应用生物与工程措施对科尔沁沙地西部流动沙丘进行植被恢复,并通过沙丘监测和植被调查来评价流沙固定和恢复效果。1.0×1.0m的草方格结合适宜的固沙植物,能达到最佳的防风固沙效果。流动沙丘经人工措施固定后,随固定年限的增加,土壤水源涵养能力逐步提高,土壤中的有效养分如全C、有效K、碱解N和有效P等指标显著提高,土壤化学性质得到明显改善。植被盖度明显提高,植物生态系统趋于相对稳定的状态。

Calcium lanthanide oxyborate doped with rare-earth ions LnCa(4)O(BO3)(3):RE3+ (LnCOB:RE, Ln = Y, La, Gd, RE = Eu, Tb, Dy, Cc) was synthesized by the method of solid-state reaction at high temperature. Their fluorescent spectra were measured from vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) to visible region at room temperature. Their excitation spectra all have a broadband center at about 188 nm, which is ascribed to host absorption. Using Dorenbos' and J phi rgensen's work [P. Dorenbos, J. Lumin. 91 (2000) 91, R. Resfeld, C.K. J phi rgensen. Lasers and Excite States of Rare Earth [M], Springer, Berlin, 1977, p. 45], the position of the lowest 5d levels E(Ln,A) and charge transfer band E-ct were calculated and compared with their excitation spectra.Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions doped into LnCOB show efficient luminescence under VUV and UV irradiation. In this system, Ce3+ ions do not show efficient luminescence and quench the luminescence of Tb3+ ions when Tb3+ and Ce3+ ions are co-doped into LnCOB. GdCOB doped with Dy3+ shows yellowish white light under irradiation of 254 nm light for the reason that Gd ions transfer the energy from itself to Dy.

Diversity of particle-attached and free-living marine bacteria in Victoria Harbor, Hong Kong, and its adjacent coastal and estuarial environments was investigated using DNA fingerprinting and clone library analysis. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) analysis of 16S rRNA genes showed that bacterial communities in three stations of Victoria Harbor were similar, but differed from those in adjacent coastal and estuarine stations. Particle-attached and free-living bacterial community composition differed in the Victoria Harbor area. DNA sequencing of 28 bands from DGGE gel showed Alphaproteobacteria was the most abundant group, followed by the Bacteroidetes, and other Proteobacteria. Bacterial species richness (number of DGGE bands) differed among stations and populations (particle-attached and free-living; bottom and surface). BIOENV analysis indicated that the concentrations of suspended solids were the major contributing parameter for the spatial variation of total bacterial community structure. Samples from representative stations were selected for clone library (548 clones) construction and their phylogenetic distributions were similar to those of sequences from DGGE. Approximately 80% of clones were affiliated to Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes and Cyanobacteria. The possible influences of dynamic pollution and hydrological conditions in the Victoria Harbor area on the particle-attached and free-living bacterial community structures were discussed.

The effective property has been investigated theoretically in graded elliptical cylindrical composite's consisting of inhomogeneous graded elliptical cylinders and an isotropic matrix under external uniform electric field. As a theoretical model, the dielectric gradient profile in the elliptical cylinder is modeled by a power-law function of short semi-axis variable parameter (xi(2) - 1) in the elliptical cylindrical coordinates, namely epsilon(i)(xi) = c(k) (xi(2) - 1)(k), where c(k) and k are the parameters, and xi is the long semi-axis space variable in an elliptical cylindrical inclusion region. In the dilute limit, the local analytical potentials in inclusion and matrix regions are derived exactly by means of the hyper-geometric function, and the formulas are given for estimating the effective dielectric responses under the external lfield along (x) over cap- and (y) over cap -directions, respectively. Furthermore, we have demonstrated that our effective response formulas can be reduced to the well-known results of homogeneous isotropic elliptical cylindrical composites if we take the limit k -> 0 in graded elliptical cylindrical composites. 对青海油菜蜂花粉及生物酶解破壁花粉的营养成分进行了分析和比较。结果表明,花粉经酶解破壁后,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、还原糖、核酸、总黄酮、灰份、多数氨基酸、维生素(A、B、C和K)及黄酮类化合物(原青花素、芦丁、槲皮素、异鼠李索)的含量得到了明显提高,而K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Cr、Cd、Ni、Mn等矿质元素的含量无明显变化。青海油菜花粉经破壁后更有利于营养成分和活性成分的释放。
