报道了土壤样品中痕量六溴环十二烷(HBCDS)的超高效液相气谱/质谱联用分析方法(UPLC/MS)。结果表明,该方法在9 min内即可完成α-HBCD、β-HBCD和γ-HBCD3种同分异构体的分离,回收率为79.3%~109.9%,在2.5~150 ng/mL范围内具有较好的线性,R2为0.991~0.998;α-HBCD、β-HBCD、γ-HBCD的检出限分别为20 pg、45 pg和15 pg。

198 9~ 1999年 ,在长江八里江江段对江豚进行了 2 8次往返观察和 8次定点观察。结果表明 ,近 10年八里江江段江豚种群数量逐年呈明显递减趋势 ,平均每年以 7.3%速率递减 ;1996年后 ,枯水季节江豚不再进行江—湖迁移 ,其活动范围仅限于 2 0km的长江八里江江段 ,较 1993年以前缩短了约 40km。江豚在八里江江段的行为多种多样 ,通过对江豚种群在八里江江段的集群、摄食、逃避、发情与交配、抚幼、歇息和玩耍行为的描述、比较和分析 ,认为长江八里江江段是江豚典型的摄食和抚幼场所 ,同

通过对红鲤、红鲫、镜鲤、鲤鲫杂种二倍体一代 ,二代 ,鲤鲫杂种三倍体 ,鲤鲫复合三倍体 ,鲤鲫杂种四倍体一代 ,二代的同工酶及蛋白电泳谱型和扫描数据分析表明 :在鲤鲫人工多倍体谱系中 ,亲代的等位基因在杂交子代中共有四种表达模式 :( 1 )两亲本基因在子代中共同表达 ,即共显表达 ;( 2 )父本的基因表达受到部分或完全的抑制 ,即母本的基因优先得到表达 ;( 3)母本的基因表达受到抑制 ,父本的基因得到表达 ;( 4 )双亲本的基因表达均受到一定程度的抑制或都不表达。其中第一种表达模式是主要的模式。根

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) have been detected for the first time at a range from 231.58 to 685.61 ng g(-1) lipid weight in the muscles of tilapia ( Oreochromis mossambicus) collected from O'ahu, an island of the geographically isolated Hawaiian archipelago.

A novel fish-specific apolipoprotein (apo-14 kDa) has been recently cloned from eel and pufferfish. However, its expression pattern has not been elucidated. in this study, EcApo-14 has been screened from hypothalamic cDNA library of male orange-spotted grouper, which shows 62.9%, 51%, 46.9%, 43.2%, and 31.9% identities to Apo-14 of European flounder, pufferfish, Japanese eel, gibel carp, and grass carp, respectively. RT-PCR analysis reveals that this gene is first transcribed in neurula embryos and maintains a relatively stable expression level during the following embryogenesis. EcApo-14 transcripts are at a very high level during embryonic and early larval development in the yolk syncytial layer (YSL), and decrease in YSL and form intense staining in liver at 3 days after hatching. In adult tissues, EcApo-14 is predominantly expressed in liver and brain. The data suggested that EcApo-14 might play an important role in liver and brain morphogenesis and growth. The genetic structure of populations of the fish cestode, Bothriocephalus acheilognathi collected from Bailianhe Reservoir (BLH), Changshou (CSH) and Liangzi (LZH) Lakes was investigated by using 8 microsatellite loci. A total of 108 adult worms were genotyped at each of the 8 loci. For the 3 populations, the mean number of alleles per locus ranged from 2.38 to 5.5, and the mean expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.432 to 0.559. The average polymorphic information content (PIC) was from 0.384 to 0.492. The significant F-is values indicated non-random mating within LZH and BLH populations. On the other hand, when samples were further classified into subpopulations at the level of host fish species, no or little heterozygote deficiency was detected at most loci, showing that cross-fertilization, predominantly, but not exclusively, must have occurred within the subpopulations. Microsatellite markers also revealed an unexpected high level of genetic differentiation, as measured by R-st and N-m values or by deltau(2) genetic distance among subpopulations from different hosts. Factors influencing the population genetic structure and the parasite host specificity are discussed.

AlGaN/AlN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) structures with high mobility GaN channel layer were grown on 50 min diameter semi-insulating (SI) 6H-SiC substrates by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition and large periphery HEMT devices were fabricated and characterized. High two-dimensional electron gas mobility of 2215 cm(2)/V s at room temperature with sheet electron concentration of 1.044 x 10(13)/cm(2) was achieved. The 50 mm diameter HEMT wafer exhibited a low average sheet resistance of 251.0 Omega/square, with the resistance uniformity of 2.02%. Atomic force microscopy measurements revealed a smooth AlGaN surface with a root-mean-square roughness of 0.27 nm for a scan area of 5 mu mi x 5 pm. The 1-mm gate width devices fabricated using the materials demonstrated a very high continuous wave output power of 9.39 W at 8 GHz, with a power added efficiency of 46.2% and power gain of 7.54 dB. A maximum drain current density of 1300 mA/mm, an extrinsic transconductance of 382 mS/mm, a current gain cutoff frequency of 31 GHz and a maximum frequency of oscillation 60 GHz were also achieved in the same devices. Self-organized InAs quantum dots (QDs) have been fabricated by molecular beam epitaxy and characterized by photoluminescence (PL). For both single- and multi-layer QDs, PL intensity of the first excited state is larger than that of the ground state at 15 K. Conversely, at room temperature (RT), PL intensity of the first excited state is smaller than that of the ground state. This result is explained by the phonon bottleneck effect. To the ground state, the PL intensities of the multi-layer QDs are larger than that of the single-layer QDs at 15 K, while the intensities are smaller than that of the single-layer QDs at RT. This is due to the defects in the multi-layer QD samples acting as the nonradiative recombination centers. The inter-diffusion of Ga and In atoms in the growth process of multi-layer QDs results in the PL blueshift of the ground state and broadening of the full-width at half-maximum (FWHM), which can be avoided by decreasing the spacers' growth temperature. At the spacers' growth temperature of 520degreesC, we have prepared the 5-layer QDs which emit near 1.3 mum with a FWHM of 31.7 meV at RT, and 27.9 meV at 77 K. We have found that GaN epilayers grown by NH3-source molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) contain hydrogen. Dependent on the hydrogen concentration, GaN on (0001) sapphire can be either under biaxially compressive strain or under biaxially tensile strain. Furthermore, we notice that background electrons in GaN increase with hydrogen incorporation. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements of the N1s region indicate that hydrogen is bound to nitrogen. So, the microdefect Ga...H-N is an effective nitrogen vacancy in GaN, and it may be a donor partly answering for the background electrons. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
