H2 S气体能对人体产生严重伤害。在环保、生产等领域对其进行检测 ,具有重要意义。本实验通过循环伏安、线性扫描、XPS等手段 ,研究H2 S、Pd、Pt、Rh和Au电极上的电化学氧化行为。实验表明 :Au在特定条件对H2 S具有良好的电催化活性 ,以Au为工作电极并选择合适工作条件 ,可以解决催化剂中毒问题 ,传感器灵敏度可达 0 .76 μA·m3 /mg。2 实验部分2 .1 仪器设备 三电极电化学池 ;CHI6 0 2电化学系统 (美国CHI公司 ) ;恒电位仪 (长春市环保分析仪器厂 )。2 .2 样品准备与测试条件 工作电极是将Pd、Pt、Rh和Au用树脂胶密封于玻璃管处理 ,备用 ;H2 S气体通过H3 PO4和Na2 S反应制得 ;电解质为 0 .5mol/L的H2 SO4;传感器电极制备是将胶体Au催化剂、铂黑催化剂喷涂到基底膜 ,淋洗、烧结后制成 ;电解槽内通入H2 S至饱和 ;光滑电极测试条件 :循环伏安扫描电位 - 1~ +1.6V ;XPS测试。传感器测试 :线性扫描曲线 (0 .0 0 1V/s) ;标准气体浓度 6 0、1976mg/m3 ;计时电流曲线 (0 .4 0...

研究了 1 苯基 3 甲基 4 苯甲酰基 -吡唑酮 5 (HPMBP)和中性有机磷 (膦 )类萃取剂Cyanex 4 71X(TIBPS ,B)在硝酸介质中对稀土元素La 的萃取 ,用斜率法和恒摩尔法探讨了萃取机理 ,确定了萃合物的组成为La(NO3 ) 2 ·PMBP·B ,计算了萃取平衡常数。比较了HPMBP与Cyanex 4 71X、Cyanex 92 1、Cyanex 92 3、Cyanex 92 5、DEH/EHP、P35 0及TBP的单独及混合体系萃取La 的性能 ,结果表明 :所有混合体系对La 均有协同效应 ,其中HPMBP与Cyanex 92 3、Cyanex 92 1、Cyanex 92 5的混合体系是萃取La 的有效体系。

采用现代核磁共振技术 ,通过分析灌胃给药0.01、0.05、0.2、2、10和100mg/kg剂量Lu(NO3 )324h内大鼠尿液及24h后大鼠血清的核磁共振氢谱 (1HNMR) ,由体液中内源性代谢物浓度的变化研究了稀土化合物在动物体内急性毒性。较高剂量组体液中的氨基酸、尿囊素、柠檬酸、氮氧三甲胺和肌酸酐等重要内源性代谢物的核磁共振谱峰强度发生了明显的变化 ,说明动物体内的代谢物出现异常 :高剂量的稀土的引入可能使动物肾脏和肝脏均受到损害 ,且受损程度随稀土剂量的增高而渐趋严重。

The oxidation and adsorption of the temperature-denatured DNA at GC electrode are studied by differential pulse voltammetry and in situ FTIR spectroelectrochemistry. The temperature-denatured DNA is adsorbed and formed a DNA multilayer at electrode surface. The temperature-denatured DNA showing partly reversible process was first observed based on the reduction peaks appearing at negative scans and the reversible spectral change. The oxidation product of the temperature-denatured DNA can not diffuse away from the electrode surface easily due to the impediment of the DNA multilayer, so it can be partly reduced.

Sodium ion transfer across micro-water/1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) interface facilitated by a novel ionophore, terminal-vinyl liquid crystal crown ether (LCCE) was studied by cyclic voltammetry. LCCEs have potential applications because of their physicochemical properties and the utilization of crown ethers as selective ionophoric units in other functionalized compounds are interesting. Host-guest-type behavior for such compounds in the liquid-crystalline state is studied. The experimental results suggest that the transfer of the sodium ion facilitated by LCCE was controlled by diffusion of LCCE from bulk solution of DCE to the interface. The diffusion coefficient of LCCE in DCE was calculated to be equal to (3.62 +/- 0.20) x 10(-6) cm(2)/s. Steady-state voltammograms are due to sodium ion transfer facilitated by the formation of 1: 1 metal (M)-LCCE complex at the interface and the mechanism tends to be transfer by interfacial complexation or dissociation (TIC or TID). The stability constant of the complex formed was determined to be log beta(o) = 5.5 in DCE phase. The influence of parameters such as concentration of sodium ion and concentration of LCCE on the sodium ion transfer was investigated.

A new monomer, sodium 5,5'-carbonylbis(2-fluorobenzenesulfonate) (1), was synthesized by sulfonation of 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone (2) with fuming sulfuric acid. Poly(ether ether ketone)s containing sodium sulfonate groups were synthesized directly via aromatic nucleophilic substitution from the sodium sulfonate-functionalized monomer 1 and Bisphenol A (3) in the presence of potassium carbonate in dimethyl sulfoxide. The polycondensation proceeds without any side reactions. The differential scanning calorimetry measurement indicated that the polymers are amorphous and the glass transition temperatures increase with the content of sodium sulfonate groups in the polymer chain. The degree of substitution with sodium sulfonate groups has strong influence on their thermal stability and solubility.

The recrystallization behavior of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) on the highly oriented isotactic polypropylene (iPP) substrates at temperatures below the melting temperature of HDPE has been investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy. The results obtained by the bright-field observation and the electron diffraction show that upon annealing the HDPE-quenched films on the oriented iPP substrates at temperatures below 125 degrees C, only a small amount of HDPE recrystallizes on the iPP substrate with [001](HDPE)//[001](iPP), while annealing the HDPE-quenched films at temperatures above 125 degrees C, all of the HDPE crystallites recrystallize epitaxially on the iPP substrate with [001](HDPE)//[101](iPP). It is found that in the fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectra R-alpha-phenylethylamine and S-alpha-phenylethylamine can be clearly distinguished by S-1,1'-binaphthyl-2, 2'-diylhydrogenphosphate (S-BNP), Mixture of R-alpha-phenylethylamine and S-alpha-phenylethylamine also be tested and the relative abundance of the characteristic ion of mixture is related to the composition of the mixtute. We have therefore proposed a possible method to determine the optical purity of alpha-phenylethylamine.

双层类脂膜(BLM)作为生物膜的基本结构主体已被广泛接受。通过掺杂和化学修饰可以改变BLM的特性,并能应用于多种生物膜过程的研究。特别是制成生物传感器和双分子电子器件将有广阔的应用前景。多种有机染料被称作生物着色剂并常用于生物学、生理学、药物学和医学。一般来说,染色和着色过程包括吸附、溶解、渗透和化学反应。但染料如何影响磷脂膜仍然不十分清楚。本文选用用于生物传感器中的生物催化剂Meldola蓝来修饰BLM,并对它的传输性质进行了分析。

液晶聚合物从结构上可分为3种:侧链型、主链型和主侧链型。侧链型液晶聚合物主要是聚丙烯酸酯类、聚硅氧烷类以及磷腈聚合物类。Gray等对聚丙烯酸酯类含不同取代基的联苯结构液晶聚合物进行了研究,结果表明无间隔基且取代基为氰基和饱和脂肪基时,该聚合物呈现近晶型液晶行为。为了增加介晶单元的长径比及刚性,本文在聚甲基丙烯酸酯侧链

Thioester-containing proteins are a family of proteins characterized by the unique intrachain beta-cysteinyl-gamma-glutamyl thioester, which play important roles in innate immune responses. The cDNA of Zhikong scallop Chlamys farreri thioester-containing protein (designated as CfTEP) was cloned by expressed sequence tag (EST) and rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) approaches. The full-length cDNA of CfTEP was of 4616 bp, consisting of a 5 '-terminal untranslated region (UTR) of 30 bp and a 3 ' UTR of 140 bp with a polyadenylation signal sequence AATAAA and a poly(A) tail. The CfTEP cDNA encoded a polypeptide of 1481 amino acids with the theoretical isoelectric point of 5.98 and the predicted molecular weight of 161.4 kDa. The deduced amino acid sequence of CfTEP contained the canonical thioester motif GCGEQ, nine potential N-glycosylation sites and a C-terminal distinctive cysteine signature. It also contained a presumed catalytic histidine and proteolytic cleavage sites that were similar to C3 molecules. The high similarity of CfTEP with the thioester-containing proteins in other organisms, such as the TEPs from insects, the complement component C3, C4, C5 and the protease inhibitor alpha(2)-macroglobulin indicated that CfTEP should be a member of TEP family. The phylogenetic analysis revealed that CfTEP was closely related to TEPs from mollusc, nematodes and insects, and they formed a separate branch apart from the branches of complements factors and alpha(2)-macroglobulins. The spatial expression of CfTEP transcripts in healthy and bacterial challenged scallops was examined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The CfTEP transcripts were mainly detected in the tissues of hepatopancreas and gonad, and remarkably up-regulated by Microbial challenge, which suggested that CfTEP was a constitutive and inducible acute-phase protein involved in immune defense. These results provided new insights into the role of CfTEP in scallop immune responses, as well as the evolutionary origin of this important, widespread and functionally diversified family of proteins.
