input, variability in calcareous shell content and the rate of silica and carbonate dissolution in the deep sea. According to the appearances of individual species in surface sediments at particular depths, seven faunal boundaries distribution are recognized at water depths of 100, 450, 650, 1000, 1200, 1400 and 2500 m. Four radiolarian assemblages in the sediments were identified by applying clustering procedures. Geographic distributions of these four assemblages coincide with present-day hydrologic features of the surface waters in this area.

The partitioning of Y and Ho between CaCO3 (calcite and aragonite respectively) and seawater was experimentally investigated at 25 degrees C and I atm. Both Y and Ho were observed to be strongly partitioned into the overgrowths of calcite or aragonite. Their partition coefficients, D-Y and D-Ho, were determined to be similar to 520-1400 and similar to 700-1900 in calcite, similar to 1200-2400 and similar to 2400-4300 in aragonite, respectively. Y fractionates from Ho during the coprecipitation with either calcite or aragonite. Within our experimental conditions, the fractionation factor, k = D-Y/D-Ho, was determined to be similar to 0.62-0.77 in calcite and similar to 0.50-0.57 in aragonite, respectively. The aqueous complexation of Y and Ho, which is a function of solution chemistry, probably plays an important role in both the partitioning and the fractionation. Further analyses suggest that the difference in covalency between Y and Ho associated with changes in their coordination environments is the determinant factor to the Y-Ho fractionation in the H2CO3-CaCO3 System.

Using a radiolarian-based transfer function, mean annual sea surface temperature (SST) and seasonal temperature range are reconstructed through the last 10,500yrs in the northern Okinawa Trough. Down-core SST estimates reveal that throughout the Holocene the changes of mean annual SST display a three-step trend: (i) an early Holocene continuous warming between 10,500 and 8500yr BP which ends up with a abrupt cooling at about 8200yr BP; (ii) a relatively stable middle Holocene with high SST that lasted until 3200yr BP; and (iii) a late-Holocene distinct SST decline between 3200 and 500yr BP. This pattern is in agreement with the ice core and terrestrial paleoclimatic records in the Chinese continent and other regions of the world. Five cooling events with abrupt mean annual SST drops, which occur at similar to 300-600, 1400, 3100, 4600-5100 and 8200yr BP, are recognized during the last 10,500yrs. Comparison of our results with records of GISP2 ice core and marine sediment in North Atlantic region suggests these cooling events are strongly coupled, which implies a possible significant climatic correlation between high- and low-latitude areas. AMS(14)C dating and analysis of grain size, major elements and clay minerals were applied to Core MZ01 from the mud area on the inner shelf of the East China Sea. Based on the environmentally sensitive grain size, clay mineral and major element assemblages, the history of the East Asia winter monsoon since the mid-Holocene could be reconstructed. These three proxies, mean grain size (>9.71 mu m), chemical index of alteration (CIA) and ratio of smectite to kaolinite in particular, show similar fluctuation patterns. Furthermore, 10 extreme values corresponding to the contemporary cooling events could be recognized since the mid-Holocene; these extreme values are likely to have been caused by the strengthening of the East Asia winter monsoon. The cooling events correlated well with the results of the delta O-18 curves of the Dunde ice core and GISP2, which therefore revealed a regional response to global climate change. Four stages of the East Asia winter monsoon were identified, i.e. 8300-6300 a BP, strong and unstable; 6300-3800 a BP, strong but stable; 3800-1400 a BP, weak and unstable; after 1400 a BP, weak but stable.

In consideration of the problem on the boundary condition of nonlinear free water wave, coordinate transform is used to handle the free boundary. Supposing the solution form be the traveling wave, the ordinary differential equations of the one-order autonomous system with two variables are caused, then expanding the nonlinear terms at the equilibrium point with the Taylor expansion, we obtained the solution to traveling wave. The linear approximate equation near the equilibrium point is the small amplitude wave. A new nonlinear periodic traveling wave and nonlinear dispersion relation are shown when expanding to the second-order terms. A conclusion that the expansion of dispersion relation does not contain any odd-power terms of wave steepness and because of the nonlinear effort an oscillate structure is produced in the vertical direction is drawn.

西太平洋暖池汇集着世界上开阔海洋中温度最高的海水,它的维持和变化对全球天气和气候的变化起着关键性的作用。从海洋学角度全面而系统地研究西太平洋暖池的纬向变异特征、机制以及暖池纬向变异对ENSO的影响等科学问题,对深入了解发生在暖池区的海气耦合过程,全面认识暖池变异在ENSO循环及在全球气候变化中的作用是不可缺少的,该项研究具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。 本文根据长时间序列的海洋和大气资料,利用EOF、小波等分析方法较系统地研究了西太平洋暖池整层暖水纬向运移特征、暖池水体的时空振荡及暖池纬向的运移、时空振荡对ENSO的影响,分析了西太平洋暖池和东太平洋暖池对ENSO的联合影响,探讨了风场和流场对西太平洋暖池纬向变异的影响,并用一个简单的海洋模式,对暖池纬向变异的动力机制进行了诊断分析。主要研究内容及结果如下: 利用加权平均法,建立了一个表征整体暖池纬向运移的指标序列,分析了暖池纬向运移的时频特征以及暖池内部暖水在纬向运移上的差异,并探讨了暖池的纬向运移对赤道西太平洋海平面高度和温跃层深度的影响以及与ENSO的关系。结果显示:暖池的纬向运移具有显著的2-7a的年际变化和10-16a的年代际变化,并于1976年前后经历了一次气候跃变。暖池内部大致可以50m深度水层为界分为上、下两部分,暖池的上半部分纬向运移幅度非常大,而下半部分则相对较小。暖池的纬向运移不仅是赤道西太平洋海平面高度和温跃层深度异常变化的一个非常重要的直接因素,而且对ENSO的形成与发展有非常重要的作用。 为进一步了解暖池整体的时空振荡及其影响,分别对暖池厚度场、热带太平洋风应力场、海表面高度和热含量场进行了EOF分析。结果显示,西太平洋暖池水体具有大致以赤道为横轴的经向“跷跷板”式季节性反位相振荡和大致以 170o E为纵轴的纬向“跷跷板”式年际反位相振荡。纬向振荡是暖池厚度异常场年际变率的的主导模态。西太平洋暖池暖水的纬向运移是造成暖池水体纬向振荡的主要原因。热带太平洋海表面高度与热含量异常场有着非常相似的ENSO时间尺度的振荡特征:即大致以5o N为横轴的经向“跷跷板”式反位相振荡和大致以170o W为纵轴的纬向“跷跷板”式反位相振荡。而与ENSO密切相关的热带太平洋风应力异常场也存在着纬向和经向两种主要模态,分别表现为近赤道的纬向风异常和远赤道的经向风异常。西太平洋暖池的纬向振荡对风应力异常存在滞后1个月左右的响应和显著的相互作用关系。西太平洋暖池纬向振荡能够造成热带太平洋水体质量与热量的重新分配,并通过强烈的海气相互作用对ENSO循环形成与发展起着重要的作用。 西太平洋暖池和东太平洋暖池是热带太平洋两个重要的暖水区。在系统分析西太平洋暖池的纬向变异和东太平洋暖池的经向变异特征基础上,提出了两暖池对ENSO循环联合影响的新观点,并建立了一个联合影响指数。结果显示,当联合指数达1.6时,则预示着一次新El Nino的发生。这为ENSO的研究和预测提供了一个新线索。 数据分析显示,赤道中太平洋的纬向风应力及上层纬向流异常是暖池纬向运移的两个重要的动力因素,且两者对暖池的纬向运移有良好的预报意义。利用一个简单的海洋模式模拟结果,分析了风驱动下的上层纬向流异常、波动(Kelvin波和Rossby波)及其在边界的反射效应对暖池纬向运移的动力影响。模式结果显示:中太平洋上层纬向流异常是西太平洋暖池纬向运移的主要驱动机制。暖池的纬向运移对波模态流具有滞后约4个月的响应,而风漂流对暖池纬向运移的影响则比较适时。波动在太平洋东、西两边界的反射效应对暖池西缩的影响较大。

A study was carried out to examine the effect of dynamic photosynthetically active photon flux density (PPFD) on photoinhibition and energy use in three herbaceous species, prostrate Saussurea superba, erect-leaved S. katochaete, and half-erect-leaved Gentiana straminea, from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Chlorophyll fluorescence response was measured under each of three sets of high-low PPFD combinations: 1700-0, 1400-300, and 1200-500 mu mol m(-2) s(-1), illuminating in four dynamic frequencies: 1, 5, 15, and 60 cycles per 2 h. The total light exposure time was 2h and the integrated PPFD was the same in all treatments. The highest frequency of PPFD fluctuation resulted in the lowest photochemical activity, the highest level of non-photochemical quenching, and the greatest decrease of F-v/F-m (maximal photochemical efficiency of PSII). The 5 and 15 cycles per 2h treatments resulted in higher photochemical activity than the 1 cycle per 2h treatment. The 1700-0 PPFD combination led to the lowest photochemical activity and more serious photoinhibition in all species. S. superba usually exhibited the highest photochemical activity and CO2 uptake rate, the lowest reduction of F-v/F-m,F- and the smallest fraction of energy in thermal dissipation. With similar fractions of thermal dissipation, S. katochaete had relatively less photoinhibition than G. straminea owing to effective F-o quenching. The results suggest that high frequency of fluctuating PPFD generally results in photoinhibition, which is more serious under periods of irradiation with high light intensity. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. Grazing intensity may alter the soil respiration rate in grassland ecosystems. The objectives of our study were to (1) determine the influence of grazing intensity on temporal variations in soil respiration of an alpine meadow on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau; and (2) characterise, the temperature response of soil respiration under different grazing intensities. Diurnal and seasonal soil respiration rates were measured for two alpine meadow sites with different grazing intensities. The light grazing (LG) meadow site had a grazing intensity of 2.55 sheep ha(-1), while the grazing intensity of the heavy grazing (HG) meadow site, 5.35 sheep ha(-1), was approximately twice that of the LG site. Soil respiration measurements - showed that CO2 efflux was almost twice as great at the LG site as at the HG site during the growing season, but the diurnal and seasonal patterns of soil respiration rate were similar for the two sites. Both exhibited the highest annual soil respiration rate in mid-August and the lowest in January. Soil respiration rate was highly dependent on soil temperature. The Q(10) value for annual soil respiration was lower for the HG site (2.75) than for the LG site (3.22). Estimates of net ecosystem CO2 exchange from monthly measurements of biomass and soil respiration revealed that during the period from May 1998 to April 1999, the LG site released 2040 g CO2 m(-2) y(-1) to the atmosphere, which was about one third more than the 1530g CO2 m(-2) y(-1) released at the HG site. The results suggest that (1) grazing intensity alters not only soil respiration rate, but also the temperature dependence of soil CO2 efflux; and (2) soil temperature is the major environmental factor controlling the temporal variation of soil respiration rate in the alpine meadow ecosystem.
