Inductive expression and characterization analysis of Paralichthys olivaceus pigment epithelium-derived factor in a virally infected cell line

Pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) is acknowledged to be a non-inhibitory member of the serine protease inhibitor (serpin) superfamily, with antiangiogenesis, and neuroprotective and immumoregulatory function, mainly in the tissues of nervous system. Here, A PEDF gene homolog, Paralichthys olivaceus PEDF (PoPEDF), was isolated from flounder embryonic cells (FEC) treated with UV-inactivated Grass carp hemorrhage virus (GCHV) and subsequently identified as a differentially expressed gene. The full length of PoPEDF cDNA is 1803 bp with an open reading frame of 1212 bp encoding a 403-amino-acid protein. This deduced protein contains an N-terminal signal peptide, a glycosylation site, a consensus serpin motif, and a 34-mer and a 44-mer fragment, all of which are very conserved in the PEDF family. PoPEDF gene exhibits a conserved exon-intron arrangement with 8 exons and 7 introns. This conserved evolutionary relationship was further confirmed by a phylogenetic analysis, where fish PEDFs and mammalian members formed a well-supported clade. Constitutive expression of PoPEDF was widely detected in many tissues. In response to UV-inactivated GCHV or poly(I:C), PEDF mRNA was upregulated in FEC cells with time. 准连续5kW叠层激光二极管列阵

报导了5kW GaAs/AlGaAs叠层激光二极管列阵的制作过程和测试结果。通过金属有机物化学气相沉积方法实现分别限制单量子阱结构。1cm激光条的填充密度是70%。采用80个激光条叠层封装，激光条间距是0.5mm，功率密度达1.25kW/cm~2，峰值波长是809.0nm，谱线宽度是4.8nm。

High Power 808nm AlGaAs/GaAs Quantum Well Laser Diodes with Broad Waveguide

The 808nm laser diodes with a broad waveguide are designed and fabricated. The thickness of the Al_(0.35)-Ga_(0.65)As waveguide is increased to 0.9μm. In order to suppress the super modes, the thickness of the Al_(0.55)Ga_(0.45)As cladding layers is reduced to only 0.7μm while keeping the transverse radiation losses of the fundamental mode below 0.2cm~(-1). The structures are grown by metal organic chemical vapour deposition. The devices show excellent performances. The maximum output power of 10.2W in the 100μm broad-area laser diodes is obtained.

通过130 Te(14 N ,4n)反应首次对双奇核14 0 Pr进行了在束γ谱学研究 .在实验中进行了γ射线的激发函数、γ射线单谱和γ γ t符合测量 .建立了激发能达 4 717.3keV的14 0 Pr的能级纲图 ,其中包括新发现的 4 2条γ射线和新建立的 2 7个能级 .基于实验测量的γ跃迁各向异性度 ,建议了14 0 Pr部分能级的自旋值 .根据14 0 Pr附近同位素核结构的系统性 ,对部分能级的准粒子组态作了定性的讨论 .

HIRFL-CSR电子冷却系统空心电子束性能研究

　电子冷却系统中冷却力的大小与电子束的温度密切相关。由于强流电子束自身产生的空间电荷场,使得电子束的速度离散,增加了电子束温度,降低了冷却效率。为了减小空间电荷效应,HIRFL CSR的电子冷却系统将首次采用空心电子束对储存环中的重离子束流进行冷却。通过分析实心电子束和空心电子束的空间电荷场,研究了其对电子束速度和温度的影响。

文章研究纸坊沟流域内草地、农地、林地、灌丛四种不同生态系统类型植被生产力及逐年生物量,估算各生态系统类型固定CO2和释放O2的能力,并根据生态学原理和生态经济学方法,运用碳税法、造林成本法和影子价格法,推算出各生态类型固定CO2和释放O2气体的生态、调节服务功能价值。研究表明,1985～2001年流域总生物量年均生物量和总体呈线性增加趋势。由于各种治理措施的实施和退耕还林(草)政策的正确导向,纸坊沟流域土地利用趋于合理,CO2/O2气体调节服务功能价值逐步增强,流域生态经济系统向良性演变。不同生态系统类型气体调节功能价值的估算为退耕还林(草)年限及生态补偿提供了科学决策依据。
