束流储存寿命对于储存环的建造和内靶实验都是一个很重要的参数。由于重离子冷却储存环工程的优化,HIRFL-CSR主环将能提供2.SGev的质子束流,这为强子物理研究提供了一个很好的平台。设计并建立一套针对强子物理的内靶系统己经列入到计划当中,与内靶相关的束流储存寿命研究也随之展开。本论文首先分析了在内靶实验中束流储存寿命的影响因素,即真空管道中的残余气体分子、冷却电子束和内靶,以及束内散射和集体效应等,并用理论解析和数值计算的方法,对各种因素的影响程度进行估算。研究表明,内靶散射影响下的束流储存寿命比其他因素导致的短2~3个数量级,内靶是影响束流寿命的决定性因素。其次,对CSRm将来实验中主要用到的Pelle七内靶和碳薄膜靶做了简要介绍,并计算了它们的有效靶厚大约为lx10、切ms/cmZ和5火1017atoms/CmZ。再者,用理论推导方法,对内靶的多次库仑散射和束流能量损失扰动对束流的影响进行了研究,推导了束流的横向和纵向发射度增长与束流每次打靶产生的小库仑散射角均方值气s和相对动量分散气了:之间的关系,并通过数值计算的方法给出了CSRm内靶实验条件的发射度增长曲线。最后,建立了内靶散射的MOnte-Carlo模拟程序,在模拟数据的基础上,总结研究束流的发射度增长规律,以及束流存储寿命与内靶厚度和束流能量的关系。计算表明,当存在Pellet靶(1、1016atoms/cm2)和c膜(5*1017 atoms/cmZ)时,2800Mev质子束的束流储存寿命分别为397秒和0.7秒,将来的内靶实验亮度大约为2 x 1033cm-2·s-1。

分析了黄河中游小流域水土保持对干支流汛期、非汛期径流的影响 ,得出水土保持措施对径流具有减水作用 ,但主要表现为削洪作用 ,对枯水期的减水作用较小 ,减水效应在干流不如支流显著。同时分析了下游河床的渗漏量变化 ,说明水土流失带来的泥沙淤积会减少河床径流。因此只有采取水土保持措施 ,才能达到根治黄河断流和洪水的目的

采用成分数据,利用球面投影降维的方法建立预测模型对2004—2008年东部沿海地区产业结构进行预测分析。结果表明,在预测的5年内中国东部沿海地区产业结构仍为“二、三、一”型,但呈现出不同的发展趋势,一、二产业比重不断下降,第三产业迅速增长。在此基础上,对产业结构效益进行评价,指出今后农业劳动力剩余的现象依然存在,二、三产业的就业结构滞后于产业结构,致使产业结构与就业结构不协调。协调东部沿海地区就业结构与产业结构的关系关键要做到农业剩余劳动力合理流动、优化第二产业内部结构、提高第三产业产值和就业比重以增强其竞争力。

Self-assembling of novel biodegradable ABC-type triblock copolymer poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(L-lactide)-poly(L-glutamic acid) (PEG-PLLA-PLGA) is studied. In aqueous media, it self-assembles into a spherical micelle with the hydrophobic PLLA segment in the core and the two hydrophilic segments PEG and PLGA in the shell. With the lengths of PEG and PLLA blocks fixed, the diameter of the micelles depends on the length of the PLGA block and on the volume ratio of H2O/dimethylformamide (DMF) in the media. When the PLGA block is long enough, morphology of the self-assembly is pH-dependent. It assembles into the spherical micelle in aqueous media at pH 4.5 and into the connected rod at or below pH 3.2. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the copolymer changes accordingly with decreasing solution pH. Both aggregation states can convert to each other at the proper pH value. This reversibility is ascribed to the dissociation and neutralization of the COOH groups in the LGA residues. When the PLGA block is short compared to the PEG or PLLA block, it assembles only into the spherical micelle at various pH values.

A series of rare earth hydroxides and oxides ultrafine powders have been prepared by precipitation method using alcohol as dispersive and protective reagent. It was first to find that the crystallite size of cubic rare earth oxides had Lanthanide shrinking effect,but average crystal lattice distortion rate possessed lanthanide swelling effect;the change of diffraction intensity with atomic number presented an inverted W type, and double peaks structure was formed.

在pH5.6的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,钛铁试剂(tiron)与Fe(Ⅲ)立即显色而不与Fe(Ⅱ)反应,但tiron的存在能加速Fe(Ⅱ)的氧化进而生成有色络合物.利用不同价态Fe与tiron反应速度的差异,可实现Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)的动力学同时测定.本文用流动注射停流技术研究了此反应的动力学行为、估算 Fe(Ⅲ)反应的条件速率常数,并对络合物的吸收光谱、反应酸度、试剂加入量、流路参数及停留时间和反应动力学特性等条件进行了探讨.所拟定的方法用于合成试样分析,获得满意结果.

A Kalman filter was developed for resolving overlapping lines in inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and evaluated experimentally with the determination of La in the presence of Ho, and Cu in the presence of Pr. The whiteness of the innovation sequence for an optimal filter was explored to be the criterion for the correction of the wavelength positioning errors which may occur in spectral scans. Under the conditions of the medium-resolution spectrometer and 1.5 pm step size in scans, the filter effectively resolved the Cu/Pr line pair having a small peak separation of 4.8 pm. For the La/Ho line pair with a peak distance of 9.8 pm, an unbiased estimate for La concentration was still obtained even when the signal-to-background ratio was down to 0.048. Favourable detection limits for real samples were achieved. Unstructured backgrounds were modeled theoretically and all spectral scans therefore did not require the correction for solvent.

考察了Kalman滤波技术校正ICP-AES中谱线重叠干扰的潜力.以新息序列的平均平方和为评价函数优化扫描光谱的峰位,消除扫描过程中可能产生的波长定位误差,从而保证滤波结果的准确性,并使实际检出限显著改善.在中等分辨率光谱仪和扫描步长为1.5pm的条件下,滤波器能有效地分辨峰间距只有4.8pm且峰形基本相同的重叠线对.对峰间距为9.8pm的重叠线对,当线背比低至0.05左右时仍能获得满意结果.连续背景用理论描述,因而样品溶液和纯组分溶液的光谱扫描无需扣除溶剂空白.

采用高效液相色谱法,测定了栽培藏药材麻花艽根中龙胆苦苷、落干酸、獐牙菜苦苷和獐牙菜苷四种苦苷类成分的含量及其在不同生长期的动态变化.结果表明,四种苦苷类成分随植物的发育节律而波动.龙胆苦苷的含量是评价药材质量的重要指标.龙胆苦苷的含量虽然在7月有个积累的高峰期,但7月为花期,从资源可持续利用的角度考虑,不宜定为采收期,到9月含量又有所增加,故而确定栽培藏药麻花艽根的适宜采收期应在9~10月之间.
