Neuromelanin is a complex polymer pigment found primarily in the dopaminergic neurons of the human substantia nigra, whose composition is complex including production of dopamine auto-oxidation, glutathione and a variety of amino acid. Neuromelanin forms stable complex with iron (111). We observed that 5,6-dihydroxyindole and its ramification possessed strong ability of chelating iron (111), and they are the production of dopamine auto-oxidation under physiological pH condition. In the present Of L-Cysteine, the relative yields of electrochemical oxidation of dopamine also had strong ability of chelating iron (111). The experimental results suggest that 5,6-dihydroxyindole and 5-S-cysteineldopamine play important roles in the process of synthetic neuromelanin chelating iron (111).

A chromic molybdenum phosphate, (NH3CH2CH2NH3)(2).(NH3CH2CH2NH2)(3).[NaCr2Mo12O30(PO4)(HPO4)(3)]. 6H(2)O, involving molybdenum present in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. Deep brown-red crystals are formed in the triclinic system, space group P (1) over bar, a = 12.067(2), b = 14.677(3), c = 21.290(2) Angstrom, alpha = 80.940(10)degrees, beta = 82.960(10)degrees, gamma = 76.61(2)degrees. The structure of the title compound may be considered to be two [Mo6O15(HPO4)(H2PO4)(3)](5-) units bonded to a chromic atom, although several P-O groups are not protonated on account of coordination with a Na+ cation. 利用涂抹冷冻法制备了硫醇-磷脂杂化双层膜,采用循环伏安和交流阻抗方法,研究了硫醇-磷脂杂化双层膜与杂多酸K7Fe^3+P2W17O62H2作用前后通透性的变化。发现该种杂多酸能够诱导硫醇-磷脂杂化双层膜产生一些孔洞,降低了膜电阻,增加了膜电容,也增加了探针Fe(CN)6^3-/4-与电极的电子传递。同时对产生该现象的机理进行了初步的探讨。

From the chemical bond viewpoint, the second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) tensor coefficients of some Re-2(MoO4)(3) (ReMO)-type tare earth molybdates, with Re = Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb and Dy, have been calculated by using the chemical bond theory of complex crystals and the modified bond charge model. All kinds of constituent chemical bonds are considered in the calculation. The major part of the NLO properties of these ReMO crystals is found from the ReO7 groups. The NLO coefficients of these ReMO crystals decrease with Re from Pr to Dy. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.

1,4-Bis(2,3-dicarboxyphenoxy)benzene dianhydride, 1,4-bis (3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)benzene dianhydride, bis(2,3-dicarboxyphenoxy) sulfide dianhydride, bis (3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)sulfide dianhydride, and 2,3,3',4'-tetracarboxy diphenyl sulfide dianhydride were synthesized from 3-chlorophthalic anhydride and 4-chlorophthalic anhydride. Bis(2,3-dicarboxyphenyl)sulfone and bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl) sulfone were obtained by the oxidation of the corresponding bis(dicarboxyphenyl)sulfide by hydrogen peroxide. The polyimides from the dianhydrides mentioned above and 4,4'-oxydianiline were prepared. The properties, such as dynamic mechanical behavior, thermooxidative stability, stress-strain behavior, chemical resistance, and permeability to some gases have been in investigated for the isomeric polyimides. The reactions of [Cp2Mo2(CO)4] (1) with 2,2'-dipyridyl disulphide (C5H4NS-)2, 8,8'-diquinolyl disulphide (C9H6NS-)2 and tetramethyl thiuram disulphide (Me2NC(S)S-)2 in toluene solution resulted in the cleavage of the Mo-Mo triple bond to yield molybdenum complexes [CpMo(CO)2(C5H4NS)] (2), [CpMo(CO)2(C9H6NS)] (3) and [CpMo(CO)2(S2CNMe2)] (4), respectively. The molecular structures of 2, 3 . O=PPh3 and 4 were determined by X-ray diffraction studies. Crystals of 2 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, with Z = 4, in a unit cell of dimensions a = 6.448(1), b = 12.616(2), c = 14.772(2) angstrom, beta = 92.85(1)-degrees. The structure was refined to R = 0.028 and R(w) = 0.039 for 1357 observed reflections. Crystals of 3 . O=PPh3 are triclinic, space group P1BAR, with Z = 2, in a unit cell of dimensions a = 11.351(3), b = 13.409(3), c = 9.895(2) angstrom, alpha = 94.59(2), beta = 90.35(2), gamma = 78.07(2)-degrees. The structure was refined to R = 0.033 and R(w) = 0.037 for 3260 observed reflections. Crystals of 4 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/a and Z = 4 with a = 12.468(5), b = 7.637(2), c = 13.135(4) angstrom, beta = 96.62(3). The structure was refined to R = 0.032 and R(w) = 0.042 for 1698 observed reflections. Each of complexes 2-4 contains a cyclopentadienyl ligand, a cis pair of carbonyls and a chelate ligand (S,N donor or S,S donor). All the compounds have distorted square-pyramid structures.

在不同的反应条件下,运用固相反应的方法合成了CaF_2∶Ce~(3+)多种粉末磷光体,测定了它们的荧光光谱,发现了3种不同的发光中心,并探讨了3种发光中心的转化规律;研究了不同阳离子电荷补偿剂对CaF_2∶Ce~(3+)光谱性质的影响;指出了不同发光中心的产生是电荷补偿途径不同所致。

首次报道了雅江点地梅(Androsace yargongensis) 3 个居群的染色体数目和核型, 对倍性也进行研究。3个居群的染色体数目(2n) , 核型公式(KF) , 染色体相对长度组成(C.RL ), 核型不对称系数(A s. K% ) 和核型类型(KT) 分别为: 野牛沟居群2n= 40; KF = 36 m(1SA T) + 2SM + 2ST + 2b, C. RL = 2L + 14M 2+ 22M 1+ 2S+ 2bS,As.K= 54. 75% , KT = 2A;巴颜喀拉山居群2n= 40, KF = 36 m + 2 sm + 2 st+ 1b, C.RL = 4L + 16M 2+ 18M 1+ 2S+1bS,As.K= 56. 31% , KT = 2B; 达坂山居群2n= 60, KF= 40 m + 14 sm + 6 st, C.RL = 4L +24M 2+ 26M 1+ 6S,As.K= 59. 56% , KT = 2B。根据3 个居群的染色体和核型不对称性与居群所在地的地理位置, 认为雅江点地梅核型和倍性的演化与高海拔生态环境和寒冷、干旱的气候加剧有密切关系。
