Well-dated, high-resolution records of planktonic foraminifera and oxygen isotopes from two sediment cores, A7 and E017, in the middle Okinawa Trough reveal strong and rapid millennial-scale climate changes since similar to 18 to 17 thousand years before present (kyr B.P.). Sedimentation rate shows a sudden drop at similar to 11.2 cal. kyr B.P. due to a rapid rise of sea level after the Younger Dryas (YD) and consequently submergence of the large continental shelf on the East China Sea (ECS) and the retreat of the estuary providing sediment to the basin. During the last deglaciation, the relative abundance of warm and cold species of planktonic foraminifera fluctuates strongly, consistent with the timing of sea surface temperature (SST) variations determined from Mg/Ca measurements of planktonic foraminifera from one of the two cores. These fluctuations are coeval with climate variation recorded in the Greenland ice cores and North Atlantic sediments, namely Heinrich event 1 (H1), Bolling-Allerod (B/A) and YD events. At about 9.4 kyr B.P., a sudden change in the relative abundance of shallow to deep planktonic species probably indicates a sudden strengthening of the Kuroshio Current in the Okinawa Trough, which was synchronous with a rapid sea-level rise at 9.5-9.2 kyr B.P. in the ECS, Yellow Sea (YS) and South China Sea (SCS). The abundance of planktonic foraminiferal species, together with Mg/Ca based SST, exhibits millennial-scale oscillations during the Holocene, with 7 cold events (at about 1.7, 2.3-4.6, 6.2, 7.3, 8.2, 9.6, 10.6 cal. kyr BP) superimposed on a Holocene warming trend. This Holocene trend, together with centennial-scale SST variations superimposed on the last deglacial trend, suggests that both high and low latitude influences affected the climatology of the Okinawa Trough. 由于红树林植物的重要药用价值及其特殊的生长环境,越来越多的学者关注于红树林植物的活性成分及其作用机理的研究。本论文对两种药用红树林植物黄槿(Hibiscus tiliaceus L.)和长梗肖槿(Thespesia populneoides (Roxb.) Kostel)的化学成分进行了系统研究。对从其中分离得到的部分化合物进行了初步的抗菌活性筛选。 黄槿和长梗肖槿均采自海南岛,干燥粉碎的样品用90%的乙醇水以及1:1氯仿-甲醇混合溶液室温浸泡提取得总浸膏,将总浸膏悬浮于水中,分别用石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取,获得石油醚相和乙酸乙酯相萃取物。 采用常规的硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、反相硅胶柱层析、以及重结晶等手段,从黄槿和长梗肖槿的乙酸乙酯相中共分离得到43个化合物。利用各种现代波谱技术(IR、UV、MS、HR-MS、1D-NMR、2D-NMR等)确定了38个化合物的结构。其中,从黄槿的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到22个化合物,鉴定了其中19个化合物的结构,包括3个新的三萜类化合物(H1*-H3*)以及15个首次从该种中报道的化合物。从长梗肖槿的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到21个化合物,鉴定了其中19个化合物的结构,这些化合物皆为首次从该种中报道,其中1个为新的倍半萜类化合物T1*。本文为首次报道长梗肖槿的化学成分。 对分离得到的部分样品进行了抗菌活性测试,仅T1*表现微弱的抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性,抑菌圈直径为8mm(阳性对照氯霉素的抑菌圈直径为20mm),其余各样品在测试浓度下对测试菌株均未表现出活性。

具有全局平移优先属性的主动轮廓更适于目标跟踪。演化轮廓具有的全局平移优先性可以理解为沿轮廓的速度场具有相等的倾向。根据此思想,通过定义在曲线扰动集合上的新内积空间导出了一种简单,具有平移优先的梯度流。新的内积空间由于是通过向H0主动轮廓对应的內积空间引入曲线扰动的方差获得,所以此主动轮廓称为方差主动轮廓。方差主动轮廓是将H0主动轮廓与其对应的平均梯度流通过加权求和获得,而H1主动轮廓则是通过H0主动轮廓与特定类型的核函数进行卷积得到。因此方差主动轮廓实现时更简单和快速。最后给出了H0,H1和方差主动轮廓在频域与时域的分析。

图像分割是图像处理中很重要的一个问题,是计算机视觉的基础。因为它能够简化信息的存储和表示,从而能够对获取的图像内容进行智能解释,所以在很多应用问题中,图像分割是必不可少的过程,如医学图像处理,环境三维重建及自动目标识别等。图像分割的方法有很多种,如边缘检测,阈值,区域融合,分水岭及马尔可夫随机场等。虽然这些方法有其各自特点,但是它们在图象分割过程中不能充分将图像底层信息与高层信息结合,从而无法模拟人类视觉系统智能性。当图像底层信息不足时,这些仅基于数据驱动的分割模型无法达到令人满意的结果。尽管某种具体图像分割方法不可能满足所有图像分割要求,但利用尽可能多的高层与底层信息,将图像分割成有意义和人们所期望的区域始终是研究者所追求的目标。图像分割问题的数学建模和计算中有两个关键因素。第一是建立合适的分割模型将分割边界和分割区域的作用有效结合。第二是利用最有效的方法将分割边界和分割区域的几何特征统一到分割模型中。基于变分原理的主动轮廓图像分割将图像视为连续函数。这就使得研究者可以从连续函数空间角度来研究图像分割问题。这同时也为研究者提供严格的数学工具,如微分几何、泛函分析和微分方程等。为此它能很好的解决上述两个问题。第一,Mumford-Shah(M-S)模型为基于变分的主动轮廓分割模型提供了一完整的数学理论框架,并且Mumford-Shah模型从信息论的角度也能得到合理解释。第二,水平集方法能有效的表示分割边界和分割区域的几何特征。与其它方法相比,变分主动轮廓在理论和实际计算过程中都具有显著的优势。首先它能直接处理和表示各种重要的几何特征,如梯度、切向量、曲率等,并且能有效模拟很多动态过程,如线性和非线性扩散等。再则其可以利用很多已有的丰富数值方法进行分析和计算。本文基于变分原理与偏微分方程方法,利用主动轮廓模型具有结合底层图像信息与高层先验知识的特点,将特定先验知识与主动轮廓分割模型进行有效结合以弥补底层图像信息的不足,从而使主动轮分割廓模型具有更强的智能性。本文主要从两点对变分主动轮廓分割模型展开了研究:1、演化轮廓的形状约束;2、演化轮廓的梯度下降流约束及其滤波实现。其主要工作包括以下四个方面的内容:第一,基于M-S模型和样条曲线的开边界检测。本章通过对演化轮廓引入合理边界条件,利用样条曲线表示待检测的开曲线,将一般开曲线的检测问题变为合理的图像分割问题,从而达到一般开曲线检测目的。此方法称为开扩散蛇模型。一般开曲线的检测具有很多应用领域,如:河流、道路、天际线、焊缝等检测。第二,方差主动轮廓模型。在目标跟踪应用中,跟踪目标的主要运动形式表现为平移。本章将此作为一种先验知识与主动轮廓模型结合,提出了一种方差主动轮廓模型(HV)。此模型的特点是轮廓在演化过程中具有平移优先和快速的良好特性。它比已有的主动轮廓模型更适于自动目标跟踪领域。第三,基于M-S模型和隐式曲面变分方法的一般梯度下降流滤波器。本章为一般梯度下降流求取提供了统一框架及解决方法。首先本章将H0梯度下降流和一般梯度下降流统一到Mumford-Shah模型框架中,从而将一般梯度下降流的求取转换为一个极小化泛函问题,并利用隐式曲面变分方法对此极小化泛函进行求解。另外本章从滤波器设计角度出发,通过对H0梯度下降流滤波可以得到一般梯度下降流。滤波器的实现体现了内嵌于一般梯度下降流的先验属性。根据此思想,本章将对应于HV和H1主动轮廓的內积空间顺序组合,对H0梯度下降流进行顺序滤波,提出了一种既具有全局平移优先性又具有局部光滑速度场的主动轮廓,称为HV1主动轮廓。它将H0,H1和HV主动轮廓统一起来。第四,形状保持主动轮廓模型及其应用。针对某些特定目标的检测,本章提出了形状保持主动轮廓模型。此模型能够达到分割即目标的目的,同时能够给出目标的定量描述。基于此模型,本章实现了具有椭圆、直线和平行四边形轮廓特征目标的检测。椭圆形状约束用于眼底图像分割。直线和平行四边行分别用于自动目标识别中的天际线检测和机场跑道跟踪。

In this paper a systematic study of radiolarian from surface sediments of all the South China Sea (SCS) has initially been done for its deposit ecology, biogeography and paleoenvironment significance. The paleoenvironment information obtained by radiolarian analysis and other sedimentary method for core samples is also made use as the synthesis proxy for revealing the paleoenvironment changes in the SCS and the relations of it with the past globe change during last 200ka. Some results come out of this study as: 1) Radiolarian skeleton chemistry composition and skeleton morphological features were analyzed, chiefly dividing them as 15 types of basic morphological features: 2) Analysis of biogeographical feature demonstrates that the fauna in SCS obviously belonging to a transitional type of west Pacific - Indian Ocean and has a particularity of itself: 3) Tendency of radiolarian population distribution is lower in shallow continental shelf area, increasing gradually toward the abyssal region; 4) Nine character boundaries of radiolarian depth distribution in the sediments from whole the South China Sea may be recognized; 5)Two radiolarian transfer functions for paleotemperature and paleo-primary productivity in the South China Sea have also been established respectively. The equation of transfer function for winter paleotemperature has only an average estimated error of 0.18678 ℃ and the equation for paleo-primary productivity has the calculation accuracy of 85.31%; 6) Changes of radiolarian individuals, numbers of species and H(S) values in core NS93-5 show the completely different oceanic geographical circumstance and ecology structure in the Last Maximum Glacial with present; 7) The abundance variation of some raiolarian warm species and cold species indicate the changes of water masse features along with the paleoenvironment evolution, showing that this sea area clearly is controlled in 6 issues of oxygen isotopes by the cold water masses; 8) By comparative analysis of δ ~(18)O curves with GISP2;s ice core can core 17940 of the northern SCS, the occurring characters of D/O's events 1-21 and Heinrich's events H1-H6 have been revealed in this sea area by core NS93-5, which prove the existence of paleoclimatic tele-connections between the southern SCS and Arctic region since about 200ka BP.

羟铟石(Jalindite)产在云南个旧马拉格锡石-多金属矿床氧化带中,是一种铟的次生矿物,镜下观察白色透明,均质体。折光率1.725±0.002,α0=7.9514×10^-7mm。主要粉晶谱线(nm):0.395(10),0.279(8),0.178(10),0.163(8),0.1325(7),0.1260(7),0.1200(8),0.1065(10)。电子探针8个测试点平均含铟69.34%,元素分析含H1.78%。计算OH30.26%,不含C,S,N。矿物成因和实验研究表明,羟铟石中铟来源于原生硫化物矿物,铟在氧化铁矿石中主要呈独立矿物,其他形式均占极次要地位。
