The principle of step-scan Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is introduced. Double modulation step-scan FTIR technique is used to obtain the quantum cascade laser's stacked emission spectra in the time domain. Optical property and thermal accumulation of devices due to large drive current are analyzed.

Amorphous Sic films are deposited on Si (111) substrates by rf magnetron sputtering and then annealed at 1200 degreesC for different times by a dc self-heating method in a vacuum annealing system. The crystallization of the amorphous Sic is determined by Raman scattering at room temperature and X-ray diffraction. The experimental result indicates that the Sic nanocrystals have formed in the films. The topography of the as-annealed films is characterized by atomic force microscopy. Measurements of photoluminescence of the as-annealed films show blue or violet light emission from the nanocrystalline Sic films and photoluminescence peak shifts to short wavelength side as the annealing time decreases.

介绍了在基于CycloneII芯片,采用状态空间方程所实现的数字调节器系统中,必不可少的状态矩阵参数分析与实现的软件平台。通过对算法优化和对MATLAB自带函数的调用,实现了针对被控对象具体需求,精度范围在1064以内的参数获取。同时还加入了极点选取规则,使最终得到的参数更符合实际需求,为实现精确、实时的数字调节器系统提供了必要的保证。

为了提高激光靶丸的阻气性能,用戊二醛对阻气层材料聚乙烯醇进行交联改性。在17份完全相同的10 mL质量分数3%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)和20μL浓盐酸混合溶液中,分别加入从300μL到1 700μL的戊二醛(GA),交联反应后,测量缩醛膜的阻气性能,并计算渗透系数。结果表明,随着缩醛膜中戊二醛含量的增加,缩醛膜渗透系数的变化规律是:从减小到增加到不变再到增加;当戊二醛的含量是800μL时,缩醛膜的渗透系数最小,阻气性能最好。

分析了带电原子由于缺少内转换 (同质异能态 )或电子俘获跃迁 (β衰变 )引起的核寿命的变化 .理论预言了随着电荷态的增加 ,内壳的电子在核表面的电子密度降低 ,内壳电子能级也降低 ,不稳定原子核的寿命由于前一原因而缓慢增加 ,但当内壳电子能级降到特殊能量时产生剧烈增加 .比较了由于不同的跃迁能量和跃迁类型对内转换过程的半衰期的影响 ,并将计算的理论值与一些实验测量值进行了比对 .并开发了进行这类计算的公共计算程序 .
