Infrared absorption experiments have been performed on hydrogenated and deuterated bulk boron- and aluminum-doped-Si and implanted P, As, and Sb donors in silicon. A first evidence of complex formation in bulk p-type Si is obtained and the spectra confirm the anomalous 3.3-cm-1 deuterium frequency shift with respect to boron isotopes. The ratio of the D-B-11 and D-B-10 peak areas is found to be the same as that of the two boron isotopes natural abundance. In donor-implanted silicon, a quantitative analysis of the obtained data has allowed a rough estimate of the passivating rate due to diffusing deuterium. While the frequencies of the various vibrational lines are found to be in agreement with those reported in the literature, the data on the broad line at 1660 cm-1 (H) or 1220 cm-1 (D) seem to suggest an assignment of this peak to a complex in the bulk involving some type of defect due to the implantation process.

This paper presents an SG-DBR with a monolithically integrated SOA fabricated using quantum-well intermixing (QWI) for the first time in mainland China. The wavelength tuning range covers 33nm and the output power reaches 10mW with an SOA current of 50mA. The device can work at available channels with SMSR over 35dB.

根据中国科学院长白山森林生态系统定位站1982—2001年太阳辐射和云的观测资料对散射辐射及散射比进行了分析,探讨了散射辐射及散射比的日、季节、年际变化特征以及云量、云状、太阳高度角与散射辐射及散射比的关系。结果表明:1)散射辐射日变化特点是,中午最大,早晚较小;季节变化特点是,7月最大,年初和年末较小;年际变化特点是从1982—2001年呈减少趋势;散射比1d中中午最小,7月达到最大值,年际变化为0.38~0.55;2)散射辐射及散射比均随高云量或低云量增加而呈增加趋势;散射辐射日平均量及散射比与总云量和低云量的日平均值均呈线性正相关关系,且与总云量的关系比与低云量的关系更密切;3)不同云相比较,散射辐射和散射比最大的是高积云(Ac),卷云(Ci)次之,较小为对流性积云(积雨云Cb、积云Cu),碧空时散射辐射及散射比最小;4)散射辐射随太阳高度角增加而增大,呈二次函数关系;散射比随太阳高度角增加而减小且呈二次函数关系。

<正> 由中国生态学会等10个单位联合主办,由北京大学城市与环境学系承办的景观生态学与生物多样性保护学术讨论会于1996年5月18日至20日在北京召开。本次会议是继1989年在沈阳召开的第一届全国景观生态学大会后的又一次盛会,参加会议的代表有来自大专院校、科研院所、生产单位及国家机关等80余人,会议收到论文80余篇。本次会议的主题是:景观生态学与生物多样性保护;景观生态学的基本理论与方法;可持续发展与景观生态研究;景观生态学在农业和其它领域的应用及其它宏观生态问题。

We initially report an electrochemical sensing platform based on molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) at functionalized Indium Tin Oxide Electrodes (ITO). In this research, aminopropyl-derivatized organosilane aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES), which plays the role of functional monomers for template recognition, was firstly self-assembled on an ITO electrode and then dopamine-imprinted sol was spin-coated on the modified surface. APTES which can interact with template dopamine (DA) through hydrogen bonds brought more binding sites located closely to the surface of the ITO electrode, thus made the prepared sensor more sensitive for DA detection. Potential scanning is presented to extract DA from the modified film, thus DA can rapidly and completely leach out. The affinity and selectivity of the resulting biomimetic sensor were characterized using cyclic voltammetry (CV). It exhibited an increased affinity for DA over that of structurally related molecules, the anodic current for DA oxidation depended on the concentration of DA in the linear range from 2 x 10(-6) M to 0.8 x 10(-3) M with a correlation coefficient of 0.9927.In contrast, DA-templated film prepared under identical conditions on a bare ITO showed obviously lower response toward dopamine in solution.
