介绍了一种超低频/超大脉宽脉冲信号产生器。它的主要功能是产生低频、超低频/超大脉宽脉冲信号,其最大周期Tmin=800s,最小周期Tmin=1ms。其脉宽可在(1/10)T~(9/10)T范围内分9挡进行调节。输出脉冲f/T的精确度≤0.02‰,输出脉冲f/T的稳定性≤±0.01‰。输出脉冲分连续输出和单次手动触发输出。该电路可以输出NIM/TTL和NIM/INM信号。NIM快信号的上升时间tr≤4ns,下降时间tf≤4ns。

以长期施肥的黑土和棕壤为供试对象,对土壤β-葡糖苷酶动力学特性进行研究.结果表明,土壤β-葡糖苷酶的酶促反应符合一级动力学模型.黑土有机肥处理对土壤β-葡糖苷酶动力学参数影响较大,Km和Vmax值均高于单施化肥和对照处理;与对照相比,化肥处理影响较小.棕壤施用化肥后,Km和Vmax值与其他处理相比均减小,有机肥处理后Vmax和Vmax/Km值增大.2种土壤各施肥处理β-葡糖苷酶的Vmax值与土壤有机质、全氮含量均呈显著正相关关系,并对施肥处理的响应较敏感.

Schiff base compounds refer to the branch of supra-molecules and can be used as sensing material in the construction of potentiometric ion selective electrodes (ISEs). This relatively modern field has been subject to extensive research in the period of 1999-2007 when more than 100 ISEs employing Schiff bases were constructed. The quantitative high-throughput detection of 29 cations and 7 anions has been demonstrated in various scientific branches, such as biomedicine, pharmacy, biochemistry, pharmacology, environmental chemistry, food technology, and agriculture. This review discusses Schiff base compounds and their applications in the design and development of ion selective sensors and microsensors.

地形条件是影响黄土高原地区土壤性质分布的主要因素,研究不同地形条件下土壤性质的分布是合理评价黄土区土壤质量状况的重要前提。论文研究了黄土高原沟壑区小流域地形条件对土壤性质剖面分布的影响,结果表明土壤硝态氮、速效磷、碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶为高度变异的土壤性质;pH值和过氧化氢酶为小变异土壤性质。塬面和沟道土壤pH值和过氧化氢酶活性较低,阳离子交换量较高。土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷、碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性在土壤剖面随土层深度的增加逐渐降低,且均表现为塬面>梯田>坡地>沟道的趋势。不同地形条件下土壤pH值的变化由地形条件引起的土壤过程及硝态氮在土壤中的累积引起;阳离子交换量的变化由成土过程、pH值和有机质的差异引起;土壤有机质及氮、磷养分的差异由与地形条件对应的土地利用方式引起;土壤酶活性的差异则是有机质的差异引起的。

采用盆栽试验方法,研究了苜蓿(Medicago sativaL.)对多环芳烃菲污染土壤的修复作用.结果表明,多环芳烃菲对苜蓿的生长具有抑制作用,土壤中菲初始浓度越高抑制作用越明显.445.22 mg/kg条件下苜蓿茎叶和根的生物量最小,仅为无污染对照土壤的57.31%和31.20%.经过60 d的修复试验,苜蓿能够明显促进土壤中菲的降解.根际和非根际土壤中菲的去除率分别为85.68%~91.40%和75.25%~86.61%.同处理中根际土壤中菲残留浓度低于非根际土壤,而脱氢酶活性高于非根际土壤.无论是在非根际还是根际土壤中随着菲初始浓度增大,菲降解率和脱氢酶活性降低.脱氢酶活性与降解率的关系表明,脱氢酶活性与菲降解率显著正相关.所以植物根系的存在能够有效促进土壤中多环芳烃菲的降解.

以6种不同方式对林相图中同一样带取样,采用CA、DCA和CCA3种排序方法,研究了取样方式对排序轴的解释效果、物种与环境因子、环境因子之间、环境因子与坐标轴之间关系的影响.结果表明,样方大小和形状的变化在不同程度上改变了排序结果.大样方和长方形样方都增强了排序轴的解释效果,并对双序图中稀有种、独特种的位置有较大的影响;环境因子中土壤因子对样方的大小和形状都很敏感,坡度、经纬度只对样方大小敏感,坡位、海拔、温度和降水则对样方形状敏感;随着样方面积的增加,海拔、温度和降水的作用降低,而坡向的作用增加.

随着人们对植物生命活动各个过程研究的不断深入,以植物生理过程、物理过程为基础的各种生理生态学模型逐渐发展起来,而植被冠层尺度生理生态学过程模型已成为生态系统模型的核心之一。目前植被冠层尺度的大叶模型、多层模型、二叶模型以其成熟的理论基础及对植被冠层的光合作用、蒸腾作用较为成功的模拟,得到了广泛的应用。3个模型都以光合作用-气孔导度-蒸腾作用耦合模型为基础,但又具有各自的特点。本文对3种模型的结构及特点进行了总结,并对其进行了比较,简要介绍了目前植被冠层尺度生理生态学模型的应用及存在的问题和发展状况。

The density and distribution of spatial samples heavily affect the precision and reliability of estimated population attributes. An optimization method based on Mean of Surface with Nonhomogeneity (MSN) theory has been developed into a computer package with the purpose of improving accuracy in the global estimation of some spatial properties, given a spatial sample distributed over a heterogeneous surface; and in return, for a given variance of estimation, the program can export both the optimal number of sample units needed and their appropriate distribution within a specified research area. The Mg-8Zn-8Al-4RE (RE = mischmetal, mass%) magnesium alloy was prepared by using casting method. The microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast alloy, solid solution alloy and aged alloy samples have been investigated. Optical microscopy, X-ray diffractometery and scanning electron microscope attached energy spectrometer were used to characterize the microstructure and phase composition for the alloy. Net shaped tau-Mg-32(Al,Zn)(49) phase was obtained at the grain boundary, and needle-like or blocky Al11RE3 phase disperses in grain boundary and alpha-Mg matrix. The tau-Mg-32(Al,Zn)(49) phase disappeared during solution treatment and a new phase of Al(2)CeZn2 formed during subsequent age treatment. The mechanical properties were performed by universal testing machine at room temperature, 150 degrees C and 200 degrees C, separately. The ultimate tensile strength of as-cast alloy is lower compared to an age treatment alloy at 200 degrees C for 12h. The strengths decreased with enhancing test temperature, but elongation has not been effect by age treatment.

The crystal structure of Eu(TFPB)(3)bpy [TFPB: 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione, bpy: 2,2'-bipyridyl] has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction and the coordination geometry of Eu atom is a square antiprism. The complex can give the characteristic luminescence of Eu3+ upon UV excitation.
