对复合垂直流人工湿地系统(IVCW)基质中5种常见的氧化还原酶活性进行了研究.结果表明,氧化还原酶活性存在显著性季节差异,过氧化物酶在春、夏、秋三季的酶活性显著高于冬季的酶活性(P<0.05);多酚氧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性最高在秋季;脱氢酶在夏、冬两季时酶活性显著高于秋季和春季的酶活性(P<0.05);硝酸盐还原酶在春、冬季时显著高于夏、秋季(P<0.01).空间分布上,除过氧化物酶外,湿地下行流池的酶活性显著高于上行流池,并且随着基质深度的增加递减;但基质硝酸盐还原酶各层之间差异不显著.图6表3参17

对稳定运行的复合垂直流构建湿地中试系统基质进行分层采样,测定微生物数量,生物量氮,酶活性,硝化作用,反硝化作用以及呼吸作用等各项指标.结果表明,上行流和下行流池0~10cm的基质层中好氧微生物数量高出30~55cm的层面1~2个数量级;反硝化细菌除下行流池0~10cm的层面外其他基质层数量都达到107个/g干土以上.0~20cm的基质层中脲酶活性明显高于30~55cm的层面;而0~10cm的层面中脱氢酶活性明显高出10~55cm的层面2~5倍.硝化反硝化作用广泛存在于基质中,硝化作用表现出一定的空间规律,

A limnological study was carried out to determine the responses of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and soluble protein (SP) contents of 11 common aquatic plants to eutrophication stress. Field investigation in 12 lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River was carried out from March to September 2004. Our results indicated that non-submersed (emergent and floating-leafed) plants and submersed plants showed different responses to eutrophication stress. Both SOD activities of the non-submersed and submersed plants were negatively correlated with their SP contents (P < 0.000 1). SP contents of non-submersed plants were significantly correlated with all nitrogen variables in the water (P < 0.05), whereas SP contents of submersed plants were only significantly correlated with carbon variables as well as ammonium and Secchi depth (SD) in water (P < 0.05). Only SOD activities of submersed plants were decreased with decline of SD in water (P < 0.001). Our results indicate that the decline of SOD activities of submersed plants were mainly caused by light limitation, this showed a coincidence with the decline of macrophytes in eutrophic lakes, which might imply that the antioxidant system of the submersed plants were impaired under eutrophication stress.

We report on the single photon emission from single InAs/GaAs self-assembled Stranski-Krastanow quantum dots up to 80K under pulsed and continuous wave excitations. At temperature 80 K, the second-order correlation function at zero time delay, g((2))(0), is measured to be 0.422 for pulsed excitation. At the same temperature under continuous wave excitation, the photon antibunching effect is observed. Thus, our experimental results demonstrate a promising potential application of self-assembled InAs/GaAs quantum dots in single photon emission at liquid nitrogen temperature.

We investigate the use of independent component analysis (ICA) for speech feature extraction in digits speech recognition systems.We observe that this may be true for a recognition tasks based on geometrical learning with little training data. In contrast to image processing, phase information is not essential for digits speech recognition. We therefore propose a new scheme that shows how the phase sensitivity can be removed by using an analytical description of the ICA-adapted basis functions via the Hilbert transform. Furthermore, since the basis functions are not shift invariant, we extend the method to include a frequency-based ICA stage that removes redundant time shift information. The digits speech recognition results show promising accuracy, Experiments show method based on ICA and geometrical learning outperforms HMM in different number of train samples.

The samples of silicon nanocrystals (nc-Si) were prepared by Si ion implanted into SiO2 layers. Photoluminescence spectra were measured at room temperature and their dependence on thermal annealing was investigated. The experimental results show that PL peaks originate from the defects in SiO2 layers caused by ion implantation when the thermal annealing temperature is lower than 800 C. The PL peak from nc-Si was observed when the thermal annealing temperature was higher than 900 C, and PL intensity reached its maximum at the thermal annealing temperature of 1100 C. As the annealing temperature increases the red shift of PL peak from nc-Si shows the quantum size effect. The characterized Raman scattering peak of nc-Si was observed at the right angle scattering configuration for the first time. It provides further support for the PL measurements.

研究了具有模糊截止期的多控制任务的实时调度问题,提出了奉献度的概念和最大奉献优先(LDF)的调度策略.为了减小因任务间频繁切换造成的系统开销,提出了基于抢占阈值的最大奉献优先(TLDF)调度策略.最后,通过仿真比较了LDF和TLDF两种调度策略,实现了具有模糊截止期的控制任务调度,在减少并均衡控制性能损失的同时提高系统计算资源的使用率.

基于土地利用数量和空间结构内涵理解,选取相关定量指标组合并结合GIS技术,以安徽省含山县为例,利用其2002年土地变更数据和2000年1︰50000土地利用现状图,探讨县级尺度土地利用结构特征定量分析方法。研究表明:定量分析结果与县域实际相一致,所选取的定量指标能够充分发挥各自作用,尤其是在表征数量结构总体特征上,多样化指数、集中化指数、洛伦兹曲线和组合系数4个指标之间优势互补,相互验证,最为显著,这说明定量分析具有可行性,其关键在于合理地选取具有明确意义的定量指标组合,包括指标选取以及各指标之间的优化组合。全县土地利用结构总体特征可概括为:以耕地-林地-未利用地-水域为组合类型,以耕地和林地为景观基质,土地利用程度不高,以农用地为主,县域地形地貌格局是土地利用结构形成的自然基础,单位面积土地GDP、人口密度与土地利用程度、建设用地区位优势在一定程度上呈正相关。该研究可为县级,尤其是类似地区土地利用结构特征定量分析提供借鉴和参考。

在模拟精度验证基础上,应用WinEPIC模型模拟研究了黄土高原长武旱塬地1957~2001年期间不同肥力水平下连作冬小麦田的土壤干燥化效应。结果表明:4种肥力处理下连作冬小麦逐月土壤有效含水量均呈现波动性降低趋势,平均每年分别减少8.6、8.6、11.1和13.7mm,无肥和低肥与中肥和高肥处理间土壤有效含水量差异十分显著,但无肥和低肥处理间无明显差异;在模拟初期出现了土壤湿度逐年降低、土壤干层逐年加厚的干燥化过程,在连作第5~8年以后均出现了稳定的土壤干层,无肥和低肥处理土壤干层均分布于2~3m土层,中肥和高肥肥处理分别分布于2~4m和2~5m土层,随肥力和作物产量水平的提高,土壤干层厚度增厚;4种肥力处理麦田生产年度耗水量接近且呈现波动性缓慢降低趋势,但前1~4年中肥和高肥处理麦田共计较无肥处理麦田多耗水91和203mm,长武旱塬地麦田土壤水分承载力为1.422~2.405t/hm2,相应的肥力水平为N45~90kg/hm2和P15~30kg/hm2。
