采用等温吸附试验方法研究了模拟酸雨对荔枝果园土壤磷的吸附与解吸特性的影响。试验结果表明,不同处理间土壤对磷的最大吸附量(Xm)为pH2.5>pH4.5>CK=pH6.5,其中pH2.5的酸雨淋溶处理对磷的最大吸附量(Xm)与其它处理间差异显著;土壤吸附磷的解吸量(Xd)分别与相应的吸附量(X)和原平衡溶液浓度(C)呈显著的指数相关和线性相关,随着土壤对吸附量的增加,土壤磷的解吸量呈指数增长。

采用自制根盒试验 ,主要研究了脲酶抑制剂氢醌 (HQ)、硝化抑制剂双氰胺 (DCD)及二者组合对离水稻根际不同距离处 NH+ 4-N和 NO- 3 -N分布的影响。结果表明 ,DCD及其与 HQ组合均能显著促进稻株地上部分生长 ,始终显著降低水稻根际与近根际土中 NH+ 4-N含量直至施肥后 60 d。施肥后 2 0 d时 ,DCD及其与 HQ组合可使非根际土中 NH+ 4-N含量显著增加。随后 ,却出现相反现象。施肥后 2 0 d时 ,距根际不同距离的土壤中 ,配施 DCD或 DCD+HQ处理均能显著降低NO- 3 -N含量。随后 ,近根际和非根际仍保持上述现象直至施肥后 40 d;同未施 DCD处理相比 ,根际土壤却较早出现NO- 3 -N含量高峰 ,正好与水稻 N营养需求时期相一致。因此 ,DCD及其与 HQ组合可减少水稻根际环境下尿素 N损失潜势。通过不种稻土壤和距根际 3 cm处的土壤中尿素无机氮形态分布的差异 ,充分显示了研究水稻根际土壤氮素转化及相关抑制剂对其影响时 ,以取离根际 3 cm外的土壤作为非根际明显优于不种稻土壤。

NdF3 and TbF3 nanoparticles were successfully synthesized via a solvent extraction route using Cynex923 (R3P=O). X-ray diffraction (XRD) study showed that pure hexagonal phase NdF3 and pure orthorhombic phase TbF3 could be obtained under the current synthetic conditions. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations indicated that as-obtained NdF3 nanoplates have a diameter of 50-80 nm and thickness of 10-20 nm and TbF3 products have sphere morphologies with diameter from 70 to 170 nm. The driving force for the growth of NdF3 nanoplates could be attributed to the hexagonal crystal structure. The luminescence properties of NdF3 and TbF3 nanoparticles were investigated, which indicated that NdF3 nanoparticles showed typical emission at 888,1064, and 1328 nm and TbF3 nanoparticles showed characteristic emission of Tb3+ (f-f).

通过将纳米金固载在聚苯胺(PANI)修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)上而研制出一种新型过氧化氢(H2O2)传感器。首先将苯胺单体电聚合到表面干净的裸GCE上,再将制备好的PANI/GCE浸入纳米金溶胶中,通过静电吸附将纳米金固载于PANI之上。整个制备过程通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行观测。SEM图片显示16nm的纳米金均匀地分散在PANI膜上。被吸附的纳米金对H2O2的还原有良好的电催化活性。在优化的实验条件下,该传感器对H2O2测定的线性范围为1.2μmol/L~0.55mmol/L;检出限为0.35μmol/L(S/N=3)。该传感器具有响应快、灵敏度高、稳定性好的特点。

The structure of the title compound, [Er-2(C3H7NO2)(4)- (H2O)(8)](ClO4)(6), consists of dimeric [Er-2(DL-alanine)(4)-(H2O)(8)](6+) cations and perchlorate anions. The four alanine molecules act as bridging ligands linking two Er3+ ions through their carboxyl O atoms. Each Er3+ ion is also coordinated by four water molecules to complete eightfold coordination in a square antiprism fashion. The perchlorate anions and the methyl groups of the alanine ligands are disordered.

对青海海北地区高山草甸主要植物群落小嵩草(K obresia pygmaea) 草甸、矮嵩草(K. humilis) 草甸、藏嵩草(K. tibetica) 沼泽化草甸地上生物量动态和能量分配的研究结果表明, 不同植物群落年地上净生产量及其年际动态和主要植物类群生物量季节动态具明显的差异, 其生物量季节动态可由如下模型表示: W i = Ki/(1 + exp (A i - B it) )   植物群落地上、地下生物量的垂直分布呈典型的金字塔和倒金字塔模式。小嵩草草甸、矮嵩草草甸和藏嵩草沼泽化草甸的地上净生产量依次为368.4g·m – 2·a- 1、418.5 g·m – 2·a- 1和518.4 g·m – 2·a- 1, 所固定的太阳能值依次为6655.16kJ·m – 2·a- 1、7610.09 kJ·m – 2·a- 1、9488.77 kJ·m – 2·a- 1。光能利用率分别为0.1097%、0.1256%、0.1568%。

本文介绍一种用于具有多台机器人的生产线的计算机监控与管理系统。上级机采用STD工控机,下级机为SZJ—12通用机器人控制器。该系统可监控管理4至8台各种类型的工业机器人以及整条或局部生产线和周边设备,上级机被设计成为开放式结构,即本系统可做为其它控制管理系统的子系统去完成监控管理功能。系统的应用提高了对多台机器人的管理水平,使劳动生产率和生产的自动化程度进一步提高。

探讨了不同水文季节(丰水期和枯水期) 乌江河水中汞的赋存形态及其在流域内的时空分布, 结果表明: 乌江流域表层水体总汞的平均浓度分别为: 丰水期6519ng·l - 1 ,枯水期1616ng·l - 1 . 乌江河水汞的主要形态为颗粒态, 颗粒态汞占总汞的比例为丰水期84 % , 枯水期52 %.
