The Yongle-Big-Bell is an exquisite heritage of ancient China and has more than 600 years history. The long history renders the suspending wooden rack serious damage. Therefore, the security is of our great concern. In order to know if the wooden rack is safe or not for the conventional striking in the festival service, a systemic research work has been done. At first the existing deformation and response to the strike of the beetle were measured, and then calculations using method of material mechanics and finite element analysis were conducted. Based on the results of our research, some concluding remarks and suggestion were given: The Yongle-Big-Bell can be struck regularly without urgent danger of collapse. In view of the existence of serious rotten damage, the repair and protection of wooden rack are pressing.

采用精确度较高的密耦方法(Close-Coupling)计算了He-CO碰撞的散射截面,能量从5 meV~70meV,计算结果与M.Keil等的实验结果(64 meV)基本相符.研究表明:势能的零点能位置、势阱深度、势阱位置、排斥势强度以及势能在势阱附近的方向性都对散射截面有较大的影响.

聚碳酸脂(PC)膜被高能重离子辐照后沿入射离子路径产生潜径迹,把带有潜径迹的膜经紫外光敏化后置于NaOH溶液中进行蚀刻,通过选择蚀刻条件,在PC膜内得到直径从100到500nm导通的核径迹孔.以带有核径迹孔的PC膜为模板,用电化学沉积法制备出不同直径的银纳米线.在特定的实验条件下(沉积电压25mV、电流密度1-2mA·cm~(-2)、温度50℃和电解液为0.1mol·L~(-1)的AgNO_3溶液),获得了沿[111]方向择优取向生长的具有单晶结构的银纳米线.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及选区电子衍射(SAED)等手段对银纳米线的形貌和晶体结构特征进行了表征.

Polycarbonate (PC) membranes were irradiated with swift heavy ions and latent tracks were created along the ions' trajectories. Nanopores, diameters between 100 and 500 nm, were obtained after illuminating the membranes with UV light and etching in NaOH solution. Silver nanowires were produced in the etched ion-track membranes by electrochemical deposition. The morphology and crystallinity of the silver nanowires were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). Under certain conditions (deposition voltage 25 mV, current density 1-2 mA.cm(-2), temperature 50 degrees C, electrolyte 0.1 mol.L-1 AgNO3), single-crystalline silver nanowires with preferred orientation along the [111] direction can be synthesized.

This paper reviews the recent progress made in the asymmetric synthesis on chiral catalysts in porous materials and discusses the effects of surface and pores on enantio-selectivity (confinement effect). This paper also summarizes various approaches of immobilization of the chiral catalysts onto surfaces and into pores of solid inorganic supports such as microporous and mesoporous materials. The most important reactions surveyed for the chiral synthesis in porous materials include epoxidation. hydrogenation, hydroformylation, Aldol and Diels-Alder reactions, etc. The confinement effect originated from the surfaces and the pores turns out to be a general phenomenon. which may make the enantioselectivity increase (positive effect) or decrease (negative effect). The confinement effect becomes more pronounced particularly when the bonding between the catalyst and the surface is more rigid and the pore size is tuned to a suitable range. It is proposed that the confinement in chiral synthesis is essentially a consequence of subtle change in transition states induced by weak-interaction in pores or on surfaces. It is also anticipated that the enantioselectivity could be improved by tuning the confinement effect based on the molecular designing of the pore/surface and the immobilized catalysts according to the requirements of chiral reactions.

我国土壤侵蚀面积达 492万km2 ,占国土总面积的 5 1 .2 % ,已严重影响和制约着国民经济的发展和社会的安定。 1 998年洪灾便是土壤侵蚀对大自然的最大惩罚 ,现已引起社会各界的重视。为了从中吸取经验教训 ,对土壤侵蚀与降雨 ,土壤侵蚀与坡长、坡度 ,土壤侵蚀与植被建设三个大的方面作了系统分析 ,研究土壤侵蚀产生的原因和发展规律 ,从中可以知道这三个方面是影响土壤侵蚀的最为关键因子 ,并找出其对生态环境的危害性 ,提出最佳的综合防治对策 ,将土壤侵蚀的危害降低到最低程度

采用Pt菌剂、ABT生根粉、HRC吸水剂和GGR 6植物生长调节剂等生物制剂,研究了不同生物制剂对2年生樟子松苗木田间试验的造林成活率、植株高度、单株生物量、细根量和盆栽试验苗木的叶片光合和水分利用效率等生理特征的影响。结果表明:(1)Pt3(3号菌剂)、ABT(ABT生根粉)和HRC(HRC吸水剂)均显著地提高樟子松苗木的成活率,它们分别比对照处理苗木成活率高29.3%、23.6%和9.4%,而GRR(GGR植物生长调节剂)和Pt1(1号菌剂)处理苗木的造林成活率同对照处理苗木成活率差异不显著;(2)Pt3、ABT处理均显著地促进了苗木细根生长,分别比对照处理多34.72和15.18 cm,而HRC、CGR和Pt1同对照处理没有显著差异;回归分析表明细根量与苗木成活率呈显著正相关,说明生物制剂提高成活率是通过细根量的增加来实现的;(3)Pt3和ABT处理的苗木高度比对照多2.2、1.5cm和1.1cm,单株生物量干重分别大1.73、0.72g和0.33g,针叶长度、单个针叶面积和单株植株针叶数量分别多1.54和0.096cm、0.188cm2和0.116cm2、31和23束;而Pt1和GGR处理对苗木高度和单株生物量影响不显著;(4)Pt3和ABT处理显著地提高了苗木叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率及水分利用效率等生理指标方面,而其它生物制剂对苗木生理指标影响不显著。生物制剂通过提高苗木生长量和增强生理活动提高樟子松沙地造林成活率。
