2-氨基-6-乙氧基苯并噻唑类偶氮染料及其金属鏊合物的合成及光学热学性能研究

合成了2-（2-氨基-6-乙氧基苯并噻唑基偶氮）-5-（N,N-二乙基氨基）三氟甲基磺酰苯胺偶氮染料（EBTDATFS）及其与乙酸镍、乙酸钴、乙酸铜、乙酸锌等金属盐鏊合的金属鏊合物。通过红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱和MALDI质谱等对染料及其金属鏊合物进行了结构表征;使用旋涂方法在K9玻璃和抛光的单晶硅基片上制备薄膜;研究了镍金属鏊合物的热学性能;使用椭偏仪研究了Ni和Zn鏊合物的光学常数。结果表明：4种金属鏊合物薄膜最大吸收光谱为621-629nm,且长波边吸收峰陡峭;TGA-DSC测试结果表明镍金属鏊

铒玻璃在1．54μm实现1 Hz下3 J和5 Hz下0．6 J的激光输出

近年来,随着激光告警、激光指示、风速测量、激光雷达尤其是激光美容等方面的需求逐渐增加,要求掺铒激光玻璃能够实现比以往更高重复频率以及更大能量的激光输出,其中对脉冲能量的要求达1～10 J。

Property studies of optical waveguide formed by 6.0 MeV carbon ion implantation into Nd : silicate glass

Nd:silicate glass was implanted at room temperature by 6.0 MeV C3+ ions with a dose of 2.0 x 10(15) ions cm(-2). A waveguide with thickness of about 6.3 mu m was formed. The prism-coupling method was used to observe the dark modes of the waveguide at 633 nm and 1539 nm, respectively. There are three dark modes at 633 nm, of which one is the enhanced-index mode. The propagation loss of the enhanced-index mode in the waveguide measured at 633 nm is 0.42 dB cm(-1) after annealing at 217 degrees C for 35 min. The reflectivity calculation method was applied to simulate the refractive index profiles in the waveguide. The mode optical near-field output at 633 nm was presented.

Infrared (1.2-1.6 mu m) luminescence in Yb, Cr : YAG with 940 nm diode pumping

Infrared (1.2-1.6 mum) luminescence in a yttrium aluminium garnet (YAG) crystal, co-doped with Yb (10 at.%) and Cr (0.05 at.%) ions, was investigated under CW laser diode pumping (lambda = 940 nm). The Cr4+ emission band was observed with its peak at 1.35 mum and measured to be about 6% with respect to Yb3+ IR luminescence (lambda = 1.03 mum). Analysis of the crystal absorption and luminescence spectra allows one to conclude that Yb3+-Cr4+ energy transfer is a mechanism responsible for the B-3(2)(T-3(2))-B-3(1)((3)A(2)) emission of Cr4+ ions. Infrared (1.2-1.6 mu m) luminescence in Cr4+: Yb3Al5O12 single crystal with 940 nm diode pumping

Infrared (1.2-1.6 mu m) luminescence in a ytterbium aluminium garnet (YbAG) crystal, doped with Cr (0.05 at.%) ions, was investigated under CW laser diode pumping (lambda = 940 nm). The Cr4+ emission band was observed with its peak at 1.34 mu m and measured to be about 1.3 times with respect to Yb3+ IR luminescence (lambda = 1.03 mu m). We demonstrate that for the excitation wavelength of 940 nm Yb3+ ions act as sensitizers of the B-3(2)(T-3(2))-B-3(1)((3)A(2)) emission of Cr4+ ions. This crystal is promising as a high-efficient system for tunable laser (1.2-1.6 mu m) output. (c) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

中国苔藓植物泥炭藓目至丛藓目6目的分类系统学研究

本项目在多个单位多位研究人员历尽艰辛，跋山涉水，调查采集大量的标本，并对中国苔藓植物标本进行整理和鉴定，进行多样性及分布格局分析，形成了中国苔藓植物泥炭藓目至丛藓目6目的分类系统体系，为苔藓植物的分类系统研究和今后学科的发展提供了科学的依据和材料。
